Be sure to join us for our first discovery session webcast in our 6 week series this Thursday October 29th at 8:00pm.

You won’t want to miss this historic event as Jay Abraham and Rich Schefren interview this first group of panelists which includes:

Be sure to come ready to listen intently and take notes as Rich and Jay dig deep to get answers to tough questions like:

1.    What’s the single biggest strategy for moving from distrust, dubious, and suspect to seismic credibility and what’s the single biggest action our members should do first and why?

2.    There are 2 aspects to credibility – quick fix and long term remediation – What actions would you recommend that can be taken quickly and what actions would you recommend that are more long term and self-sustaining?

3.    Most Entrepreneurs do not think of themselves as not being credible, trustworthy or believable – so what’s the best way to get an unbiased viewpoint of what we are really conveying to the marketplace and how do we develop thick enough skin to see ourselves as we really are ?

4.    Let’s talk about specific tactics – How would you suggest our members make each contact point with their market – more effective?  Whether it be customer service, marketing, advertising, or simply describing the attributes of their products or services?

5.    If you were to give each of our members an exercise that would constantly put them on the path to growing their trust, believability, and credibility, what would you recommend? What benefits will accrue by doing it and why?

6.    Of all the things you’ve researched, written, and presented on what’s the single biggest distinction, realization, insight that you need to get across to this group that hasn’t been covered so far, and why?

7.    Through the lens of your expertise; What one question do you wish we would have asked you, that we didn’t, that relates to helping members on this call make their business more profitable, more successful, more competitively advantageous right now and into the future? Why is it an important question? And had we asked, what would your answer be?

The answers and secrets these experts reveal during this 90 minute event will completely blow you away! Fortune 500 companies pay these guys tens of thousands of dollars for information like this that Jay and Rich are extracting for you for FREE!

Working 2 jobs leaves not much time to work on business or self to change the current issues I face. What you are providing, for free (WOW), renews hope, and a sense of purpose, that using the diamonds of information you and the panelists are providing will make substantial changes in how I utilize my opportunities in the customer/client – service – provider spiral. Building trust and credibilty can only be achieved by behavior that reinforces trust and credibility. Working on your business is as important as working in your business. Expecting a 1 hour seminar, I soon realized this is more important than can be sqeezed into such a short period onf time. Thanks for the time and the info – Eric

  • Susan Stroud says:

Easy – enlightened, experienced entities elegantly empowering embryo entrepreneurs.

    And what fun it was!

  • Mariana says:

I look forward to the upcoming panels. Thanks a lot!

  • Leon J. says:

I submitted comments. How do I obtain the 93 tips on referrals?

  • Leon J. says:

Panel provided invaluable insight on how to create trust and creditability in my business. I am incorporating these ideas and techniques into my business and monitoring the results–hoping to tweak the process until I receive the desired results. Look forward to further panel discussions.

  • Denys says:

I have been getting info from some top internet marketers for some time now and have heard a few of the points made before. However, it took several months and sources to get it. Getting the perspective of so many experts in one place saves time and gives one a broader view of what an individual’s business problem might be and how to solve it. I am looking forward to the rest of the series.

  • Des Vadgama says:

Very impressive line-up of business growth experts – thanks for the insights.

  • Joanne says:

    Hi Rich and Jay!
What can I say apart from I did have the same problems as everyone else and waited 40 minutes to finally hear the webcast, but it was excellent! If only the ruthless business world all could take heed of these speakers and integrate trust respect and true honesty then the business world would be a greater place for new businesses to get started, But I suppose it wouldn’t be as much of a challenge and eventually as rewarding as working towards becoming one of the elite business leaders!

With my last business I used to think wearing my heart on my sleeve to attract and work with like-minded business people to achieve greater success together made me a weak business person, as many times I came across the wolf in the sheep costume, I stupidly opened up about my business ideas and how we could both serve the business community together, only to find a month or two later they took my ideas for their own business.

But after listening to this fantastic panel I am glad I didn’t ever change my values and kept fighting forward with my new business venture as I believe the day of finding and working with powerful like-minded business leaders is near.

My only input to change with the LOEM webcast is I think the questions should be reduced and each panel member gets a little more time to explain their views more in-depth as each question attracted roughly the same feedback, they stuck to their values of getting customers to choose you over everyone else, and that is what its all about!

Thanks a million to Rich Jay and the entire panel for a truly inspiring and knowledgeable webcast!

already called and emailed suggesting they attend. My last words are to those wondering about getting involved in
something that’s going to lead you on only to disappoint (with some monetary catch or other falsehood before you

$$$PLEASE READ$$$ Well, since i registered to attend these seminars several days ago i’ve been geeked about feeling like maybe i’d found a truely genuine

offer with seemingly exponential possibilities in the value it could produce for eager yet worn out by the internet’s tail chasing deceit and promises! (Im

sure that most can recall one time or other being on a seemingly pain free info hunt probably endorced BOLDLY from the start with a saying like “all you need

to know” *ABSOLUTELY FREE AND ONLY MINUTES AWAY* only to be humbled hours later; mental disturbances arising from carpel tunnel syndrome like pain and

arthritic comparable cramping in your fingers and wrists, “Cry-Baby Eyes”, and your just discovered to be un-oiled “Tin-Man Neck” has totally and utterely

left you (for at least the moment) with almost a yearning to be ignorant forevermore…HA…well at least to say it politely you could give a $#@! if you ever

found that tid- bit of information again!! being that your senses are screaming out that the only information worthy of seeking out in the near future…

(being made fully aware of the time and frustration risks of having a poor source of information as your guide)…would be the trusted advice of a family

physician or chyropractor to staighten you out!!!) NOW! with that said against my better judgements and skepticism, ONCE AGAIN,I put a piece of myself out of

reach of my kids and loving wife for a time hoping that this time will be different and mustering up what sadly is a small amount of faith in man to coincide

with his word. But, I did it again i’m talking up- beat for days to heather (my wife, opening and following all the links and advice with your emails,

showing initiative and like in this letter trying to put myself fully into whatever I decide to take on. So now it’s “Fight Night” OCT 29TH 8PM. I’ve been on

the site 10min early watching the countdown to next webinar fully convinced now that you folks and your offer had broken the “MOLD” i’ve come to expect while

online. Then, 3sec,2,1 and the door should be open to validate all we’ve talked about. I click the link to join and a little yellow error pops your sites not

communicating, ok, so i paste it, doesnt work convinced it’s me and still seeing the value(even now obviously) I spend 2 hours going back to my emails, re-

registering, blah blah until I think it’s probably over I keep at it. now I’m hearing how it’s better to upgrade something, I dont know I’m still in favor

that something went wrong honestly and give the benefit of the doubt to all of you. but, please if someone could validate this for me? im just confused and

want to remedy the issue as I am a 28 yr old father of 2 married but disabled in a car accident where I broke my ankle knee jaw nose got brain damage etc..

at 20 I only have disability state income but aspire to succeed dispite adversity or tribulation. I feel this insight could be of great consequence to me and

my family please contact me by email if this can be remedied by you folks. In short I want to say thank you for not only offering such an amazing event like

this to me, but for reading this lengthy reply. Your sincere attention not only to me but to your clients as a whole speaks in volumes of the difference

between the value and personal effects your company emmits through solving problems and having content of such genuine substance. I think you leave in your

shadow and up for question the ethical behavior of the rest of the indecisive tangle of deceit and awe the rest of the world wide web entrepreneurs have

amassed themselves into. Again, thanks for the breath of fresh air, hope we can remedy any quirks this exciting new program unvails, truely waiting on the

edge of my seat to hear from you or one of your representatives. Truely I appreciate the ear and understanding and would promote you to all.

    Sincerely, Andrew J. Leet

TO THE PUBLIC!!! FROM A DISABLED DAD OF 2 HOPING TO SUCCEED DESPITE ADVERSITY
    (Nov 02,2009…update again)

P.S. so now all my problems have been resolved i’ve began the course
which is amazing and has me aching for more! I truly see my potential being tapped into by this wealth
of knowledge freely distributed to all with the desire to prosper. Since I emailed profit strategies with
this one email they have sent me 4 response emails apologizing and correcting all of my concerns more swiftly
and adequately than even a “stickler” for good ethics like myself could have hoped for. In closing, I just
wanted to thank all from the staff of “Extraordinary Minds” and anyone else who made this extremely educational,
Exciting, and free opportunity available to me and my family personally, as well as to those I know who I’ve
already called and emailed suggesting they attend. My last words are to those wondering about getting involved in
something that’s going to lead you on only to disappoint (with some monetary catch or other falsehood before you
recieve the stated benefit) THIS IS 150% NOT ONE OF THOSE SITES! I hate those and have wasted equally as much
time as all of you…If this site peaks your interest in the slightest don’t hesitate! For me it’s been headache
free. “the internet’s just not like that” I feel by joining you have tons to gain and nothing to risk but missing
out on a possible stepping stone to a enlightened future.

Again all my thanks, and congrats to the new attendees!!!

See ya there! Andrew J. Leet

  • Rich and Jay, I was one of the many that experienced the technical difficulties on the first panel session. But you remidied it and provided a way for me to listen. For that I am grateful as I did find it very useful.

I totally understand the importance of trust in business and any relationship for that matter. The many different angles and opinions of how to build this trust in business were insightful and I think helped to get it into my head at a deeper level, by hearing many peoples different strategies and approaches.

I look forward to the future panels.

Thanks again for making sure I didn’t miss this first set of vital information to help my business thrive.

    Chris

  • Mark says:

Well these guys know what they are talking about. Thanks for the ideas, as well as review an additional points of view on things I already knew.

  • Linda says:

    Hello,
This testimonial is late in coming but I just finished listening to the panel discussions via a link that was re-sent to me (technical difficulties-got locked out)…Just wantd to say that, as usual, I was pleased by the quality of the information that was received. I am not surprised. Jay Abraham really delivers!. I would like to say that the info will help me to become a better entrepreneur but I am already putting these principles to work in my day to day dealings with clients and the least that I can say is that by implementing just a small portion of these principles really benefits us big time! I do not have many clients. I am a mini-entrepreneur but I enjoy quality relationships with all my people, the likes that few people know about. I cycle with one of my clients and she is really happy because not only do I take care of her business but I take care of her as well. I interact with another client after working hours and we have become really close. We might go skydiving together next year! She would not be happy with anyone else but me because I have found a way to render her clients even more loyal and as a result, they do not consider going elsewhere. My other client spends his time referring me to other people. He is just amazed by the way I promote him to potential prospects. They are really anxious to meet him after I finish speaking with them. He works in a difficult market-insurance and financial services sector and he is doing very well. According to him, I give him wings to soar. I have approached other prospects and it is just a matter of time before they capitulate. I truly am in the right line of work. I am a service business. I will be starting a newsletter service soon and everyone that I have spoken to can hardly wait to sample the first edition. I am certain that it will be a successful venture because it will reflect my personality-credible and trustworthy. It has taken me 3 years to build these kind of relationships. I can attest that every client who employs my service (whether or not it is for a short time) is quite pleased and will refer me to anyone as a result. The true meaning of success cannot be measured in dollars and cents but by the amount of respect that people are inspired to give to us as a result of our exercising and maintaining our credibility. I live each day like it is my last and as a result,my life is nothing short of amazing. Take it from me, these principles really do work.

  • Rich Musgrave says:

Things we probably know, but a great way to get key items reinforced. It’s the old, spend some time working on the business rather than just “in it.”

  • First off, let me thank the panel and hosts for this amazing opportunity. The format of this panel discussion is beatifully implemented and the opportunity was presented in an easy, clean way so that the value is easy to see.

The perspectives of the panel on the topics covered are excellent. New ways to evaluate, connect and deepen relationships as they are presented certainly will have a short and long term positive impact on our sales revenue.

  • Steve says:

    1. I joined on for the opportunity to listen to experts summarize their knowledge in areas where they hold expertise. Then to listen to a group of these experts talk around a single idea adds focus and depth.
    2. Three benefits: (1) Finding the deep focus of Stephen M. R. Covey on trust. I’ll be a better person and business owner for his insights. (2) Granger’s 7 Triggers; I am anxious to buy the book and learn more. (3) Bosworth’s encouragement to have clients visualize the results.
    3. A greater awareness of the dynamics going on around me, how to determine accurately where I am at and how to “fix” problems/challenges. How to find out what I do not know I do not know.
    4. Surely over one’s lifetime into 6 figures easily.
    5. Never been easier to obtain quality information.

  • Jason Reese says:

Amazing! Some of the best information I have ever heard. I will apply immediately.

    Jason

  • Donnie Hoover says:

Great Info Guys. Here’s my answers to your questions:

    1. Why do you feel it was a great decision for you to join the League of Extraordinary Minds? It was a great decision for me because I am getting invaluable information for free from people that know how to get me where I want to be in my business.

    2. What are the 3 biggest benefits you got from this one panel interview? The tips about how to treat the customers, how you should perceive yourself and good info to help with becoming a founder.

    3. How will the information you got from this panel improve your business, income, or life? It will make me choose me words a little differently now because I will think about the customers wants and needs before I speak. I will also do this in my personal life as well.

    4. Over the next 12 months, how much additional income do you think the League of Extraordinary Minds will be worth to you? I don’t know but I hope it’s substantial :-)

    5. What would you say to a friend who was thinking of joining the League of Extraordinary Minds, but wasn’t sure? That they’d be crazy not too.

  • Kenneth Cool says:

    Rich and Panelists:

Now THAT was riveting… and educational.

I very much enjoyed the format used, especially the “panelist” idea. Your skilled editing and blending of the concise answers offered by each panelist made for a very easy listen.

Each member got straight to the point, and the change up of voices every five minutes or so “refreshed” the senses and kept things moving.

Great format. I look forward to the support material and following through with the “action steps” proposed by the panelists. That should put me and my business in our own “extraordinary” league. :-)

  • Tom says:

Hi Jay and Rich, just got back from being out of town and found your e-mail regarding lost testimonials. So here it is again as best as I can remembar.
I’m sorry to say but I was dissapointed in that I was expecting a audio/visual broadcast. And the straight question/answer style left so much as it is said “money on the table”. And Jay/Rich here’s an idea after you ask a question and it’s answered, everyones writing done what they can, I think the two of you should go over the Q/A and expand it a bit and if possible take a question or two from the audiance and either the two of you or the expert answer it. This also give us time to finish writing and time to absorb the info.
Now don’t get me wrong I totally appreciate what the two of you and the panel are giving to all of us. I learned a lot. Things I hadn’t even givin any thought about before. I’ll be able to use it to improve myself and the way I do business. The part about trust and ways to build it gave me a way to do it easily which is awsome. Anyways Thanks for the free info.
I’m only a newbie at this but being honest is always best and maybe my idea will give you two something to think about you might not of considered doing before. Thanks again and I’ll be listening next time all primed and ready for more eye opening info!!!!!!

  • Great stuff, lots of great info on standing out from the crowd. The mouse trap isn’t any better unless those who need it can find it.

  • Matt Seiling says:

The webcast was fantastic! Long, but fantastic. I’ve already started to integrate the ideas into my business and I know it’s gonna make a big difference. Thanks Jay and Rich.

    Matt Seiling

  • Gary Lahti says:

Very powerful stuff! Especially the self help parts like accept criticism, making commitments to yourself, building friendships, and understanding perceptions. Know how you come across made me think a lot.
Can not wait for next meeting.

  • Shireen says:

This was a fantastic session. Much longer and more comprehensive than I thought. Well worth listening to. As I am a South African, I must admit a slight prejudice towards Joseph Jaffe’s contribution, but I am most appreciative of the information I gleaned from all the panel members.

  • Nick says:

A massive amount of ideas, so many of them will help me as a single operator.

  • Animesh says:

Simply told, well structured, easily understood. Thank you for getting all these people together for us.
    Animesh

  • Ed says:

Wow – I expected it to be a one hour call max – it was 2.5 hours long!

Great stuff, looking forward to the next one.

  • Michael says:

It was a great decision to join the League of Extraordinary Minds because I know, from what I have gotten so far, that I will be exposed to ideas that expand my thinking and give me new perspectives. The biggest benefits from this first panel interview were, learning that the amygdala will first try to deal with information emotionally, why story telling is such a powerful medium for communicating ideas, and the effectiveness of declaring your intent up front to build trust. Understanding these ideas will allow me over the next months to change my behavior to communicate more effectively. To a friend that was unsure about joining the League of Extraordinary Minds I would explain how rare it is to learn ideas that explain why a behavior works and that the first interview from the League of Extraordinary Minds gave me more than three ideas that changed my cautions about speaking to feelings, telling stories, and declaring my intent.

  • Noah says:

Thank you for listening to those of us who couldn’t get on or hear the webcast on Thursday night. By believing that we tried to connect but couldn’t, and responding by offering this recast, you demonstrated you are listening to us. About the content itself, it was invaluable. I learned so much I can immediately use to grow my business, also let me know how much more I need to know in order to move forward with success.

  • cindy hardy says:

I thoroughly enjoyed all I heard and learned from the seminar. These people are marketing and business masters. They are also decent, ethical people and I appreciate that. I learned so many important, new ideas that I am overwhelmed. The importance of questioning yourself and your customers about your credibility, how to develop trust, appeal to emotions, honor every person as you would like to be honored.Real world working ideas to build your business.I can’t wait til the next panel. Thanks for this opportunity to learn from the best!

  • Joel says:

An amazing group of speakers with truly insightful comments. They gave me a bunch of great ideas for expanding my company into new markets during this down economy.

  • Molly says:

I truly appreciate the second chance that those of use who could not get on the panel the first time around have been given. The most honest feedback that I can give you after having listened to this first panel is that I am completely overwhelmed with information! (And that is a good thing!) I’ve taken copious notes and am confident that the actionable steps that were covered in this first panel will help me to increase the success of my business. Thank you for putting together such a wonderful panel! I look forward to the next installment :o ).

  • Glen says:

I’ve just sat through the first panel — it was excellent. About 10 years ago I wrote a report on this topic. It was gratifying to hear my findings repeated and expanded upon.
It’s nice to know that I’m not the only one holding those opinions.
The alternative opinions and applications suggested will definitely help me to focus my marketing efforts. In one case, the comments have helped me to rationalize one weak point in my product and I’ll be incorporating that into my product starting immediately.

I’m definitely going to look forward to the next panel and will recommend it to my friends and readers.

  • Marc says:

It was 2.5 hrours well spent. Irt would take hours and hours of reading, the cost of the books, etc. to get was we received today.

I enjoyed the diversites of the panel, yet was not surprised to find a commonality of one thing: basic princliples. It was good to be reminded of so many of them which are the base tenets of successul selling, marketing, problem solving, enduring relationships.

I very much look forward to the next session.

  • Mike says:

My test for sessions such as this is that if I get one good, actionable idea from the material then it was worth the investment of my time.

This session passes the test. I have several ideas I can try out immediately and others that might be developed into something later on.

  • Suta says:

I really appreciate you offering another chance to hear the 1st broadcast. It was Fantastic!! Very rich with positive, actionable steps from an incredibly experienced panel. Im looking forward to the upcoming shows – it looks like they could be of great inspiration to any business owner.

  • Marin says:

My greatest motivation for joining league was massive savings of time. I estimate Rich and Jay saved me 7 years toward my first million. I can only say that because of large number of experts on board. What is better than learning from best. Thank you. I’m so grateful. I

  • Thanks for sorting out the glitches and giving a second chance to listen to the broadcast.

Now that I hear others had NO problems, I wonder what I did wrong, and what to do differently next time??? Sorry, I wish I could. I was not able to get any audio, and I logged in 15 minutes early. I saw “streaming…” and “transferring data” and I got nothing. I was disappointed, however figured that the first time through there could be problems.

I will be glad to send a glowing testimonial when I get to hear the presentation.

    Yours in good faith,

  • Brian Kennard says:

Wow this has been the most enlightening time I have spent on the internet for a very long time.
The decision to join this has to be one of the finest decisions I have ever made. I loved the reinforcement of a principle I work by and that is people will only buy from people they like and trust, TRUST is the ultimate word in networking. There was so much information that I either did not know about or had forgotten in this webinar. Thank you so very much, and be assured I will have no problem in referring my contacts and clients to your programme.

Fantastic, technical diffculty kept me from hearing the session live, but his morning while my family was still in bed I put my headset on and was captivated for the next hour an a-half with some of the best commentary for business success I have heard or read for a while. I have been a listener/reader of personal/business development since 1989 and though out todays recordings I heard ideas and thoughts with roots that appeared out of many of those tapes and books I have spent time with over the last 20 years. These ideas are fresh, relevant and proven as business growth enhancers as communicated by today’s panel. I am by the end of the year venturing out into a new business venture and these ideas will definitely help me maintain my foucus on the most important client development/maintenance activites to ensure our success moving forward. Stephen’s words on Trust and it is he foundation for all growing relationships and it is critical to everyone’s success. I hope to double my income in the next 12 months and it will result from expanding my personal service to those drawn to a unique services offering. Hay, from this adventurer to others, take these ideas, share them, use them and believe in them and “Trans-Actualize” them and I think they will take you to any level you may wish and are willing to work for. Much continued success to all involved. As we say in the horse adventure world, Join Up and let’s get started on this ride of your life.

The League of Extraordinary Minds – demonstrated why they will continue to be extraordinary; listeners could not get on and instant replay is provided. This one act alone put these panelist and presenters in a class by themselves. The probing questions are the ones the movers and shakers must ask and answer to take their business to the next level. Thanks for the insights. See you at the top.Awaycash.com truly appreciate youe sterling performance.

    Sensational points and comments!

  • Stephen says:

Great questions, great answers. This is the dream team for marketing and communications. I’ve read many of the books written by these guys but htis is better. Inspiring. Can’t wait for the next session.

  • Hugh Levenbach says:

    Hi Rich and Jay,
Firstly I want to thank you for your attention and for the fact that despite the massive response you were able to hear my complaint that I did not recieve the first broadcast and to solve the problem by sending me a recording. This is impressive.
I enjoyed the broadcast imensely and derived much interesting material from the panel.
If you are interested though I have some feedback for you regarding the way the panel was run.
Although both of you, Jay and Rich are genius level proponents of your respective arts, I think you could have improved the interviewing side of the discussion.
I would have asked fewer general questions to the whole panel, say three questions and spent more time with each panel member drawing out the juice of their central messages.
    Here are some examples:
Russel Granger’s concept of “Emotions make decisions – we are feeling machines that think……” This is fascinating and it would have been more fascinating if we could have heard some concrete examples of how this looks in reality. Of how this impacts website design, how it would impact communications with partners, prospects, suppliers, employees. How indeed we could develop our skills in this area.
Bert Decker’s central theme of practicing public speaking and getting feedback. He mentioned “behaviour changes while speaking” a couple of times. It would have been interesting to draw him out on that a bit more. What mistakes has he seen business people commonly make in their presentation and how did he improve these?
Michael Bosworth’s concept of “visualising the difference between your prospective customer using your product/service to solve her problems and not using your product” was interesting. I would have loved to ask him for some examples of this. Also his concept of preparing “predictable conversations in the selling proccess” was interesting and worthy of expansion. Also I thought his conversation about stories was worth expansion.
Michael and Russel spoke about “bonding”, “emotional connections”, “getting human to human” whereas Stephen spoke mainly about character and integrity, and Kevin and Jack spoke of USP strategy, Joseph was very much focused on social communication on the web. So there was a lovely “quadrophonic” take on the word TRUST. It would have been fascinating to “cross-polinate” a bit and to ask one panel member for a response to another panel member’s focus.
These are just a few of my comments off the cuff.
If you think this is of any value I would love to get involved and give you any suport I can in this matter.
    Regards and thanks,
    Hugh.

The best hands on session I have ever attended. Whilst I have maintained highest Business Integrity and Trust having worked for 3M for over 9 Years I am now convinced this is the way. No other way. The in sights I gain are very actionable and most profitable. Looking forward for the next session.

Awesome! i have travelled around the world many times to attend seminars, to learn more, my cost due to travel, currency exchange etc run into hunderds of thousands, only to find not a fraction of what i gain via this programme! its extremely worth it, in fact don’t even think about it, simply do it- you owe it to yourself!

  • Liezel says:

This was awesome! I have read and heard so much that was just pure theory and not very practical or helpful. What set this apart was the practical real world advice that I can impliment in my business now. Thank-you so much!

  • Frank says:

Being new to the online business world joining the League… was a smart move indeed. The insights gained will help me greatly in developing my new company. I felt the tips on gaining customers and keeping them were the best advice from this webcast, along with some references to books that I’ll be sure to read. I’m sure this will be very financially rewarding for my business as I now will focus and plan clearly from the outset. To anyone that is considering signing up I would say go for it. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain.

  • Adam says:

Guys this was fantastic. Learned so much in a short space of time and now have so many parts of my business to re-evaluate. The discussion has forced me to focus on the basics of my proposition – something that should have been done a long time ago. can’t wait for the next session.

  • Ileana says:

For a brand Newbie like me these advises do not address THE VERY FIRST TIME you approach your clients or list…I think that the 1st time should have KNOWN NAMES of authoritative Figures in the field, to attract the interest and trust of your list.
Thank you for this GREAT help, though!

WOW Guys! I can’t believe you are providing this information to small business owners for FREE? I know that companies pay many thousands of dollars for this type of information because I used to work for one. I’m definitely looking forward to the rest of the sessions and I would recommend that any small business owner invests the time to listen to this invaluable information. Well done.

  • Shrinidhi says:

What a concept! Churn great minds on very relevant and immediately actionable key issues in business and see what develops. Hats off to bringing such an event to pass! The first panelist meet was an inner eye-opener and deep motivator on many levels. Right from the biological basis inside your brain to social media leverage to harnessing new markets with USPs and Key differentiators – this is plain revolutionary way of coherently presenting workable ideas on a platter to the small business entrepreneur….Keep it coming!!!

  • Denise says:

This panel has reminded me of why I wanna get there how and when I should get there It also gave me much more confidence on how to face future problems that may come and how to start a strategic plan to get me started I am looking to forward this opportunity to people who will need it so we can all share same experiences and journey with the league Thank you for the support and conveyed messages sent and will be sent

  • Kent says:

Wow,what a great teleseminar. My decision to join was a confirmed tonight. Fantastic panelists. I learned how important trust was in the buying decisions of my prospects and to develop a friendship with them by finding something in common. I also learned that people buy with emotions not just logic so this is why truly listening and trying to help them is so important. By applying the principles learned in the next year, my home remodeling business will increase and income will double. I will tell my business friends that they need to have a mentor or mastermind group to advance quickly and Extraordinary Minds is the way to do it

  • Louis says:

Great information, particularly about the need for differentiating your product in some way, building trust & credibility by delivering on your promises and responding to bad press immediately in not only regular media but social media that is becoming more powerful and immediate. To all the speakers I say, thank You so much for sharing your thoughts and knowledge.

  • Ron says:

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I could not have asked for a better mastermind group. Iam in the process of writing up a business plan and the insight I am hearing is really clarifying everything for me.

The idea of marketing as a conversation rings and feels true. It has surely changed the way I think. The ways of researching the players, customers, and most importantly myself was very enlightening. Clarifying a singular message and or purpose while carrying it through in every step of my business seems to be the surest way to differentiate myself.

My dream was to build a six figure income in a couple years time. I now feel that this is actually going to happen in this coming year. I have found a fast track for my business and my life.

I have invited friends and relatives to join. I will do so again. This is truly an experience that will be talked about and I will proudly say I was involved in the process that kick started the next generation of the way business evolved to the next level.

Once again: Thank you, Thank you Thank you!

Thank you for this great opportunity to learn from the best, especially thank you for listening and making the second re-play available. It proves that you listen to your customers – even when they aren’t paying customers, as in this case!

I learned so much about the importance of feedback and many principles that were brought up by one of the speakers and then repeated by others, which makes them much more valuable because the majority of extraordinary minds agree on them.

With all the commitments that I have I am so poor on time that wouldn’t set 2.5 hours aside to listen to a recording if it wasn’t coming from Rich and Jay – but in this case I am glad I did.

Your recording already validated one of my business decisions and I am sure the following ones will be even more helpful.

    Thank you!

  • Viktor says:

I took pages of notes. Because English is not my native language I know I missed a lot. I went through them – it is densely, rich, many notes like headings to separate sessions.
Because one of my majors is stage director I know what the weakness is. TOO GOOD, TOO DENSLEY, TOO RICH. It is so powerful so is sweeps majority away in first 30 minutes. With small “BUT” – if you counted for majority.
It is like to use a steam hammer to crack nuts.
For me this session was great experience and knowledge.
I know if 30% of business people would use not even more than 10% of this knowledge – world would be different.
Can’t thank enough Rich and Jay.
I can’t criticize you for connection. It is like to blame winner for his unexpected success.
I was able to get recording only after 8:30 when hope was close to nothing.

  • Jecwin says:

Nice job guys! It’s great. As expected. Guys out there, Rich and Jay etc do have very good reputation everywhere, but when something is out, it’s not the matter or reputation or fame or anything anymore, it’s how beneficial the products are and how these Mavericks bring it out! They excel! And the best of all, this time they let us get our hands on “The League of Extraordinary Minds” for FREE!!

  • Chad says:

Very powerful. What I really enjoy is hearing answers from different experts all within the same hour. It’s obvious Rich and Jay have brought together some of the best minds alive today.

  • Hope says:

I didn’t know that the webinar would go for 90 mins! I don’t recall reading anywhere how long it would be. (Will they all be 90 mins.?) Nevertheless, my hand was furiously flying trying to take as many notes as possible. (My hand is still sore today, 2 days later)!

Anyway, I think that the most important thing I got out of this is that people buy based on their emotions, the amygdala. Very neat info.

Also, great to be reminded of building relationships, having confidence, providing excellent customer service, being authoritative and trustworthy, being considerate and gracious…..and simply asking for feedback when you need it.

Hope to “see” more women speak, and would like to hear more examples of the ideas the speakers are talking about. I think we all need specifics.

  • LD says:

Kudos. Nice Job. Right to the point and very timely.

  • Steven H says:

OH MY GOD!!!!! I can’t believe I did not pay for this. Jay you have outone yourself on this one. I can’t begin to tell you how much I got from this. i am goin gto post it on my blog.

  • Debra says:

Wow…can’t wait for the other panel presentations. Practical, useful, actionable content for increasing business. Thank you for putting this together!

  • Kathleen says:

I am so glad I didn’t give up as my browser loaded and loaded and loaded. When I clicked to get Jack Trout’s bio, an error message popped up and said my browser timed out. I thought that was it, but as I took my ear buds out – I heard sound.

All the info was top notch, but I really appreciated the tips on differentiating yourself from your competition. In order to do that, you need to study them, Google alert them, and the scariest of them all – talk to your clients. I don’t particularly think it’s that scary but most of my clients do. Ignorance is not bliss in business. Finding out where your competition is strong will help you identify your USP.

Loved Russell’s relationship starting question: What do you like to do when you’re not working so hard? And Stephen’s straight forward approach of building trust.

There’s a lot more golden nuggets – I took almost 8 pages worth of notes and look forward to the next panel. Thanks!!!

  • Jeri says:

Thank you for responding so quickly to those of us who were unable to get on the Thursday night broadcast.
It was well worth the wait.
The information offered and the tone in which each panelist presented their unique viewpoint was sincere, expert and clearly caring for the success of those listening. Bravo Rich and Jay on assembling such a fantastic group, so willing to share their years of experience.
    Thanks,

This is by far the best information I have received from any seminar, and I got dozens of useful tips from this excellent group of high achievers. Way beyond what I could have hoped for. If I can’t add thousand of dollars and hundreds of customers to my bottom line, I should scream from the mountaintops “I can’t follow simple instructions!”

  • Al McCormick says:

Very informative. I loved the approach, I loved the content, and I witnessed several “ah ha” moments. In fact I found several items I am going to implement immediately.

I am very good at what I do, which at times I have found it a bit difficult to share. A light bulb went on for me when Mike Bosworth discussed the humanistic approach. A comfort zone for me is to share both sides, allowing me to share my success stories without appearing to smell my own perfume.

I am good at what I do, I believe your approach to this is going to make me better.

    Thank you for this.

    Al McCormick

  • T Jepson says:

First of all let me personally thank Jay and Rich for masterminding this fantastic opportunity for us all. The fact it was made available FREE of charge or obligation is in itself extraordinary and greatly appreciate by those who are struggling in this economic downturn. Here is your opportunity to climb out from under the economic load of crap that was thrust upon you by the system and to take charge of your destiny!

“Go to the Ant Hill thou sluggards. Consider her ways, and be wise:” Proverbs 6:6 We can feast at the Ant Hill of knowledge and we can learn and we can be wise. We can grow our businesses and we can make a difference. The choice is ours. What are you going to do to make a difference?

Needless to say, like most everyone else, I was blown away by the richness of the content and the professionalism of the panel. Since it is impossible to take notes and at the same time receive the phenomenal information being delivered by these extraordinary purveyors of thought, it would be more than worth your time and money to purchase the recordings that are being offered. This way you will always have the information at your fingertips for future study and reference. Thanks again for this unique opportunity. Looking forward to the other sessions. Truman

  • Suzan says:

Panelists were excellent but information was often too general or obvious. Need more specific examples or details. Make it more practical, instead of general terms like “be confident” or “overcome customer resistance”. Examples of how to successfully implement these ideals would be valuable. 12 full minutes were spent on introductions; get to the “meat’ sooner. I agree with previous poster that future panels should include women. Overall grade B.

  • Marc says:

Joining the League of Extraordinary minds puts marketers and business owners in the direct fire of the most, well, extraordinary business brains available.
The panels offer various angles on the questions that matter to your business or your client now, and going forward towards success.
Russell Granger provides a model of presentation and a wealth of knowledge. He literally, at a biological level, puts you in your prospect’s brain in the first minutes of the first panel.
Joseph Jaffe presents actionable “why didn’t I think of that,” points in plain language for any listener.
These gentlemen, along with Stephen M.R Covey, Jack Trout and the rest of the crew offer their positions at varying levels of problem solving that YOU can follow and YOU can use because it matches YOUR business style.
The LXM panelists are your business optometrists for paradigm blindness. The way we do business can be improved upon, regardless of how successful you are now, you can do better. The LXM is your sherpa towards the summit of success.

  • Jaggi says:

Absolutely fabulous session. Initially had my reservations could not attend the first session as well. But then hearing this re-run has truly been good use of my time. Thanks a lot Rich and Jay, thanks a lot panelists.

  • Debbie says:

I was somewhat disappointed by the session. First of all, for some reason I was expecting a webinar with accompanying visual information rather than just an audio version.

Second of all, I was under the impression, perhaps mistakenly, that this was going to be a discussion rather than a series of questions and answers. Not having the experts interact with each other was an opportunity lost, in my view.

I suspect that each participant was interviewed separately and then the whole thing was edited together afterwords. Again, I might be completely on the wrong track with this, but that’s what I was feeling as I listened, and the lack of spontaneity and discussion between the participants bothered me.

I was also bothered by at least one panel expert whom I thought was reading his answers rather than actually discussing them. As a result, I felt his replies were rather stilted.

That said, while the information was good, I didn’t feel that it lived up to the “extraordinary minds” tag line. Good, yes. Amazing, no.

Yes, I learned some things. Yes, I was reminded of things I knew and had not put into action for a while. But no, I don’t think this session was extraordinary. And, by the way, I think it would have benefited from the addition of at least one female panelist.

So, like a few others, while I appreciate the efforts you are going to, and while I know some will get more out of this than others, the jury here is still out.

Sorry not to be resoundingly positive, but, as you so rightly pointed out in the broadcast, you need to know what your customers are really thinking, rather than have them tell you what you want to hear.

    Debbie

  • Shirley says:

I’m in the UK and had no problem accessing the broadcast. I’m so sorry others missed it. I don’t agree that the session was too long. If it were shorter not so many questions and insights could have been included.

The format was very good. To have seven views of/approaches to the 7 questions was very helpful. Where they overlapped simply reinforced the advice. I took many pages of notes and intend to go through them very carefully to make sure no recommended action is missed. The information given fits very well with the method I have been taught by my Mentor, so I am especially pleased.

I am really looking forward to the next broadcast.

  • Ruchi says:

truly a mindblowing experience, gives fantastic thought provoking ideas that i would never have thought of by myself, thank you so much for providing me with this

I am also one of the members whose connection to the webinar was not completed. I look forwatd to your beimg able to resolve those technical issues so that I can enjoy the next topic discussion panel. Thanks.

  • Alan says:

‘Thank you’ just does not convey my thoughts. I am speechless!
To have sat at the feet of these great minds and listened to their words of knowledge and wisdom was a ‘Shaft of light in these dark days of recession.
    How grateful I am.

  • Tonya Heathco says:

I too experienced this issue and thought it was a flaw. Thank you for clearing up my misunderstanding. Will the program be rebroadcast or offered as a free download?

  • Jack Hemer says:

I made a connection the other night but I got no picture or sound of any kind. Therefore I saw nothing, I heard nothing. What happened?

  • Levi says:

Maybe I expected too much from the build up. The ideas were good but personally I think it is nothing new. Credibility should be build from day one and it should be maintained throughout, from suppliers, clients, etc… the whole supply chain. More credentials bring more credibility. Masteral Degree, PhD, etc. You’ve got to be believed to be heard.

I agree with the inputs of other affiliates/members. The session is too long for 2.5 hours. Sad to say my connection is not that smooth and the delay is quite obvious so I had to log out after almost an hour.

Anyway, keep up the great work. Your intention to help a lot more entrepreneurs is laudable. More Power…

    Levi

  • Neil says:

I am very appreciate of the chance to learn from the best and Jay And Rich bringing this information to us.

I get the theoretical concepts and have been applying them but nothing in the call was extraordinary. As an internet marketer i was thinking how do i appy every one of the action items and somehow this escaped me.

I was quite surprised actually as i was looking for insights that would help me shift my thinking or make a difference to my business.

Except for Jay and RIch i thought the expert panel was just okay.

Maybe you set the expectation low on this one to wow us on the next call but we will see later.

    Respectfully

I can’t wait for the transcripts to dig even deeper. You can’t listen to this much great content without getting more ideas than you can possibly implement right away.

  • Jim Boyer says:

It far exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I told my family I wasn’t available for a while; I had a panel discussion to listen to. I enjoyed being introduced to some of the gentlemen whose books I have on the shelf. And I ordered the book of one of the panelists right away.

I had no technical trouble at all – sounded clear and strong for me. Well done. I will be back for more.

  • Samatha says:

WHAT A GREAT CASE STUDY ….. we all have unexpectancies/challenges that happpen in our businesses … how one handles them tells about the character of the organization. I have been interested in these comments from the moment Jay’s email arrived. Most of the comments are Not from “unforgiving” people as one person suggested …. but from potential clients that really wanted and still want to be raving fans …. What a great insight for all of the people that did hear the session to get a glimpse as to what goes on prior to losing a client… even those of us that didn’t get on … look at the extent that some people went to to be happy … how many of your clients are working that hard to trust and believe in your products or services…and do we listen to them or just write them off as unforgiving or irrational. What if in your business it was as easy to fix as having a link to replay the session with a special bonus for everyone that preregistered. How many times do we leave for the weekend and assume everyone is doing their jobs only to come back and see the can of worms that that tipped over and no one bothered to notice let alone tell you about. Again what a great case study to watch! Jay always teaches about testing, testing, testing… so now he is teaching us why. For every one person that wrote …. how many others didn’t get on and were just or more disappointed. Don’t let this just be a disappointment for those of you that didn’t get on. Apply it. Think about how you may have oversold to one of your clients… just like we didn’t expect this from Jay and Rich … think if there are clients that are disappointed in you and you don’t know why. Ask them. And like Jay and Rich’s opportunity, it may not cost you anything to fix. A relationship of Trust starts with the little things … I’m excited to see how they fix this!!! Samatha

    Such a great mastermind pannel

  • What a fascinating and fabulous way to transfer the wisdom of these incredible minds to budding and seasoned entrepreneurs like me. I’ve read many of your stars books and have applied every principle I could muster.

What you’ve done is answer the questions I always wanted to ask, and those I did not know how to ask. and ask you did!

Taking it over the top was that the questions were fielded by the entire panel! Wow – Talk about a indelible way to drive great concepts home!

I gladly, gladly signed up for the incredible offer of MPS3 and transcripts (I just couldn’t write fast enough and I never multi-task) of the rapid fire responses.

Jay and Rich – This is your greatest JV coup ever!

Keep it coming – can’t get enough.

I am so glad that I kept trying to get on because this was something I definitely did not want to miss and you and your panel did not disappoint.

I felt like you guys did an excellent job in selecting the questions as they were hitting all my hot buttons and things I wanted to know or didn’t even think to ask.

There were so many excellent takeaway strategies that I can start easily applying to my business today that will improve the longevity and really help me stand a part from my competitors.

Great, great resource for anyone looking to be the go-to authority in their niche.

    Thanks!

  • Andre says:

I live in the Caribbean and was unable to access the webinar. I was really looking forward to learning from these experts since I am new to Internet Business. I am hopeful that the webinar will be replayed for those who missed it.

  • Boyana says:

First, I want to say Thank You for this great webcast! I took tons of notes, and I’m intend to come back to them and act on what I learned. I really appreciate the action steps on how to make yourself be seen as credible, as well as how to create lasting relationships with your partners by listening. There were also some very useful thoughts that reassured me I’d chosen the right field for myself, and that I have the correct understanding of some ways to behave, as the one about being human, sharing your story, and not trying to look super-human, as well as fulfilling your promises. Bottom line is, I don’t have a business yet (I’m just finishing my studies), but I’ll try to practice all I learned in my daily life and contacts, so that, hopefully, I get to have a great start.
I wish every teacher and learner success, joy and bliss!

  • Monika says:

Although I had to try three times to join the webcast, thankfully I had no further problems after that. I do agree with the statements that others have made about it being too long. However, the value of what was presented was so great that despite the length, you had my attention and interest throughout.

It is only recently, through the work of Susan Weinschenk PhD, that I have been introduced to the idea in marketing and selling, of telling stories and appealing to the older (in evolutionary terms) part of the brain rather than the logical, rational part. It was very interesting that several of the panel members corroborated the importance of talking to the real “decision maker” within the brains of our customers.

I also found it very interesting that the panel addressed a vastly under utilised element of selling – find out what your customers think about you and fix what you can. I really appreciated that the panel all said – be real in estalishing relationships. Yes, use technology, surveys, credentials, etc. but above all else, be who you are and establish person to person relationships.

Although many of the ideas discussed are talked about by other ‘experts’, the webcast was a very powerful reminder that there is so much we, ourselves can do to encourage customers to choose us.

Thank you for a very interesting 2.5 hours and I look forward to the next sessions.

  • John says:

Listening to 2 experts interviewing 7 other experts with 7 questions, what you get is clear and concise takeaways from different perspectives! Powerful stuff! Great job guys!

    Hello,
The day before I couldn’t log in the interview with Tony Robbins. Because the day of the first broadcast I tried and tried, but could not login to the first broadcast. So I tried the interview with Tony again and that worked and listened to that instead of the broadcast. Was very interesting too! I hope though to have another chance of listening and learning of the 29th October broadcast.

  • Chris Young says:

I was late logging on due to my daughter’s birthday and I had trouble staying connected so I gave up. I am glad that you made the sessions free but disappointed that i set the time aside and ended up not even getting any information. At least the paying subscribers will get a replay. Thanks for trying to put together an extraordinary event though guys, I really do appreciate the effort.

    Chris

  • Carl says:

    Hello;
I listened for about an hour … it seemed more ordinary than extraordinary.

I am not sure whether it was the format, the time of day (I am a morning person, or the panel of speakers … it seemed lackluster … in my personal opinion … I felt that the speakers were not necessarily coming from a place of genius … maybe a place of excellence at best.

Perhaps I need to listen to it again before passing judgment … but certainly in response to your request for feedback, the preceding is my initial impression.

I do appreciate what you are trying to do … maybe my expectations from the title ‘Extraordinary Minds’ is too high … when I listen to Rich (I have not had the privilege of listing to Jay) my expectations are always met (with respect to ‘Extraordinary’) … this experience (the panel from the other night) did not leave me with the same feeling … right or wrong, it is my honest impression.

My conclusion: the jury is still out.

    Thank you

    Carl!

  • Nicola says:

As regards the connection, everything went very smoothly and I had no problem accessing the broadcast at the appointed time and being able to listen right up to the end.

The input from the 7 experts was very interesting, each one having a different take on what to do to get customers to choose me over everyone else, when it’s appropriate! Sometimes their answers to the different questions were repetitive, but I do believe that repetition is important as that’s how we integrate what we learn. I particulary appreciated Mr. Decker and Mr. Bosworth’s advice, as both were relevant for me at this moment.

The only drawback was the length of the session: in my opinion, 2.5 hours is too long to remain focused on such valuable information. I would suggest maximum 1.5 hours for the next one, even if it means less experts.

Thank you, Jay and Rich, for putting all this together. And thank you also for the Tony Robbins audio you sent us in advance. I really appreciated that and got some interesting ideas out of it.

  • Garth says:

Like so many others I tried for 35 minutes then gave up trying to log on.
Hopefully someone reads these messages and reloads the program

  • Joan White says:

I also waited for over an hour. I tried to sign in a few times but nada, nothing, zip!

  • Kimberly says:

    Hello,

I thought I’d tuned in late but it must have been at the beginning as panelist were being introduced. I just finished taking a marketing course and my professoe was really excited I included him on my list. He knew of the panelist and was excited.

I did not get cut off, I got sleepy and signed off. I agree it was too long. It seemed as if many of the points were reiterated as you circled back around. The information was valuable and informative, but needed to be more concise.

  • James Erdt says:

Excellent! Period. Well worth the wait!

The first installment of the Extraordinary Minds webinar series was exceptionally useful and the speakers were fantastic. I really enjoyed the format of having the questions asked and then getting the answers and different viewpoints from each and every speaker. Great job Rich and Jay on assembling such incredible talent!

As an experienced entrepreneur and new speaker, I found much value, education and new ways of doing things that will most certainly benefit my businesses, speaking engagements, customer satisfaction and life!

Thanks a million and I look forward to session 2!!!

Yours in Opportunity, Abundance and JOY!

  • Nigel J Britton says:

    Hi Guys,

I had real problems getting connected from the UK.

I guess I missed a real cracker of a session.

    Kindly,

    Nigel

  • Wazab says:

    Hi,

I was so enthusiastic to listen in. Couldn’t get through though. I trust you missed a lot by not being able to join. Any chance the recorded session be posted for us?

    Thanks

  • Wazab says:

    Hi,

I was so enthusiastic to listen in. Couldn’t get through though. I trust you missed a lot by not being able to join. Any chance the recorded session be posted for us?

    Thanks

  • Steve says:

I,like apparently hundreds of others, was prohibited by your technological system from logging on. Heard and saw nothing. Please rebroadcast for those of us who placed our trust in you that something of value would be forthcoming.

  • Don says:

Many insightful concepts and practical, real-world strategies. Rich and Jay’s 30 minute summation was excellent and delivered even more value to the already powerful experience. (more specific action tactics)
A very worthwhile investment of 2 hours!

  • Hugh Levenbach says:

I arived at the designated url 5 minutes before the time and waited close to an hour to see if the audio would arrive. It did not. I was very disapointed and would appreciate hearing a recording if this is possible.

  • Ovidiu says:

    Great information. It was fantastic!

  • Ovidiu says:

    Is was extraordinary.

  • mike dale says:

Again, like others commenting before me, I was cut off early in the webinar and unable to reconnect, which left me hugely disappointed. My only hope is that the techical poindexters can sought out the glitches in the system before the next webcast. Any chance of a replay for us unlucky ones ?

  • Steve says:

Very, very disappointed… what a build up! It should have been so good, and it probably was, but unfortunately, like so many others, got onto the site, got streaming dots but didn’t hear or see a thing for 1 hour 20 minutes before I gave up. Three suggestions to redeem yourselves:

    1. Get your tech guys to send out a list all the problems that could have occurred at our end and how to fix them.

    2. Send out a ‘test transmission’ to make sure the problems are resolved -before the next event.

    3. Repeat the broadcast.

  • Chris says:

I managed to connect at the second attempt and was well worth the initial problem.

The organistion and content of the webcast were first class. All of the experts brought amazing understanding, experience and insights to those participating. I learnt so much from this event given so freely by the team of extraordinary minds as promised. I now look forward to the next webcast.

Many thanks for your gift of knowledge.

  • Mike says:

    Hi Guys

Tried to listen but never got thru-it just hung.
Are you considering issuing the replay to help out those that missed out?

  • Frank says:

I was one of the lucky ones to hear this great first session. It was filled with useful tips and strategies. A lot of it is common sense in good marketing I guess. But the panel took it a step beyond and shared some profound wisdom that can be applied to any business. Thanks

  • Sanford says:

Could not hear, see anything. A lot of wasted time on my end trying to be involved. What is the problem?

  • Like a few others on here the streaming did not work felt let down.

  • ted sikkink says:

Very impressed with this first session but than how could it not be with such a stellar lineup and a really great subject and great questions that these bright minds had to answer.
Keep up this level of quality and you should have a lot of happy customers indeed!
As with previous programs by you guys , too bad they don’t teach this in school i.e. that this kind of information is not part of the high school core curriculum.
It might bore a lot of students but countless others would be inspired to follow the entrepreneurial route and be so much better prepared via this material.
    best regards
    ts

  • Joel Helfer says:

I truly enjoyed last nights panel discussion. I took over 3 pages of notes and that did not include all the mental take aways . I am looking forward to the rest of the series with great anticipation

  • As I understand a lot of people was unable the listen a word by thecnical problems of the page, the less we hope is to wait from your part a rerun of the webinar before next session.

  • Nathan says:

Having listened to and been involved in other projects Jay Abraham has done, I knew from the start that this would be detailed and expansive, enabling me to take away more information than I could handle. I was not wrong.

Some of the points raised I had heard before, but even so they were a valuable reminder as to why it is important to ensure implimentation as success can not be assured without them.

Looking forward to the next one already.

  • Jay says:

Wow you guys certainly did deliver. I learned a lot and took pages of notes and would really like to play it over again. Some of those questions surprised me by how well crafted they were. I thoroughly enjoyed the insights of Kevin and Stephen. A job well done.

  • Natalie says:

Very good, pertinent information was given by seven of the top men in their areas of expertise. I received information that will help me expand my business greatly! Thank you!

  • Alice says:

    Dear Rich and Jay

I live in the Melbourne, Australia time zone and the transmission did not get through to me at the advertised time. FIrstly, I was there at my computer at 8pm on Thursday (bear in mind that Thursday gets to Australia before it gets to the USA because of the international date line) and there was no web page to get into. Then on Friday, my time, just before 8pm, I turned on my computer and clicked on your website only to be told that it was after 9pm by your clock and the broadcast was over.
I’m wondering if any other Australians from my part of the world were also disappointed. Not much of a testimonial, I know, but it’s all true. I’m wondering if your clock did not take daylight saving into account, plus the international date line? I’m hoping the website will work for me next time

    Alice

  • Craig says:

I have listened to some of these men for years and what I gleened the most from this round table session is that these men have been on point since the beginiing. In addition to the wisdom that one gets from God’s word, it is quite refreshing to here that the business, the product, the service is always predicated on how we respect and treat our customers. And with great reflection we must also and always see that we also are somebody’s customer. AlthoughI didn’t specifically here it said, the jist of it would appear that we should have a servants heart. Over the years that is what the excellant teachers have taught me. I look forward to more great teaching.

  • Anshal Thakur says:

Must thank you guys for your efforts and concern about intermediates or beginners of this online marketing world. You guys provide us the hope to rise. Thanks alot again.

  • Merv says:

It was an extraordinary webinar! The opportunity to tap into people of this caliber was amazing. During Jay’s summary the following phrase came to my memory: “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care!” Trust, integrity, believability etc. all come from caring about the people you deal with.
I am looking forward to the other 5 sessions.

  • anne says:

    Truly amazing, practical advice.

And even more so, we will now be able to take notes on YOUR implementation
    of handling all the glitches!

  • roi says:

    Hi
was listening to the broadcast and got so many points of view to topics i thought i already knew. every speaker added some value, and it was a great lesson.
    Thank you.

  • Roy Harris says:

I almost missed this incredible first session. Like many, I sat here staring at my computer at 8:00 and all I see is a streaming icon. Fortunately, the power glitched at my house and when it came back, I was able to link up. A higher power made it possible for me to join this discusion. And what a discussion, some of the top minds in the world teaching me. There was so much information it was almost overwhelming. I really appreciate Rich and Jay going over what was discussed at the end of the call. Thank you all so much. I can’t wait the the next topic.

  • BernardTritz says:

    Hello Extraordinary minds
First let me say thank you to Rich and Jay for organizing this power house of knowledge.
Second, the first seminar was full of great information. I have taken notes over notes scribbled pages of things and I will be using this information for future training with my team. As a network marketer, the information shared is invaluable for the well being of my team.
I am looking forward to the next few weeks of more of the same.
    Thanks again great job.
    Bernard Tritz

  • john says:

    Thanks Guys,

Outstanding as I knew it would be!
I was struck by the diversity and still consistent power of eachincisive response. Almost like a brainstorming session but from years of experience and not intangible from the get go.
Just too many specifics to single out one or two. The slant on Trust opened my mind a bit the relevance that this has but then hard to say what happens to the brain when so many seasoned veterans are allowed to invade it like that! Many new connections and ponderances ignited for sure!

    Tanks Again,
    John O

  • Adam says:

The individuals presenting in this 90 minute audio presentation are all experts in their respective areas. The questions asked by Rich and Jay were appropriate for the audience.

I found most of the answers to be relatively superficial or obvious. If you have already been involved in running a successful business, you have probably already realized 90% of the information presented.

However, if you have not yet started a business, or you have started and only failed, then this information may be the “shot in the arm” to help you get on the right track.

  • Tim says:

I am so glad I purchased the upgrade and can now go back at my leisure and re-listen to session 1. There were just so many nuggets of wisdom shared on the event that it is going to take multiple times of listening through it to mine out and internalize all of the good stuff. This is exactly what I anticipated and the reason why I chose to become a paid member. It was money well spent and I have no buyer’s remorse.

    Keep it coming,

    Tim

  • Debbie says:

The broadcast didn’t work for me, either. And though I was disappointed at first (missed 20 minutes of Flashforward–yeah, the TV program, I’m not above it)… now I’m kinda glad you had all these problems. It’s absolutely fascinating to see how emotional people are getting about missing a 2-1/2 hour webinar.

Rich, I’ll be interested to see your response to this situation. During this week’s BGS call, you and I briefly talked about the impact of my server going down during a launch. You didn’t think I would have that problem, but told me if I did, to make it part of the launch story.

After reading all the conspiracy theories here, I’m thinking of just upgrading my server, lol.

  • Pauline says:

Oh my giddy aunty^_^ I must have been one of the lucky ones to get in to this League of Extraordinary Minds and I could not be happier. There were issues when submitting my comment by fortunately I was able to get back on. There was so much to learn it was mind blowing. I have been working on http://www.grandmastoyshop.com.au for almost a year now with few results but I am definitely not giving up and have so many more ideas for other sites. I can’t thank you guys enough for facilitating this event – it was even more than awesome.
I even woke my husband up when the webinar finished and chatted for ages (not sure if he appreciated that since we are early risers =) ). There is way to much info to put in a comment box but one statement stands out “we are not thinking machines, but we are feeling machines that think.” Gonna work that in along with a huge amount of other stuff.
Thanks again guys this was a brilliant night and I really hope the others get a chance at a replay. I hope I get on again next time. You guys are GREAT!!

  • Susan Vice says:

I am truly amazed by how unforgiving people seem to be concerning the technical issues that happened on last night’s webcast! I could understand better the frustrations & the comments received had we all had to pay for the webcast, however these gentlemen & their astounding lineup of “Extraordinary Minds” are doing this series FREE! They are obviously trying to set things up for “paid training” in the future, should any of us feel that the content they have provided FREE for us, has value that we would be willing to pay for in the future. However, after reading a lot of the comments here, I wouldn’t be surprised if they said, “Forget it, I’m not wasting my valuable time, uncompensated on these ungrateful people”!

Please people, put yourselves in their place. How would you feel if you had FREELY given of your time & effort in trying to pull this training off? I hope that those who have been so critical will take the time to ask for forgiveness & advise that they are willing to give it a 2nd try next Thurs. night. Stuff happens that is beyond our control. Technology is great when it is working correctly, but is frustrating when it doesn’t!

Thanks again so very much Rich & Jay for all of the time & effort y’all have & are continuing to put into this FREE training. The good Lord willing, you can count on me being on next Thursday’s webcast!

    Bless Y’all!
    Susan Vice

  • Jim DeArmond says:

AWE STRUCK !!!!!!!! I could fill this page with any number of words and phrases to describe one of the most powerful events I’ve experienced in a long time.

One “A” list presenter is often amazing. But, when you fill the table with a whole group of “A” listers and have them all talking to “me”. WOW !!!!

Together, this group jumped in and went about creating a “ton” of value for me and people like me.

It will take a while for me absorb all that I heard and then go apply it. This is true multiple review material.

Go back to that list of people you listen to now and scrub it clean of anyone that doesn’t measure up to this group.

Then, get ready for the next session. Good thing there’s a little time before that session comes to act on this first session.

Thank you, very much…. even though I had to deal with technical issues that interrupted the presentation. What I did receive was well worth every minute I invested.

  • Justin says:

All I can say is that I am glad I decided to get the membership. Being on the other side of the world I would have missed this great information, but since I have the recording and transcript I can dig as much info as I can at my own time. Thanks for putting together such a great program!

  • Katrina says:

Excellent! The focus on integrity, sincere relationship and credibility were not only clear in ways to apply these essentials to business, but also to every day life. The true care that was expressed from both the panelists and the hosts was actually touching, and I’ve been breaking down my notes into solid actions I can do to profit from this call.

I recommend this to anyone looking to grow their business and life with integrity in ways that benefit all involved. If the world was run with the values and tactics given on this call it would be a much better place!

  • M Lynn Fournier says:

Unfortunately, I was not able to get onto the webcast at all which was very disappointing to me. I signed in early as the instructions said to do. Actually seven (7) minutes early. I can see from many of the posts above that I was not alone. I sat on the clock countdown page and then when it reached zero it looked like something was loading and then I got a “Problem Loading Page – Try Again” message. I kept trying again for over 30 minutes but never got through. Too bad because like some others I rearranged my schedule and canceled another webinar that I could have attended in order to be on this webcast. I already sent an email to Rich to see if there would be a way to get a rebroadcast of this, but have received no answer. I must say this is certainly not the quality one would expect from Rich and Jay.

    • Katrina says:

I did have a hard time getting in at first (actually tried two different computers when it didn’t work) but I kept trying and was able to access the call. I know the disappointment I felt when I thought I couldn’t get in. However, it wasn’t a complete surprise as I know other highly qualified internet marketers who have had big launches only to have the technology bomb on them. Learning and moving on are the name of the game.

I hope everyone who missed the call will come back for the second one because, if it was anything like the first it’ll be well worth it!

  • Don says:

I guess my mistake was re-tweeting your webinar. In doing so I got booted out and was unable to get back in before it even got started.

Just add my name to the many that missed what was offered.

I suppose that if were not willing to pay for the recording were sh..out of luck.

How typical…pump you up then let you down.

  • Maxwell says:

Really great stuff and the best part about it is, it’s not for scammers. It is for people who want to run real businesses and do real good for their customers.

I ate dinner at my computer last night just so I could listen to every last word. My wife isn’t happy but I imagine she won’t have any problem spending all those extra dollars that my business is going to make after applying what I am learning.

    Thank you

  • Art Ross says:

I was locked out. I tried several times to join. Is there any way to have last night replayed?

  • Dan Auito says:

    ——————————————————————————–

Whew BABY! The first round of 7 experts did not disappoint, took 10 pages of notes. Now it’s time to break them down. Awesome information. Rich & Jay are dead serious on leading people toward success. Outstanding 1st presentation.

Installment session #1 was over the top, just as you would expect with Jay Abraham style & wisdom, now combine that with Rich’s uncanny ability to capture insight and articulate it with Jay going deeper. The combination of 7 Extraordinarily business minded panelists combined with expertly designed questions did not disappoint, the follow-up synopsis and insights gained and analyzed by Rich & Jay was icing on a very rich cake. Simply awesome in scope and insight. WOW! Nobody should miss round #2!

I spent a good part of today transcribing and creating actionable procedure outlines for future reference and dissemination within my circles of influence.

This material is pure golden business dynamite that has the potential to catapult the person who fully grasps it and takes the prescribed actions necessary to implement what is being delivered.

Taking notes while listening helps to implant the knowledge, transcribing the notes cements it, Implementing the wisdom will lead to massive positive results.

I’m totally immersed and loving every minute of paradigm shifting content!

  • Stephen says:

    Hi Rich & Jay

Unfortunately the elctrons didn’t reach all the way to New Zealand – the link just wouldn’t connect, which happens quite often.

So, I’d love to hear what the top IM minds were thinking and saying. Is there a playback link?

    Yours sincerely

    Stephen Barrett
    New Zealand

  • Mark says:

A profound thank you to all of those that blessed us with there eye-popping material. I felt like like I was in the ring with Mike Tyson the way you went from one speaker to another with ‘nugget’ after golden ‘nugget’ of information. I think I’ll be more equipped for the next round. One or two of the speakers were really outstanding in my eyes. (no names to protect the innocent)

  • Ray says:

This is indeed a TREASURE! Amazing lessons from the very BEST in the world! I will be so busy reading and learning and of course applying what’s applicable to my new business in the time to come! I’m sure my business will be ready to ROCK & ROLL! Cheers!

  • Richie Shaw says:

    Hi guys,

First, let me tell you that I have attended several seminars, webinars and webcasts over the last few years, and none of them did for me what yours did for me last night!

Don’t get me wrong… as I have learned a huge heap of stuff from other sources, but nothing that actually spelt out “WHY” one should do things a certain way and “WHY” it is so important.

Right now, I am in the mists of building a website and writing a info packed report in a certain niche, and after last nights webcast I have been forced to re-evaluate my approach. Sure… I know that branding myself is really important, but you guys gave me sooooooo many reasons to have another look at the direction of my business according to my “previous” mindset. I have waited until now to post this reply because I wanted to get started on changing my direction right away.

I will try to keep this breif…

Ok, the points made by your panel were very clear about getting customers to trust “everything” that one does and “WHY” it is so vital. They all had a different way of saying exactly the same thing, and that is to make sure you do any and everything humanly possible to gain their trust from day one!

I have made some key notes and started to implement them not only to my business, but also into my “mindset”… which to be fair to myself wasn’t far from what you guys are telling us before, but it now has reason to the words and a better understanding of them.

The best key elements from last nights (2 hour 35 min) webcast for me are listed here:

Why it is vitally important to gain a customers trust and respect… and how this will lead to them becoming a loyal subscriber or customer for life.

Why credibility is so important to make trust and respect a natural response when a customer is presented with ones business proposals. i.e. providing proof of your claims and accomplishments.

Why it is important to make available any or all information about ones self, like pictures, videos, articles or blog posts and relative qualifications and titles etc… so gaining credibility is easily accomplished.

Why it is important to follow through with any promises you make to customers, whether that promise was for 24/7 support, guarantees of any kind or something just as important… I have had the “so called” gurus fool me on many occasions with these false claims, and they lost my respect as a result of it. (This is one part of your webcast that was already imprinted on my mindset!)

Basically… your webcast has me thinking along a slightly different path than I was before. It has not changed what I am going to do, but it has changed the way that I am going to do it!

Most of the replies from your panel were talking plain old common sense, but one doesn’t always see that sense until it is spelt out to them. Well you guys spelt it out “big time” last night, and thanks to you… I should be able to complete my report and present it in the right way when i’m ready to launch!!

It was “Totally Awesome” to listen to, and I will recommend this league to anyone that has any thoughts of becoming a serious marketer :)

See you at the next meeting!

    Richie Shaw.

  • Andy says:

Unfortunately, as with ma nyothers, I was unable to log in and hear the webcast no matter how many times I tried. I am afraid that your “technology”
let a bunch of us down… very disappointing, I was looking forward to hearing what you had to say.

I would suggest that you post a replay that works for those of us that had problems.

I trust that you will have solved the tech. issues for the next broadcast.

Jay… you screwed up… not like you at all… what happened?

  • Andy says:

Unfortunately I could not get on either – tried at 7:50, 7:55, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 no login information or anything. Once I could get it it said it was over – what a disappointment I was looking forward to the call.

I agree that a free replay should be available for all those who missed out – it clearly was a technical issue.

    • Jman HPIAOAT says:

I could log in, but that was it, it was surely technical, there was a message that claimed i should not leave the page or close my browser, (for thirty minutes) i left after that, clearly nothing was going to happen. I was also looking forward to the cast only to be disappointed.

  • Mary says:

A word of encouragement to those who missed out on the training. http://tinyurl.com/yjxxx79

  • gail says:

tried three times to connect.sorry to say I couldn’t. missed the whole thing

  • Jack Brooks says:

The webinar was a good mix of IM thought leaders, each bringing their unique POV to the questions posed to them. Although much of this first League webinar was similar to what I’ve heard in many IM presentations, it’s my hope that in the following ones, they’ll drill much deeper and bring more examples and anecdotes in to illustrate the points they make.
As I mentioned in the initial survey, my main question is their take on the future of Internet Marketing and what strategies they’ll bring to the fore as it unfolds.
I look forward to League webinar #2…..

  • Aden says:

My experience on this was pretty much the antithesis of the broadcast. You lost some of my trust in you, you lost some credibility too. No doubt there was an assembled league of extraordinary minds, the recording I was able to access will keep me interested enough for session two, but when I was hit with two upsales during registration and then couldn’t connect, only to receive some rather crass emails in response (my perception), well it’s not what I expected from you. I would hope that you are going to address during one of the webcasts, the events of October 29th as it relates to what to do when customers lose faith or trust in you, when customer service fails you, when systems fail. Now, I’m going to go back through the recording a second time and this time, try to be in a better frame of mind so I can really find something to take home from the league. It really is great that you were/are able to offer such a reputable group of successful people. I don’t want to write this experience off, I want to be a part of it. I think it is too big to be ignored. I started buying your products and like-products about 20 years ago so I have to remind myself not to let this single bad experience outweigh the positive ones. I hope you turn the problems around so these webcasts can be truly extraordinary – and I know your are committed to doing just that!

  • Steve says:

Extremely disappointed that I, like many others, did not see or hear the webinar. I loved the initial idea so I hope you can iron out the glitches, offer some good old-fashioned client service and rebroadcast. Think how much it’s worth to you to do that.

  • Franz says:

Excellent seminar that kept me at the edge of my chair for most of the nearly 2 1/2 hours. Took many notes and will go over again & again for the best nuggets of wisdom for use in my business ventures.
Yes, the event started 1/2 hour late & there were some technical issues. However, the content more than made up for any glitches encountered.
    Looking forward to next week!

  • Jason says:

Absolutely outstanding information that not only created ideas but motivated me to take action especially in terms of positioning myself and company. A heartfelt kudos to all the experts. Thank You!

  • Bob Hanks says:

At first, I was unable to hear after the countdown, as I was on early. Then I started over and gained access until my computer froze up.

The seven exceptional experts gave exceedingly great answers to the question(s) posed to them.
I had not expected to receive such insight and helpful information during the call. I recorded all that I could and took many notes of the conversations and various expert’s views of obtaining my customer’s acceptance of my business and to only consider my business through suggestions, trust, encouragement, and other aspects of an ongoing business relationship.
Thanks to all of you – - for all of the important, timely and inspiring information, and I hope to hear you and your expert panelists on the next series!
    Again, Thank you all,
    Bob Hanks

  • Katrine says:

An excellent evening – well worth the trials and tribulations in getting on in the first place. And particularly when I see how much trouble others had in the process, I feel even more blessed to have had the access (…in the end!).

I did like the mix of different perspectives from the various panel members. That said, there was some degree of overlap with some of the questions which resulted in a number of “repeated” responses from a couple of them.

I would also suggest a much shorted session – no more than 1-1½ hours – so that we (listeners) can fully imbibe all the information. Given its length (> 2½ hours), I was mentally overloaded towards the end.

But overall, truly an excellent first session. Thank you!

  • TeddiC says:

Being a complete newbie the information was outstanding in every way. I have a great deal to learn and this opened my eyes wide to the complexity of taking right actions, and following in the footsteps of great leaders who have just the answers we need. I am looking forward to the next lessons with great anticipation!

  • I love everything Rich and jay are teaching and the people they expose me to are so smart and inspiring that my whole mindset has done a 360. This panel. I took a lot of notes at the same time I was so inspired that I was taking another set of notes as ideas for my business came rushing in that were like a breath of fresh air.

I haven’t got a problem being genuine or trustworthy or any of that, but integrating my message into a whole with a clear through line was something I had not thought to do before. Having the end goal, in the sense of PURPOSE in sight, and that purpose not being just about making X amount of dollars, but being what I am actually intending to do in the world. Even my odd little business can be a contender.

I want to thank Rich and Jay and all of the panelists for taking the time out to help us all not only have better businesses, but to realize being a good person is important too. I always thought so, but it was not uncommon to find the philosophy of “Anything is OK if its business.”

So thanks again and I can’t wait for the next one!

    Qarm wishes,
    Arlene deWinter

I did’t formally count, but it appears that for every positive comment you got, you have 3-5 negatives–mostly from those who, like me, could not get on to this highly promoted program, in spite of jumping through all the hoops. Surely you will make it up to us in some way so we can both enjoy the content and not feel that a program about building trust and confidence actually greatly tarnished our confidence in you.

I know the follow-up appeal for testimonials was preplanned and autoresponder generated, but what we needed was an explanation of how you blew it, what you’re going to do to see that it doesn’t happen again–and what you are going to do for those who were shut out–many of whom invited countless others who didn’t get what was promised. Our reputations are in the balances, too.

Here’s where you demonstrate that you are the men of integrity we have believed you to be–and have told others that you are.

    I’m hoping.

  • William Stein says:

Sadly I have no comment. I waited with baited breath and then nothing but the big silence. Like others, no audio. Hopefully the problem will not persist.
    Still waiting…Will

  • Susan says:

Got an awful lot of information out of last nights call. I knew that trust is an important part of relationships, but telling people to target the emotional system was new info for me. I’ll be there for the next calls.

  • Judith says:

Can’t tell you how disappointed I was to be unable to hear the broadcast!

After all the buildup, I was really looking forward to participating in the exciting “LEM’. Because I am located in New Zealand, I took your statement of “8:PM on Thursday October 29th in YOUR time zone” at face value and started trying to log in at that time. Of course that didn’t work because we are on the other side of the International dateline. I took that in stride tho’, and on the following day (Friday the 29th here), I started trying to access the site from the equivalent of 8:PM US EST and followed the time zones across the US and finally on to 8:PM local time in Auckland.

With every attempt, I got the same result, a transfer to a screen urging UPGRADE for $49.00. This triggered all kinds of unpleasant suspicions, that this was an extremely elaborate and clever scam. I am relieved to see that this was not the case, and that many others had similar unfortunate experiences trying to access this event.

I would hope that an explanation will be provided and a remedy suggested so that next week’s presentation will be available to ALL.

Also, if there is any possibility that a replay or a downloadable MP3 file could be made available to those of us who where unable to link in, I’m sure it would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to some helpful advice.

    Kind regards,
    Judith

I also was among those who never got on. Watched the countdown timer, and then NOTHING.
It boggles the mind that people like Jay and Rich would ignore the fact that so many of us completely missed the webinar.
I turned in a support ticket at both their websites, but haven’t heard anything back.
I think the only honorable action is to post a Free Replay of the first session. Judging from the comments of those who actually heard got on, it was amazing.

  • Brandon S. Langowski, MBA says:

This Mind League is EXTRAordinary indeed!! It’s in valuable for anyone, anywhere in life, especially business owners, marketers, etc. I have learned much in education from a bachelors in bus. mgmt. (BSB/M) to a master in bus. admin (MBA). What you learn is here is the oil that makes all those parts work. Alone they are components that don’t really mix well, and when they do with much failure, you need to learn to create the wheel all over again, because the essential elements are missing. Valuing people, their values, their opinions, their emotions, their personal truths, knowing that their perception is their reality, truly listening to them and their needs, and finally partnering with your target audience to achieve maximum results. I learned in education that 80% of small businesses fail in the first year, and 90% of those that survive the first year, fail in the next five. If you don’t want to become this statistic, you must get the knowledge that will help you become a success! IT’S HERE! I cannot discredit all my previous learning and education that makes me ready to receive this, but if even if you don’t understand everything, just do what they say, of course with discernment, and you’ll find what the missing unknown solutions to your problems. Personally, this Mind League meeting was enlightening to the highest degree! It took many pieces of my life and sowed them together to make sense of who and what I have been despite criticism and sometimes ridicule. I always knew that I knew, and now I know that know, thanks to these brilliant and kind successful gentlemen sharing these gems of wisdom, and hard fought AND gained trUths. My appreciation to you all (The League) runs deep, and I will be forever grateful for your time and sharing vast wisdom! See you all inside!

  • Joanne says:

I was one of the fortunate ones who heard the whole session. I almost missed it because, like many others, at first I couldn’t see or hear anything and was extremely disappointed and even angry. I had turned down an event to be at home to listen to the program because it promised to be worth it.

Well, it was! At 8:45 PM (EST) it finally kicked in and, to my relief, started at the beginning. I took pages of notes (it was a bit long — my hand started getting tired) but all the information was invaluable and wise, intriguing and fascinating, and every point of view was valid. It was a great panel. I want to thank everyone of them for being so forthcoming and open in sharing their wisdom and experience with us. And I really appreciated your summary at the end. Not an easy task!

One suggestion: With so much wisdom to capture, and digest, while taking notes, it was (at least for me) hard to keep track of who was saying what. It would be a great help if you acknowledged each speaker again by name after their individual comments.

Thank you for putting together such an extraordinary event and offering it for FREE! I’m sure you will work out all glitches and I can’t wait until next Thursday for Panel #2!

  • steve says:

I wish I was one of the testimonials that got deleted. I wasn’t so lucky. As the webinar was starting I inexplicably lost the connection. Maybe others were effected like myself. Is there a recording of it I could listen to?

  • Art Jessee says:

I also was unable to connect to the site. Maybe next time.

  • Molly says:

I’m noticing that a lot of people had the same problem that I did. I wasn’t able to get on to the site. After spending nearly 30 minutes trying, I filled out a service ticket, jumping through all of the account creating bells and whistles, letting you know of the problem. I then continued to get on to the webinar for another 30 minutes before giving up. This morning, I received this message:

“Our response was overwhelming and our servers were smoking. Our tech support was working overtime and we still had some fallout but we hope you finally got in and we will increase bandwidth and the audio for the next broadcast Our next FREE webinar is Nov 6th at 8:00 YOUR LOCAL TIME If you haven’t do so already, you could upgrade and have access to recorded calls, transcripts and much more…”

I have signed up not only for the free course, but as an affiliate. Quite honestly, if this had been my program and I knew of a problem like this one, rather than asking for people to pay for the upgrade to access recorded calls without ever even hearing one minute of the “free” webinar, I would have sent out the recording of this first call in a mea culpa fashion…would engender more of a “warm and fuzzy” feeling…and make people like me more likely to purchase the rest of the recordings. I will still attempt to get on to the next webinar and give the program a test drive, but I won’t be doing any promoting until I actually hear a working sample for myself. And perhaps I will upgrade to access the recordings…perhaps not. That will depend on my impressions after the next webinar.

I admire what you’re doing, and certainly understand technological challenges. I simply think it could have been handled in a way more conducive to promoting your program to people who wasted the hour trying to participate. I wish you well, and look forward to hearing the next webinar and the ability to actually provide you with a proper testimonial!

  • Tim says:

I just want to say thank you for inviting me to attend this webinar. The information here is invaluable. I can see where this information will improve my business many times over. Anyone who wants to grow thier business needs to take advantage of this League of Incredible Minds.

  • Kathy says:

First of all I want to thank you for getting so many sources of information. I was very impressed with the diversity of answers to each question. I took many notes. Some of the stuff I have heard before, but even then with so many different opinions on one subject I was learning there is more than one way to see and act on something. The webcast was terrific and I would recommend to anyone starting their own business no matter what it might be, that they will find some very powerful and interesting information they can use to their benefit by joining in. I can’t wait for the next webcast.

  • Guys, I’m *really* glad that I get a second chance to give my impression about the first Panel. Like probably others last night, I tried *many* times to put in my comment with no avail, I kept getting error message. Luckily I saved my comment locally, just in case a moment like this would come :) Et Voila !
So here is what I was going to say last night:

What can I say, that was the most content-rich Panel Interview I’ve ever listened to. A very big thanks to Jay and Rich whom I am sure had worked very hard to realized all of these.
I was thinking that the webinar would last for one hour or so (just like other webinars), so imagine my surprise when it went through the second hour, and it was ’still’ going on (LOL) That was awesome.
I have to say that I’m only a newbie in (online) business, so I felt that there were so much I could take home from this event today. So I must say that Jay and Rich had delivered what they’ve promised. Again thanks for that.
One of the important point that struck my mind when I was listening to this was how important it is to build *trust* with your *customer* (who ever that is). Only by gaining trust, then and only then, you can influence them (to buy your product, to read your blog, etc).
This is something that I will try to do straight away after this.
Again thanks for everything, I can’t wait for the next one, and I will keep promoting the event to my circle as I’m sure it will benefit them too.

    Cheers.
    Chris Prakoso

  • This was one of the most informational, inspirational webinar I’ve ever heard! There were a lot of things that we are all ready doing but there were so many different ideas and things that we know that we should be doing, and this motivated us to be doing them and putting things into place ASAP! Thank you for bringing this info to the masses. MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR INFORMATION for only a few bucks!

  • Goh says:

This is the event that can transform and grow you business at incredible fast pace.

  • Andrew J. Leet says:

$$$PLEASE READ$$$ Well, since i registered to attend these seminars several days ago i’ve been geeked about feeling like maybe i’d found a truely genuine offer with seemingly exponential possibilities in the value it could produce for eager yet worn out by the internet’s tail chasing deceit and promises! (Im sure that most can recall one time or other being on a seemingly pain free info hunt probably endorced BOLDLY from the start with a saying like “all you need to know” *ABSOLUTELY FREE AND ONLY MINUTES AWAY* only to be humbled hours later; mental disturbances arising from carpel tunnel syndrome like pain and arthritic comparable cramping in your fingers and wrists, “Cry-Baby Eyes”, and your just discovered to be un-oiled “Tin-Man Neck” has totally and utterely left you (for at least the moment) with almost a yearning to be ignorant forevermore…HA…well at least to say it politely you could give a $#@! if you ever found that tid- bit of information again!! being that your senses are screaming out that the only information worthy of seeking out in the near future… (being made fully aware of the time and frustration risks of having a poor source of information as your guide)…would be the trusted advice of a family physician or chyropractor to staighten you out!!!) NOW! with that said against my better judgements and skepticism, ONCE AGAIN,I put a piece of myself out of reach of my kids and loving wife for a time hoping that this time will be different and mustering up what sadly is a small amount of faith in man to coincide with his word. But, I did it again i’m talking up- beat for days to heather (my wife, opening and following all the links and advice with your emails, showing initiative and like in this letter trying to put myself fully into whatever I decide to take on. So now it’s “Fight Night” OCT 29TH 8PM. I’ve been on the site 10min early watching the countdown to next webinar fully convinced now that you folks and your offer had broken the “MOLD” i’ve come to expect while online. Then, 3sec,2,1 and the door should be open to validate all we’ve talked about. I click the link to join and a little yellow error pops your sites not communicating, ok, so i paste it, doesnt work convinced it’s me and still seeing the value(even now obviously) I spend 2 hours going back to my emails, re-registering, blah blah until I think it’s probably over I keep at it. now I’m hearing how it’s better to upgrade something, I dont know I’m still in favor that something went wrong honestly and give the benefit of the doubt to all of you. but, please if someone could validate this for me? im just confused and want to remedy the issue as I am a 28 yr old father of 2 married but disabled in a car accident where I broke my ankle knee jaw nose got brain damage etc.. at 20 I only have disability state income but aspire to succeed dispite adversity or tribulation. I feel this insight could be of great consequence to me and my family please contact me by email if this can be remedied by you folks. In short I want to say thank you for not only offering such an amazing event like this to me, but for reading this lengthy reply. Your sincere attention not only to me but to your clients as a whole speaks in volumes of the difference between the value and personal effects your company emmits through solving problems and having content of such genuine substance. I think you leave in your shadow and up for question the ethical behavior of the rest of the indecisive tangle of deceit and awe the rest of the world wide web entrepreneurs have amassed themselves into. Again, thanks for the breath of fresh air, hope we can remedy any quirks this exciting new program unvails, truely waiting on the edge of my seat to hear from you or one of your representatives. Truely I appreciate the ear and understanding and would promote you to all. Sincerely, Andrew J. Leet

    • M Lynn Fournier says:

Andrew: I just love your post. Have you ever considered writing a book? It would have everyone on the edge of their seats just wondering for sure if you were being serious, or sarcastic, or humorous, or satirical? You are an absolute hoot and I see great talent in your use of words. Is there any way we could connect? Are you on Facebook or Twitter? I would like to get in contact with you.

  • My ears were really joyful and dancing the Tango with my limbic system! It was several hours before I realized that there was a real energy permeating me it was deep and touched my being I felt something different. Lot’s of ah ha moments and when Tony Robbins said ‘Life Is About Growing and Giving’ I knew that today was another perfect day. The thread of touching each other the new ways of identifying the power of the senses. Celebrating our wins! I was reminded of my early days with Tad James NLP and quantum physics. Luckily and karmicly I am here. There really is nothing new under the sun or the stars, however, this group made my stars twinkle again and reminded me that ’sometimes little meetings that come out of the blue…may change you for ever! Stories like he sold his 600 million dollar company and was lost because he was not engaged as he had loved what he did. I don’t have a nitch, but I have a burning desire to grow. Can’t wait for more learnings and to play the game ‘Standing Guard At the Door Of Your Mind Again! Yahoooooo and thank uuuuuu all the amazing speakers!

    • Brandon S. Langowski, MBA says:

Great post Jenny, you articulate many of my undescribable feelings I had too, especially nothing new under the sun and adding the twinkle to your star! Great writing! Thanks!

  • Tony says:

Practical and profitable advice for real entrepreneurs with real businesses.

I definately plan on telling as many people as possible about this “Extraordinary” series. I’m already looking forward to the next one. Thanks

  • louise says:

    Hi there

The part that I did hear sounded quite intriguing and quite interesting. You both present very well – but I set aside an hour at 8pm – but the telecast didn’t start till 9.

I listened for a bit – but found it to be too long – I think it would be much more effective in 2 one hour webcasts. Most of us work long hours, have families – and are putting in late hours to build an online business, so 2 hours is not always possible in one shot.

I would be interested in listening to the webcast on my own time – if that’s possible.

    thanks

    Louise

  • Susan says:

It was a great idea but that’s where it ended. Like the many others who’ve already responded I logged in early and got nothing. A big fat zero. I was very disappointed in the whole deal. I had even missed a prior engagement just to be on the webinar.
Still, I think there must be great value there…so I signed up to be an affiliate and I even sent you names of some of my friends. However the website shut down before I could download the promised bonuses.
Now I am embarassed to recommend this to anyone. Clearly, your tech team was unprepared. I won’t be wasting any more time with this.

  • Olivia says:

Tried to log in, got no sound and the word STREAMING. That’s it. I was sooo disappointed BUT I am glad that I’m not the only one with technicial issues last night. I paid extra so I assume that I can just listen to the mp3 but was really looking forward to the live version!

  • Colleen says:

It’s such a great idea for us to gather together and work in unity to help each other out. I am greatly appreciative of anyone who makes such an effort in providing a stepping stool for all of us to achieve greatness. Thank you for this service!

  • Susan Vice says:

I also tried to place the following testimony concerning the webcast on the board @ the site, but kept getting an error message that stated to use “alphabetic chars only”. I noticed that other people had posted both alpha & numeric posts, so not sure what was going on with my post. Here is what I was trying to put up:

Apparently the initial webcast has been experiencing some problems being seen & heard. I had problems myself, but did manage to get to hear & see some visual images popping up, wanting me to “tweet” it, invite more friends, put in this testimonial, & become an affiliate.
I realize that an initial webcast/call like this may have some kinks to work out, so I will exercise patience.
I was able to take 1 1/2 pgs. of some terrific notes, from the amt. of the webcast I did hear.
I joined because of the great lineup of extraordinary minds that will be freely giving of their time & talents to give us insight into what they feel each of us will need to work on to help us become successful business developers. I recognized a few of the names, but many I’ve never heard of before. However, I know that I want to grow, & I feel blessed to be able to continue to be like a sponge & absorb all of the great info. that each one of these extraordinary minds will share with us.
Out of what I heard this evening, the top 3 things I took from it was, (1) To build trust faster, make a commitment to someone, then keep it. Make another one, & keep it. Then another one, & keep it. This will quickly build trust with that person, & help you to sustain that trust. (2) Realize that people don’t reject you personally, just their perception of what you’re presenting. Work through it, by asking the right questions to get to the root of what they don’t understand, so that clarification is made & they can actually see how what you have can be something they’d use & benefit from. And (3) Personal stories let your potential clients see that you are human, just like they are.
I can visually see how building trust as described in this session, & not taking rejection personally, will help me be able to better serve my clients & potential clients.
I will continue with this 6 weeks series of the League of Extraordinary Minds. At that time I would be at a better position to answer the question about what the next 12 mo.’s would be worth to me. Right now, I’m in the “building trust phase”.
I had a friend call me this evening, whom I had told about this webcast about a week ago. She wanted to get on & I gave her the website address to sign up. When she asked me if it was good, I told her yes, that I’d taken the 1 1/2 pgs. of notes. I did tell her about some of the challenges that people were experiencing, however I advised her to be on next weeks webcast, because I’ve experienced these types of challenges before on an initial webcast/call, & most of the kinks get worked out by the 2nd webcast/call & it’s smooth sailing from then on.
I look forward to being on each one of the events in the series.
Until next time, have a blessed & prosperous week.
    God Bless You!
    Susan Vice, AL

I’d like to personally thank y’all for putting this free training together for all of us, & I certainly hope that all the kinks get worked out by next week. I’ll be praying for it!

    Sincerely,
    Susan Vice

Thanks so much for putting this together. My engines of creativity were grinding to a halt after 18 months of trial and error online. Your seminar boosted my confidence again in pursuing my original direction because the advice was understandable, practical and easy to implement. Next morning I started making some simple changes to help build credibility and trust.

  • Sharon ODay says:

Rich, after great anticipation, last night I logged on with your link at 7h45 EDT. The ‘room’ opened up at 8h00 and at 8h27 the site was still trying to finish loading. The page said “Don’t try to refresh or back out” so (like a good girl) I just sat there. Then it said “Done”. But nothing moved.

So I was never able to access anything. Zero. Zilch. Nada.

    For shame.

Because of the technology glitch, would you consider making available just the replay of this first session? And dimension your technology better for future sessions?

That would certainly be in keeping with your famous spirit of generosity …

  • dr tan says:

    Hi,Rich and Jay,
Thank you very much for your hard work and sharing.Well done, keep it up.I feel sorry I missed the webcast programme. From the feedback,”the League of Minds” must be the best programme for the internet marketing.
Online biz concerns the “time” factor.”Time” is money.Do not get customer to wait for 30 mins to login or watch the vedios.Breakdown in hitech is a mistake but serious.May be we need to look at the thing in new prospective.Preparation is better than cure.
I want to learn more from “gurus”.See you.

  • John van Halen says:

So it apear i am not the only one that hat a problem to be there.
I did try to make it but i don’t know what did go wrong but i did not get the connection, nothing.

  • Hannah says:

Bill’s comments said it for me. Same problem, same assessment–your followup e-mail suggests you are worried about you, rather than the fact that we were unable to access your webcast. Another thing that disturbs me is– I registered as an affiliate. I received copy obviously written by a copywriter who is young and into sensationalism, which I would never send out. Who needs that kind of message? I certainly wouldn’t look twice at one, much less take the person behind it seriously. If you want to sound genuine, I think you have to write your own words. Copywriters just do what they’re paid to do; they don’t have to take any responsibility for relating to internet friends in a credible way.I was disappointed in that, too.

  • Victor says:

This was a great panel of today’s most successful business men. I grew up thinking poor me, I don’t have anyone to mentor me. But opportunities must be created. Anyone can succeed they just need to find a way. Thanks Rich and Jay for your extraordinary efforts in making this information available to everyone and helping me on my way.

  • Let me give my balanced view on the 1st session.

    The Bad:
    1) The audio volume was weak on my end. I had to concentrate real hard to hear.
    2) I got cut off near the end while Rich and Jay were summarizing all the points made by the panel. So as soon as possible, I’m getting the recordings.
    3) The session was loooooonnnnggg. I thought it was a 1-hour session. It did screw up some of the things I was supposed to do. So as soon as possible, I’m getting the recordings.

    The Good:
    1) The multiple points of view from 7 experts really gave a comprehensive view of the topic. Because of the diverse backgrounds, it gave me a deeper understanding of why customers choose certain products and services and why people stay loyal with certain brands – and that is Trust. That will now be a focal point of all my efforts.

    2) Having 7 people give varying points of view can be very confusing so it was great that Rich and Jay went on to integrate all 7 points into a cohesive summary. And since I got cut off, I didn’t hear the whole summary so as soon as I can, I’m getting the recording.

    3) Understanding the how and why is all good but what’s more valuable to me is getting practical action steps that I can execute immediately. Understanding the why is important but what’s more valuable is understanding how to turn it all around.

    4) And the best part, it’s all free. Now free is good but as soon as I can I’m getting the recordings. It’s that valuable!

Thank you Rich and Jay for this amazing project and sharing this with the world. I’m pumped up more than ever to share this with more people.

  • Claudine says:

Why did you decide to invite so many people to this webinar and then not have the technology to support it??
In my opinion, it does not match the principles for what most of the minds you had assembled stand for and pregonate….1st impressions, costumer service, overdeliver…
I was really frustrated since I started trying to log in to the call 15 minutes before it started and kept trying until an hour later…..WASTED TIME…I was never able to listen to the webinar, and now you are charging for the replay???
It just doesn’t make any sense…you could have had a great first FREE webinar and then charge for future ones…but as always the law of numbers will probably kick in and MANY, MANY people who originally signed up for the FREE webinar will end up paying for it….the old classic “bait and switch” at its best….
Really disappointing to say the least.
    Claudine

  • Excellent content.
    Well organized.
    Brilliant ideas.

Two and a half hours of inspiration. Thank you Rich and Jay for . . .
    (1) assembling such a stellar cast and
    (2) the opportunity to share in monetizing it.

Everyone wins. (Especially those of us who listen deep, take notes and implement what we learn.) It made me feel a little smarter just being in the virtual company of such brilliant minds and articulate communicators.

  • Susan Emmer says:

What an amazing few hours! I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for the webinar, but I could have never guessed what an exciting, informational, and motivating evening it would be. I’m an entrepreneur newbie who is starting my own consulting/coaching business in the health and wellness arena, and I was thrilled to be given such practical tips that could be put into play immediately. Also the collective wisdom of the experts gathered for the webinar was invaluable, and I feel privledged that I was able to participate. I can’t wait until the next panel!
    Thanks so much.

  • Clair Hochstetler says:

The email reminders following up my registration all said 8:30 pm (YOUR LOCAL TIME) on Thursday. I live in Australia and it wasn’t on then, and I knew it wouldn’t be, because we are 15 hours ahead of the east coast USA. A few minutes later, when I went to the website to log on anyway it said the NEXT session I could log onto would be 8:30 pm (my local time) on November 5.

When I tried to send an email in response to the problem it bounced back with the message to go to such and such website to get a ticket with tech “support.” Then that site said I was not in the data base.

Nice oranization, guys! How can you possibly know my time zone based on my email address alone? I am totally flumoxed with no alternatives and no where to turn for help – even though I am fully registered for the series. Do you have to be in the USA to see this? If so, then why send me emails enticing me to do this thing in the first place. If not, then why not have better help site to get the time frame figured out for us on the other side of the world?

  • Michael says:

I enjoyed it greatly. To be able to experience the different perceptions of the same topic by such popular thought leaders allowed me to appreciate the strengths and weaknesses of each, for my situation. It was fast learning. The League made my brain hurt.

Jay and Rich, the idea of The League is nicely thought out.

  • Great webcast, what I heard of it – connection kicked out about an hour into it. Took pages of notes in that hour, would have liked to have been able to hear the complete webcast. Tried to get back in but no luck. Certainly gained some valuable information especially about credibility and confidence, also about over persuasion.

Hope I can stay connected to the next webcast.

  • Alfred Rodriguez says:

For two years I have been reading lots of information, starting with Rich’s
accellerator program. It is because I had no clue of Internet Marketing at that
time and wanted to clearly understand “How to make money with Googles!” Needless to say, I was searching for that fine element that would trigger the
“Aha” behind being successful…..Last night you guys gave me alot of “Aha’s”
and many insights on approaching this business….The League of Extraordinary
Minds gets a AAA+ from me…I will definetly listen an await for your next panel #2, hopefully without tech problems….Stay cool,Alfred

  • Bill says:

Like many other respondees here, I can not leave a testimonial about the content because I was NOT able to connect after much much trying last evening. How frustrating it was. And without any acknowledgement and reprint on the website it leaves a lot to be desired of this service at first glance.

As a matter of fact, especially since I submitted a payment for services beyond the free level, I perceive the lack of any immediate email explaining what happened or apologizing for inadequate service is simply bad business. Now, the first email I get and first update to the website seems to place a higher focus of value on YOUR loss of a few more testimonials instead of MY customer satisfaction. Surely NOT an example of what Jay and others teach.

For those like me who were not able to get on the call, it was very disappointing and a black eye IMO for Jay and Rich. I don’t like wasting time or complaining, but feel that unvarnished customer feedback is always important. You just got mine. Please get this 100% sorted out technically and then the presenters can do their thing for everyone.

Knowing Jay Abraham’s and other presenters’ careers and high standards I really look forward to the insights and information on future calls.

  • Jim F. says:

Thank you for asking, and I hope this will get someone there to answer, as I have sent three emails in the last 22 hours with no response.
I did not get sound for the whole presentation, even though I had just finished listening to the interview with Tony Robbins.
I sent in five names to get the bonuses and was only able to download one of them before the page dissapered.
I do honestly hope I was the only one who had problems.
Please, please, please someone reply as to how I can get what you published
    Thank you, Jim.

  • Shanell says:

Unfortunately, After several attemps I was unable to get in on the webcast….

  • Cdinsky says:

Brilliant beyond BRILLIANT. Each speaker was so energetic and on top of their game. These men are all TRULY… extraordinary.

I am hoping that they will rebroadcast this first session one more time for those who missed it. If that’s done, I’m SURE everyone will see the extraordinary, incredible VALUE.

People will be eternally grateful for the considerate gesture. They will more likely signup and definitely sign up and SHARE. Isn’t this the great service that this talk emphasized?

I too had a number of issues signing in, but eventually managed to hear a substantial amount.

For those of you who missed it – (please forgive me if I’m not accurate):

The gist was how to attract and keep clients. How paramount it is to relate on a personal level, to have a STORY, to share, to be honest, to social network online, to avail themselves of the new tools and communities online, to be open and personal.

This was a perfect introduction, and it’s proof that this IS a League of Extraordinary Minds, Extraordinary Knowledge, Extraordinary Power to help EVERYONE become the absolute BEST they can be in their field.

Each man was at the pinnacle. They wasn’t one beat missed. Every question was answered with complete openness and generosity. NOTHING seemed to be held back by ANYONE.

It was as if every participant was prepared to share all they had with all of us. Why? Could it be that great minds understand the value of sharing, giving, being open, candid and filled with grace?

Sorry for writing so much. I just want EVERYONE to have the opportunity to listen as was promised. To hear the most important message as expressed by some of the finest business minds in the world.

No secrets here – just real, learned, experienced, savvy, proven supreme wisdom.

It was all pretty astounding. I think we all know some of the basics – that the customer is first, that the best selling and marketing is about the relationship more thanmanipulative lies, deception, pretense.

I hope big business get the clue from these Greats. Times are changing. It’s no longer ALL about the BOTTOM LINE. NO. It’s about people. About relationships. About caring about your client… your NEIGHBORS. We’re ALL in this together. The world is a LOT smaller than we think.

One more rebroadcast… remember… according to the talk… it’s about GREAT customer service. : )

    Great success to EVERYONE.

  • Sharon says:

Unfortunately I was unable to get on trying on two computers. I was very disappointed as I cancelled other engagements to be here. I kept getting an error message “site broken”. I wish you better luck on the next event.

I know you put a lot into this and wish you well.

    Take care

  • Rodney says:

I logged on 10 minutes early, clock was ticking, checked out the buttons lower on the page, everything worked… until game time. I got a small window in the upper right corner that said “Do not leave or refresh this page” It had another section that said “streaming …. ” but nothing ever changed. Waited about 10 more minutes then checked out the buttons, they worked. Then I logged off and on about 5 times with the same results. After the world series game was done so was I.

  • fthead9 says:

Looks like I wasn’t the only one with tech issues yesterday. I signed in at 8pm EST and the web page wouldn’t resolve. When it finally did at 5:45 it said the webinar was starting in 2 hours and 15 min.

I was able to tune in for the first hour, which was excellent but had to leave at 9. I’m not sure if this was a delayed broadcast b/c of the tech issues or I misread the start time. Either way based on the snippet I heard of session 1 I’m definitely looking forward to session 2. Kudos to Rich and Jay for putting this together.

  • Chris says:

Here’s my testimonial. The website never completely loaded.
Did not hear or see anything. And based on the other comments, a lot of other people experienced the same thing.
    You should rebroadcast.

  • I regret not being able to access the webinar last night due to technical difficulties. It was very disappointing, and I hope that we can hear the replay.

  • Nathan Black says:

    Rich & Jay,
I’m sure the Webcast was great, however was I the only one that could not get on? I logged on 15 min early and was on a page that said – awaiting the webcast it will start at 8:00est – and was counting down, then 8:00 came and nothing happened. I logged on again and finally got the page that requested me to sign in, I did so and again nothing happened. can you help me so that I don’t miss the next one?
    Thank you
    Nathan – inab108@netzero.com

  • Klancy says:

I also was not able to hear. Streaming audio as stated above but no sound. I tried two different computers and I also tried various things to help with the streaming without any luck. As I see from comments already posted, I am not alone. I was dissapointed, but look forward to the technical issues being being resolved for the next session.

  • Catherine says:

I tried from 8pm to 9pm to get on but never got into the webinar. I had set aside time and even sent the family off so I would not be disturbed. I’m very disappointed as I had listened to the intro by Toni Robins earlier in the day and was really stoked for the evening. I’m certain I missed some fantastic material, but will try again for the next session.

  • celia says:

I didn’t get threw, I was so sad, but i am still hopping that the next ones will work.

  • Ron says:

I logged on with my office computer (DSL,reliable),the message read “page cannot be found”.
I logged on with my home computer (Satellite looses signal when overcast),fortunately the system was receiving a signal, but there was no sound. I checked my equipment and it works fine but I did not hear a word from your presentation. I’m sure it was a valuable discussion, but I cannot comment.
I’m looking forward to the next webinar.

  • Mia Carr says:

I as well couldn’t get onto the site. I really hope that there will be a link to re-view it. It seems there will be many disappointed people. From the comments above, it sounds like it was really interesting.

  • John says:

Joining the League of Extraordinary Mind’s (LOEM)first panel call last night was truly one of the highlights of my short, three year career as an online marketer/entrepreneur. Much of the information was in the “A-Ha” category, as I have never been exposed to so many ideas and insights on trust, credibility and believeability. Now I have a much better idea of how to develop my relationship with my list and everyone else that I come into contact with in the marketing arena. The information on emotions and the way our brain organizes information was fascinating and I look forward to more on the psycholgy of marketing and sales. I am already putting together a video for my list and will also create a PDF just about the information presented last night. I have no doubt that this will improve my own credibilty and as a new entrepreneur, this is one thing I truly need. More than anything, I believe the type of information being presented in the LOEM
will ultimately help me to help my own customers in many ways and that’s what is really importnat to me…how can I help you with what you need. Thanks Rich & Jay, I’m spreading the word!

  • Gilbert says:

I started trying to logon from 7:45 until 8:45. It took 30 minutes and 10 trys to get the site to open and then the program never started. I sent an email to you folks this morning to explain my disappointment in not being able to participate. I have followed Tony for the past 20 years and took his endorsement to heart, but nothing came through on my computer. I believe you have some serious system problems.
    Gil

  • Tried and tried but couldn’t log on.

    I was disappointed.

I’m sure for many the experience was great; for me it was just frustrating.

    Dr. William Carbary

  • Tech problems? Not here, everything worked like clockwork!!
A very impressive concept and collection of very thought provoking teachers indeed. I was impressed by the range of answers presented that didn’t just say do this or do that, but gave you a lot of things to choose from and a number of view points to approach things with. Very refreshing and very effective at driving home a messgage that somebody just “knew” fit my business :-)

  • Les Leslie says:

    Rich and Jay:

I am so happy to have this “second” opportunity to respond. I also had my own technical issues at the time of the broadcast and was unable hear any of it. At this point I couldn’t say even if there was some overlap in our difficulties. At any rate, I am looking forward to the continuing series of broadcasts.

I have always believed that if you intend to be successful, the only sane way to do so is to put yourself in the presence of others who are successful and learn from their experience. Such synergy is the quickest way to acquire the “success mindset.” Without it, you are doomed to reinvent the wheel and all the failures incumbent in that process.

    Thanks again.

Looking forward to the next broadcast,

    Les

  • I thoroughly enjoyed this webinar. I am a 25 year sales veteran but I know that I can always learn something new.

This group really put all the pieces together and I appreciate the time and effort it took to bring these extraordinary people online for our benefit.

I highly recommend that people attend these webinars no matter what your profession. The wisdom from this group is fabulous!

  • Oleg says:

I hope you had a mass firing of those so called technical computer experts, because they are NFG. Until you can hire someone who can deliver the contents to the end user, please don’t waste our time. I as many of your attempted listeners heard and saw nothing and your links weren’t working either. You could have done better with a team of fifth graders.

  • Jennifer says:

I too, like so many others waited through the countdown only to be booted off for over 40 minutes. Pretty embarrassing if all my friends and family I sent to watch experienced the same results. Was it strictly Canada that got the boot?

I didn’t hear or learn enough to say it is worth joining the monthly program. It like jumping into a movie half way through, you feel lost through the rest of it.

It was interesting to see the different answers to the same questions. Helps you see how different minds work to come up with the same results. What I heard was good advice sure wish I heard it all.

  • Lynn W says:

I wasn’t able to log in either. And when I went to the support site to report it, it didn’t even recognize my email. Very disappointed!! I’m considering getting a refund but I really hope instead you’ll figure out how to get this out to us that weren’t able to log in

  • Brian says:

I was registered and signed on in times thirty minutes early actually.
Then when the time came for it to start….nothing..nada..busted.

I would love to have viewed it especially Steven Covey.

  • I logged in at 8:00 and it said it was streaming, but I couldn’t hear or see anything. I was really looking forward to the discussion and am disappointed I wasn’t able to see it.
My audio was on and volume up….not sure what the problem is.
    Wendy

  • Bud K. says:

After signing in, absolutely nothing – After 14 minutes of a blank screen and no sound, I gave up.

  • Myla Everett says:

My mind is like a bee in a honey hive! It has not stopped processing since the introduction to open the panel. There are not words to express the profound impact this has made on me.

I really feel sorry there was anybody who missed this opportunity. I cannot wait for number two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Angie says:

Prior to 8:00 pm my local time I was able to access the page but as soon as the top of the hour came around I was bumped off. I kept attempting to connect for the entire hour but alas, no webcast. It would be extremely good of you to offer a recording for those of us who could not attend because of your technical snafu. Like others have already stated, I planned my time around this webcast and only received frustration in attempting to connect. Will you have enough bandwidth for everyone at the next one?

  • John says:

My testimonial was published above, but here it is again….
    ____________________

To answer the 5 questions that were asked above…

    1) This is not your typical internet marketing product, it is more a masters level business education in marketing

    2) Targeting the emotional system
    Joining the conversation
    Get transparent, declare your intent

3)There was so much information in such a short period of time! I am positive this information will benefit my life and business once it integrates…

    4)Internet marketers — $47.00 Gurus – $97.00 Extraordinary Minds – Priceless

5)The approach is in the form a business/marketing Socratic discussion not just another internet marketing course.

    Thanks.

  • Daniel says:

    Hi Rich and Jay,

I attempted to attend the broadcast, but I guess in some cases, the technical problems included the broadcast itself.

I didn’t receive any part of the broadcast.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

  • Fredrik Persson says:

To my surprise and dissapointment the webinar did not work! I logged in and nothing happened. I tried numerous times to relogg back in, but to no prevail. I have been following Jay Abraham for about 15 years, and I have always been more then pleased by the information and incredible knowledge he provided. I would love to have seen the webinar, but the technology is is what it is. Better luck next time.

    Sincerely

    Fredrik

  • Donna says:

Gentlemen, I was overwhelmed with the high level of the information and ideas given Thank you

  • Gail says:

Wasn’t able to make the session last night, and one of my referrals was quite unhappy that she wasn’t able to get on the call. I ordered recordings (the higher price :-( , but I am sure it will be worth it.

    • Tim says:

I was never able to get on the website, it wouldn’t load due to high traffice. I have high speed internet and tried with several different browsers……how can i hear the call since i missed it? thank you.

  • Salim Yakub says:

    Hi Rich,

This is my testimonial on the overall programme:

Asking the Extraordinary League of Minds for their best kept secrets of success is uncannily like Napoleon Hill interviewing 500 of the
world’s richest and most successful people to discover their secrets when he was commissioned by Andrew Carneige.

I believe people of our generation are living in one of the most fortunate times in the history of the world, in spite of the current recession. And yet it is this very recession that is throwing up an abundance of opportunities for our generation, unlike any seen ever before.

We should harness these opportunities and leverage the plethora of tools that we are so fortunate to have at our disposal, like the wonderful internet and it’s many spin-offs like social media, to not only generate profitable new businesses, but create and grow an untold abundance of wealth for the masses.

However, in order to be able to do this productively, I believe there is a need to engender the realms of the possibilities into the thinking of a large majority of the population who have been conditioned over time into a closed mindset of thinking inside the box only. This fundamental shift in mindset is a vital pre-requisite to achieve the massive successes that await our generation.

And so I believe the League of Extraordinary Minds experts are ideally placed not only to enable this change in mindset, but to drive it forward through a process of education. I think it’s a fantastic opportunity for the team to bring about a phenomenal change in thinking that can forge a new direction for a brighter future for our generation as well as future generations, and thereby leave a proud legacy to the world.

Let not the people ask for a faster horse, instead let’s enable them to have the vision to create a pegasus!

    To everyone’s success

    Salim Yakub

    P.S

Whatever happened to the original manuscript report that Napoleon produced for Andrew Carnegie following his interviews?

  • Joe K says:

I was one of the many who were unable to view the webcast as your server would not respond. Very disappointing… and very ironic as the first topic was building cridibility and trust.

Even more disappointing was the follow-up email complaining that you lost testimonials and glossing over the fact that many people weren’t able to view the webinar.

  • Joe says:

Count me among those who attempted but could log on. I even tried to send this comment last night and was cut off.

  • Bob says:

Extraordinary minds would have beta driven a test webinar so the extraordinary technical difficulties wouldn’t have been so distracting. Nevertheless, despite this being obviously canned, it was stitched together well enough for presentation purposes and it was indeed a valuable presentation, except for the obviousness of it being canned. Nothing however, can take away from the overwhelming talent that was amassed. These men provided a glimpse into their genius, and for an hour, it was awe inspiring. After that, aside from Joseph Jaffe, who seemed the most grounded and field tested of the group, it was a round-robin of redundancy and infomercials. At times, I wasn’t sure if they knew which question we were on, and I was sure they were not privy to the other panelists’ responses. These are brilliant men, with incredible experience and expertise, and no doubt, extraordinary minds, and they, if not we, deserved a better platform than what was presented.

  • Russena says:

Extremely disappointed unable to listen to the webcast, 2 hours wasted of my time, tried on 3 different computers unable to connect then finally connected but no audio, waited for 50 minutes until the system kicked me off.

  • Erlyne says:

Sorry Rich, I can’t comment on any of the seminar. I logged in early and took the time to read the bios while waiting. Then a screen indicating “streaming” and “do not close or refresh this page” popped up and… NOTHING…. for the next hour that I stayed on the page. I’m only hoping that those people I recommended this program to had better luck getting on than I did. Better luck with having enough ’slots’ for all your callers next time.

  • Andrea says:

It was just like attending a university class, just concrete…
My personal homework consist now in re-listening to the mp3 and studying the transcript. I’m sure I’ll get even more information.

  • Ken says:

I logged in at 7:45 pm local time. At 8:00 pm, the system kicked me out. Was not able to log back in – system was too busy. Missed the whole thing.

  • Cheri says:

Really interesting and compelling conversation. I guess I was lucky that I got on seamlessly. The only thing I was bummed about is that is was so long I had to sign off after 2 hours. I would recommend perhaps shorter calls in the future or to be more clear on how long to plan for the calls.
    Thanks

  • Noah says:

Like manyn others, I logged on on time and waited almost 30 minutes to get to the website. Once there the “streaming” icon pulsed, but no sound ever came through. From the comments, it clearly worked for some folks, but not for others. Major disappointment, as I scheduled my week around this. Please fix this problem, gents.

  • Rick says:

This was, hands down, the most powerful single-session event on business that I have experienced! With the many different mindsets of the panel, there were “layers” of “dimensions” of powerful insight. – Glad I upgraded to get the mp3 and transcript. This is powerful, next-level, “rare” knowledge to be studied and aggressively executed!

  • There was a serious glitch for about 10 minutes before the audio kicked in, you may want to check into this. Of the information possible on the web the breadth of panelists (off and online businesses, etc) and their focussed answers were very helpful. Th willingness of many to share secrets that allowed them to gain, and sustain customer interest and satisfaction helped me know I was on the right track. It was also gratifying to hear their emphasis on personal and professional integrity as the basis for success. Looking forward to more.

  • Karl Hummel says:

I was extremely impressed with not only the content the panel members provided, but also with the intensity with which they provided it.

The members all contributed so much to consider when doing business that this course would easily be worth thousands of dollars had it been a purchased product.

I can only imagine what the next 5 panels will be like and look forward to experiencing and consuming all that they have to offer.

    Great Job to you all!

    Sincerely,

    Karl Hummel

  • luis pasten says:

Dear sirs: I regret for no listening, I will try next time
    luis.

    • dale says:

You guys email me all week saying its free then I go to watch and you charging money for it. Whats up with that?

  • Eddie says:

One more point: This is a great instance in which I think your email communication requesting the re-entering of comments lost should have focused more on “the customer’s loss” instead of your loss.

Tons of people are eager to learn your material…please FOCUS MORE ON OUR NEEDS, not so much on yours.

Waiting anxiously to see how you will resolve your tech problems so all the value that you work so hard to put together can be used.

    Thanks!

  • Mary says:

I was very excited to watch the training. I logged in at 7.45pm my time and waited until 9.15 as I thought you might have a problem with daylight saving. Sent a message to say that nothing happened. Several hours later I received a message to say it starts at 8 pm my local time (standard reply). I knew that. An e.mail arrived to say that the training was due to start in a few hours. I live in New Zealand and to think that USA is the whole world is very rude. Even a not so extraordinary mind only needs to look at the clock at the bottom of the computer to know when the first country has 8 pm on the 29th of October.
The support team answering questions were not at all helpful. They each took several hours to reply. In my third message, when I spelled out my problem and also said “this is my third message” Instead of answering the question he simply wrote “where are the other 2 messages” and sent it. It takes several hours to receive a reply so it would be less frustrating to have no support team, than get us hopeful that we would get a helpful response.

  • Bettina says:

The information was on target, very valuable and inspiring.
Looking forward to the next panel – without the technical problems I hope!

  • Bob says:

Excellent work. Excellent specific information that can be applied immediately.
Looking forward to the next round.

  • Jonathan says:

Like some of the others, I couldn’t connect. I did pay the $$$ for the upgrade with the 6 week trial – so I’ll have to wait for it to be added to the members panel. As for a testimonial? I guess I can’t say anything as I have yet to experience something?

    • Jonathan says:

Okay, I finally got to listen to the webinar…And here is my review:

1: This whole business of not being able to access the webinar and the dialog that followed – right here. 10 out of 10.
2: What an unbelievable education into the mind of the consumer (err, that being us / me).
3: I know – Ironic – listening to a webinar on customers, connecting, trust, product delivery and all the while following the comments – the two played off each other perfectly – and made the whole experience “real”. I know this “flop” wasn’t intentional, but, damn it should have been.
4: This flop actually made the webinar, and had this page of comments not been included – it would have come 2nd. So thank you for a unforgettable learning experience – though unintentional – it definitely drove home the points.

      Regards,

      Jonathan

  • Dr. Bob says:

Masterful job of assembling diverse approaches to the credibility issue with the masters of business. I also appreciated the underlying theme of ENRICHMENT through integrity, transparency, authenticity, relationship, and respect. I look forward to your future webinars and thank you for supporting the new ENRICHMENT ECONOMY.

  • paul mostyn says:

i could not be available for the webcast but i moved heaven and hell to reorganise my life only to find no connection what so ever, i had reached the end of the road as far as my business is concerned and so needed some help to pick myself out of the gutter. Due to no finances to purchase the backup scripts and audio, this has left me very dissapointed and depressed, please help me by sending me a full set of them to renew my trust in you thank you.

  • Thanks Panel! Great format and a renewal of ideas that I have known about for years with a different twist.
I certainly agree with many of the testimonials already given.

  • Bill says:

Loads of information, well done and highly valuable for those that will actually take action and put it to work for them.

  • Paul Elliott says:

    Practical, actionable, leverable, bankable!

  • George Cubbage says:

I tried to log in numerous times, however to my disappointment was unable to attend.

  • Overall I thought it was excellent. However, I was hoping the speakers would be together to interact with each other rather than answering individually. Some were very spontaneous while others seemed like they were reading a speech. Also, getting seven answers to the same question can have some redundancy that becomes more tiring than meaningful over the course of several questions.
I hope the notes and action list will glean it down to the best parts.

  • Michael M. says:

I was one of the lucky ones – I heard the entire broadcast. Actually
got the the website 20 minutes late – thought I wouldn’t be able to
get on. But it started from the beginning. It was great – reminded
me of the “Stone Soup” story. That is, it started with basic questions
and all of the guest experts added their own flavor and ingredients.
No one had “the” anwser because everyone was able to add something
fresh and different. I did MAVEN and GPS so my expectations were high,
    I was not let down.

  • Garry Nelson says:

I hoped for something good and I was not disappointed.

I have notes on notes and action is already underway. My company really cares about our customers our website does not convey it enough. After listening to the gentleman tonight I realized this unfortunate fact and have started the wheels turning to make sure we are sending the message that is required to show our customers that we care about their wellbeing.

I can see how sales can do nothing but go up. I cannot even estimate how much this will increase sales but I’m sure it will be big.

If there are people out there that are still thinking about joining the League of Extraordinary Minds , then they are slow and deserve what they get. Just kidding, quit screwing around and join.

  • I have recently noticed a shift in how I am attracting new clients and what seems to be impacting conversion. Much of the call affirmed I am on the right track, but in addition to the affirmation I also got some insight to where I may be weak and strategies for improvement.

    Thanks for the support!

  • Ronaldo says:

Working on the web is sometimes a bit lonely, and I end up signing up for every other webinar. All of them usually 8:00 PM ET, not a good time for those of us in the west coast and with families to tend to. So… as promptly as I register for them, I most of the time cut them short. Usually not worth my time. Too much hype, for obvious hooks.

Not to last night! Not only was the time convenient (should I say “considerate”), but the information was solid, relevant, and just kept me hooked, wanting more.

Thanks, and looking forward to what’s next.

  • Bill says:

I was not able to hear the webcast at all. I stayed on for 45 + minutes. My volume was on max. Is there any way that you could rebroadcast this event for those of us that experienced a problem.

  • Pansy says:

I was quite disappointed. I was so excited for this opportunity and was let down when I was unable to connect. Finally when I did, there was no audio.

  • Jim says:

I was extremely disappointed! I waited all week to be a part of the webcast and when I tried to login it would not let me in. It was saying that the site was having problems. I kept trying over and over for almost an hour and realized at that point that it just wasn’t going to happen. Major bummer.

  • Ellis says:

Couldn’t hear a thing. Logged in twice using IE and Firefox, and from 2 different computers. Didn’t work. Saw the box saying “streaming” but no sound came through. Speakers were on and volume turned right up, but all I got was silence.

  • Paula Hasselbring says:

I was looking forward to the League of Minds for several weeks. However, when I logged on at 7:56 p.m. and watched the countdown, it did not work. I don’t know if I did something wrong, or did not do something I was supposed to do. However, I was greatly disappointed.

  • claire says:

I am very disappointed. I sent you 5 people and received 3 out of the 5 gifts because the other 2 did not download. Tried for over 30 minutes to log in and could not get into the conference. Then i sent an email and received no personal response. If your session was on trust how do these actions build trust? Sorry no recommendations from me.

  • Paul says:

Here in the UK I signed in 3 minutes late and only ever got the word ‘Streaming’ and nothing else…
I HOPE the techi stuff works out next time as it sounds outstanding and I was so looking forward to it!!!
And yes my system is working OK, as I was on 2 other Webinars in the last 3 days.

  • Jessica says:

Thanks Jay and Rich. I loved what I heard last night. THe panelist’s answers were precise and dove deep into the heart of what communication with customers is really about.

My favorite parts were the parts about how to earn your customers’ trust, about having an elevator speech ready, and (my favorite) the part that the amigdula (sp) plays in decision making and persuasion.

I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to do this for free. I’m looking forward to the rest of the 5 week course!

    Sincerely,

    Jessica

  • Savon Pools says:

I believe that the biggest “Snafu” was that evidently so many of us
arrived early or at least on time, but were never able to receive the
webinar ! It kept said that it was streaming but it never did ??

  • Beverly says:

Unfortunately I could not get the broadcast – - I tried to sign in, but nothing happened?

    • Simone says:

The same happened to me – I tried signing in, on time, then 5 minutes later, then 10 minutes later, basically spent 20 minutes just trying and re-trying and nothing happened. Just thought I’d let you know, it feels very disappointing to have missed this session – especially when it’s not going to be replayed. Maybe you could have something arranged for people who have missed it because of the “wonders of technology” :) ?

  • Paulie says:

    VERY DISAPPOINTED
Like many others I was knocked off after 20 minutes or so. Then I logged back in and got knocked off again after about 25 minutes. I was not going to sit through 25 more minutes again.
Hopefully just a glitch. Will try next one.

  • Bob says:

Overall it was a good call. I got some worthwile tips from it especially since the call didn’t cost a thing :) Thanks!!

  • Gentlemen, I regret that not only did you nnot receive my comment last night, but I never had the opportunity to listen to the broad cast, due to some of those technicle problems that you were having. I tried and gave it an hour and a halfe before I gave up. However I did get to look into the bios of the panel and regret that I didn’t get to hear it. I beleive that this would be the inspiration and awesome mentoring program of the decade. Please get it together? Thank you, Keith Russell

  • Eddie says:

As it seems by the comments I’m reading that so many people couldn’t hear the webcast, are you planning to distribute the recording. I signed up for the $49 membership but I don’t have yet the link to listen to the recordings and get the materials…Please help US get your rich content so we can get the real life feeling of a company that provides not only great knowledge but also an awesome customer service.

Extraordinary Minds HAS to be coupled with Extraordinary SUPPORT SERVICES, otherwise the huge momentum you have built will be severely impacted.

  • Roger Bauer says:

Like several others, I could not get through even though I arrived 20 minutes early. This was a major disappointment as I was really looking forward to the content.

While there are no replays planned, this should be one exception since so many people had problems.

    Frustrated yet not deterred.

  • JOHN says:

COULD NEVER GET THROUGH,MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO NO AVAIL….
jAY,YA GOTTA GET THIS TOGETHER HERE…

  • Kathryn says:

I tried logging on a couple of times and waited 20 minutes and NEVER got any of the video or audio.

  • The content was superb, however the platform in java to check the panelists and send messages didn´t work. Great job anyway.

  • Gary White says:

Was unable to connect, tried numerous times with first my Mac and then my PC. Both computers no luck !

  • Troy Wahlbrink says:

I was very excited to view the webcast. I logged on at 7:15, to be safe, and waited for the countdown to be complete. Once it hit 0:00 nothing happened. The queue kept saying ‘don’t leave or refresh this page. Needless to say I was never able to log in and missed the entire event.
As I was looking forward to it, I am very dissapointed that I was never connected and wonder if the other snafu’s had something to do with my problem.
What can I do to make sure I get connected to the next one?

  • I tried watching and listening to the webinar yesterday but was unable to get anything. The pictures of the panel members would not allow me to click on them nor could I hear any audio. When trying to diagnose the problem my computer (Vista) said it was not my computer but the server computer who was not responding. Some people I sent the link to were able to listen. i don’t understand/
    Regards Esther

  • Brandon Hunt says:

Unfortunately, my like was cut off at 24 minutes. I tried to log back on several times but the audio didn’t come through. What I heard was pretty good and I would like to hear the rest of the call and get my 93 referral strategies. Please make this right.

  • Jon says:

tried to get on the webcast, but it never loaded. Wish I had a testimonial, but, alas, I do not. :(

  • LeDon McAnally says:

I tried to check into you webinar but was unable to get in. I tried three times and then gave up. I am sorry that I missed it.

  • Garey says:

    Hi Rich,

I am glad you have a forum here. I was on the site and watched the 20 minute counter count down to 0:00 only to be booted and tried to 20 minutes to reconnect. So I said, what the heck, $49 I will sign up and get all the calls and transcripts, etc. —after signing up, Jay had an upsell page for $300 plus and then that site crashed.

Technically speaking, I understand these things happen. So I am $49 lighter. I have no link to listen to the call, although I did get the promise of a link at some undisclosed future date.

I sent email to the support suite and got the same autoresponder back to 3 different inquiries.

Yes, I am a small businessman and if I don’t take care of my customers, they won;t come back.

Where the rubber meets the road is in customer service. I want to learn from your guys but frankly I have been let down by your technical issues and your stiff and formal support structure.

It looks like you have great minds and great products. I have paid up because of the server crash, but I am unfulfilled. Help me out here. Thanks a bunch!

    Garey

    • Samatha says:

I was so disappointed also. I have always loved Jay’s work. He always talks about underpromising and over delievering….which I’m sure he provided if you got on the call. I had been planning on this for well over a week rearranged my schedule to be home in time for it. If the lines were full prior to 8pm, it would have been nice to have been informed of it instead of making us try for over 30 minutes to get on…. that kindof added insult to the injury. Even technical support didn’t email sent their “canned” response until 21 hours later. I listen to many webinars a month, I was surprised at the casual indifference to problems getting on. If it is because it is “free” — how do I know the next time anything would be different? My time isn’t free.

  • Karen says:

The program was quite enlightening. Gave me another perspective on trust, integrity and great ideas for being in communication. That’s what its all about anyway!
Thank you all for making it possible. I look forward to hearing more to come!

  • Arieljoy says:

Thank you Rich and Jay for this really valuable program. What I appreciate most about tonight’s program is the depth with which the League treated the questions.

This can be a Masters in Marketing course if the reader wants to pursue it in depth. The take away for moi is this: In addition to being about how to garner trust to influence people to buy, it is also about becoming a relationship grown-up.

The principals are the same whether you are dating, marrying, or selling. 1) It is imperative to have a realistic idea of how you are perceived by others, 2) It is very important to give value, and 3) It is imperative to be in integrity.

Most important is the concept of consistency as it pertains to the three points mentioned above. We humans fall asleep at the switch far too often. Thanks for the reminder to stay awake.

    • Brandon S. Langowski, MBA says:

Well Stated ArielJoy! I like how you see the applicably to more than just business. Principles are truth throughout.

  • Sandie says:

I’m so glad I joined this program because the information you guys are giving is real stuff that we can put to use right away in our business. And being able to hear it over and over through the recordings means that it’s not something that I’ll only get partial value from. That’s what really got me interested, because there’s way too much info to be able to grasp in just one listening!
The 3 biggest benefits from this panel:
-The discussion on how to build trust was very valuable, along with the importance of making & keeping commitments
-I also really liked the concept of having an elevator pitch
-asking customers what they think, and getting personal feed-back from them.

I believe that by implementing just a few of the suggestions given each week, it’s going to have a big impact on my business. My business is brand new, so I have a lot to learn, and I love how the panelists gave specific questions and phrases that I can take & implement with my own customers. This is definitely not pie in the sky info. And over the long term I can’t imagine what it’s going to be worth!

If a friend were having difficulty deciding if they should join I’d tell them “it’s completely risk free, so give it a try! I’m sure you’ll be glad you joined, like I am. But if not, you haven’t lost anything, because it’s completely guarnteed!”

  • John says:

Fantastic decision I made to attend this call as I heard many answers to questions I have as a new entrepreneur….these experts know things it would take me a lifetime to find out. The info on trust, believeability and credibility touhed a nerve in me – I know I need more of all three. This information will allow me to better help my customers and to me, that’s the real value here. As to how much money???? This information will literally save my business and I will be recommending tLOEM to anyone that wants to have a better business.

  • Joan says:

Participating in the League is one of the best decisions I’ve made for growing my business. When I first went into this I went looking for the mentors and the advisers. Having access to some of the top business minds in the world together is a rare opportunity. One of the greatest benefits I received was hearing the different perspectives. I had aha! moments as I heard the experts express their fundamentals of building credibility, believability and trust in their own ways. I learned the importance of community; the emotional triggers; the self examination that one needs to do to build trust. I learned the value of
feedback; the value of differentiation – to have an unique difference. While instinctively on a gut level we may know many of these things, having the expert panel articulate and focus on important fundamentals drove the points home and most importantly made us >aware<. Fundamentals such as following through on commitments, building relationships, having mentors, telling personal stories – there was so much. I made 24 pages of hand written notes!! I plan to take this information to do three things. The first is self examination; second to thoroughly and completely understand my customers and what I can provide for them, and thirdly to actively build on the suggestions to build trust, credibility and leverage in my marketplace. You asked the question how much additional income do you think the League of Extraordinary Minds will be worth to you? Only time will tell but I believe it will be considerable. This information is excellent. I highly recommend League of Extraordinary Minds to any of my friends and business colleagues. Thank you Rich and Jay for great value and for taking the time to conceive, organize and facilitate this event. I look forward to the next panel.
    -Joan

  • Zee says:

    1. It was a great decision to join the League of Extraordinary Minds because having the perspectives of multiple people adds great richness. The questions are chosen well, and because the speakers have a limited amount of time, they get straight to the point; you get distilled, specific information from different, complementary perspectives.

    2. Three biggest benefits from this panel:
    A. I’ve come away with some specific steps I can take.
    B. I know why those steps are important and how they relate to each other.
    C. I know where to go if I want more steps or information (I know how to reach whichever speaker who made the suggestion).

    3. The panelists stressed that creating trust literally improves your bottom line. I intend to build more trust using those tools, because my goal is to at least double my income. Also, the panelist who spoke about likeability and being funny and extroverted made me realize that those are two strengths I already have and that I could enhance them, or at the very least acknowledge them as such.

    4. I have no idea how much more income I will generate as a result of listening to the panelists.

    5. I would tell such a person that there’s nothing to lose and much to gain, that hearing multiple perspectives on the same question really is valuable, and that being able to listen to true experts in the field—from the comfort of your home or office and at no cost, no less—feels like a great luxury.

  • Kendall says:

When I first heard about League of Extraordinary Minds, I was doubtful. I did not think that a mentor training like that could give me real results, much less in the time frame the website showed.

But after I listened to all the speakers and tried it for myself, the results have been nothing short of miraculous! It does everything it says and so much more, because I have been able to take immediate action.

Truly a magnificent mentor training you can not afford to be without. I should generate at least $60K more dollars in the next 12 months by focusing on partnerships and using Russell Granger’s power bonding question.

  • Peter says:

It is wonderful to have access to these leaders I have never heard before. Their focus on building credibility and trust through bonding, emotion and follow-through on commitments is simple but powerful. I can see that just using the one question: “What do you like to do when you are not working so hard?” will make a big difference in my business and personal life.

  • Sergio says:

Joining the League of Extraordinary Minds is probably the best thing I’ve done for a long time. Why? Because I’m finally getting so much information to boost my offline business to the sky using awesome tips and suggestions from the guys mentoring the most important companies in the world.

The 3 biggest benefits I got from this first session are learning ways to gain trust almost immediately, learning that getting to be known physically (by pictures, videos, etc.) will earn my website trust and credibility and that learning more about my clients to a point that when they call us, we know exactly who they are and what they’ve bought from us will also make them trust us much more.

The information I got from this panel will help everyone in my business to be looked as authorities in our niches and not necessarily as providers. We didn’t even know how unique we are until I listened to this panel and now we will make sure our clients and prospects know. This will make a huge improvement in the trust my company will earn.

I know that this same month next year we will for sure be at least duplicating our income and not only that, but also triplicating our profits by remodeling our business model making it much more efficient and making our own clients buy more from us.

If anyone out there has doubts about joining The League of Extraordinary Minds and hasn’t done it, all I can say is that you are losing a HUGE opportunity of learning how to improve yourself, your company, your family and even your friends. I already have 3 complete pages full of notes that I can begin applying to my business tomorrow! And if you think that I’ve paid any money to get this information, all I can tell you is that you’re wrong. Not a single dime.

I’m very happy so far and all I’ve listened to is just the first panel. I honestly can’t wait for the next one.

  • Chris says:

Uploaded the new Adobe Flash player… Still trying to get on hitting the link to reload the audio… still nothing but a streaming message, no audio… Was anxious, now disappointed.

  • jay says:

Joining the league of extraordinary minds was a great decision for me personally and professionally. Everyone knows that Jay and Rich deliver quality and the panelists tonite on the first call were great too. The idea that we are emotional creatures first resonated w/me and the comments about the amygdala and importance of emotional bonding first. the information from tonite’s call has me thinking more about emotional bonding and leading with that. That will change my approach to things and the increase in trust will lead to better relationships. on the personal level that will lead to better personal relationships. Same on the business front and that will eventually result in greater income as well. I think this will result in tens of thousands of dollars of additional income this year.
For anyone who hasn’t joined yet…i would tell them they are crazy and need to get in for the next call!

    Jay

  • William says:

I enjoyed the dialogue and the format. I found the information relevant and worth the time investment. Stay with what you are!

  • Katrina says:

Wonderful! The focus on integrity, respectful relationship, and the unique gift each person and business has to offer is perfect for many reasons. If all business was conducted with the kind of care and skill detailed by the panel and hosts, the world would be a much happier and more balanced place.

The specific and varied information given by the speakers will directly help me grow my business by knowing how to most honestly and consciously establish beneficial relationships with my clients. I see this not only enriching my financial situation, but also my own life.

I would heartily recommend this gathering of authentic knowledge and individuals to anyone wishing to develop their business and lives with integrity for the good of all.

  • Richard says:

I am trying to get one or two thing to use from each email from the League. I already employed some of the things from the Tony Robbins audio. I used a free poll to improve my web site fro what visitors really wanted, and used a simple idea to physically engage people in a presentation I did today for clients. So I would have to say I am benefiting a lot from this thing. From this session I am going to use Google Alerts next to see if anyone is talking about my web site.

    SO

    1) I am glad I joined. I am learning new stuff all the time. I signed up to be an affiliate and there is a great forum.

    2) This panel is a little shot gun like. A lot of good points, almost too many. I am trying to connect to which speaker is my favorite, then i will look for more info from that person. Hmm, increase trust is good, make a commitment, keep it, do it again quickly. Google Alerts. Also the amygdela thing was good.

3)this stuff will help in my business and my marriage.

    4) No idea how much monetary I will get as a result of putting these ideas into action. My business is really small right now. So I will look for $1000 benefit.

    5) To a friend I would say, there is great inspiration to be had here no matter where you are at in business.

    I am iheartheli.com founder!

  • DanJohnston says:

Some great refreshers and a ton of new information. Joining the webinar has really helped get me back into the zone and focus on a few key sales issues.

  • PNP says:

Audio did not work– website wouldn’t load for 15 minutes, like the server was crashed… If we paid for premium content we should get a priority login that actually works!

  • Jim Boyer says:

effective way to present varied opinions.

  • Mark says:

Some great ideas. Interesting to hear so many viewpoints on the same topic.

  • BernardTritz says:

As a network marketer i am always on the look out for the latest information available for myself and to share with my team. So far I have collected enough information with this first panel to write a short bu comprehensive guide to distribute to my group. I am looking forward to the next panels. What is offer here is priceless and demand all my attention.

  • Shana says:

It took awhile for me to get onto the site (finally got on at 8:28). There was so much information it was a little overwhelming, so I did appreciate Rich and Jay going over what was discussed at the end of the call. I would like to tell more of my friends about the series but the people I already referred were not able to get onto the site (not the call, the site itself – it said the link was broken). I hope you’ll offer another way for people to that were unable to get on to hear this call and I hope next week everything will be fixed. Thanks

  • Anise says:

    Answers to your questions:
    1. The experts helped clarify why some things have not been going well in my present business, the things that need to be addressed and the means to do it.
    2. Benefits – a deeper understanding of the nature of my relationship with my customers and a validation of what I have been aiming for, clarification of the kind of service I would like to be providing, inspiration for ideas to use in social media.
    3. I am aiming for a change of business and career to something I am more passionate and inspired about and this panel has given me some solid ground to walk on towards it. To be able to make this change will be to follow my bliss.
    4. It’s hard to say at this time but in terms of fully living life, it will be worth millions.
    5. I’ll say, sign up right now, get access to the first panel and make sure you’re on the next webinar.

Thank you everyone so very much.

  • Rod says:

Anything Jay produces, I give it my attention. Jay has built trust with his clients and students. I am getting a lot out of this program and if you only get one nugget from this series, you will have spent your time well.

    Thanks Jay!

  • Sue says:

Really want a comment? I sent the emails to five friends and was in the process of downloading my gifts….suddenly the screen flipped to this in the middle of the second gift.

  • canocoloco says:

Great stream so far…insightful and full of deep ideas that at first may seem shallow but there is a lot more from that.
Looking forward to the rest of the series!

  • Tim says:

It is great to hear views from multiple individuals and how they interact with examples. The relativity that I will take comes from the real world examples that they use in describing within each answer. I can only hope that as time marches on that my business becomes recognized enough to pay my way to my dream.

  • Denise says:

I waited about 5 minutes and went ahead and refreshed the page anyhow. The web cast came on line. Getting some good info, have to sift thru it all but there are some good tips. Thanks

  • John says:

To answer the 5 questions that were asked above…

    1) This is not your typical internet marketing product, it is more a masters level business education in marketing

    2) Targeting the emotional system
    Joining the conversation
    Get transparent, declare your intent

3)There was so much information in such a short period of time! I am positive this information will benefit my life and business once it integrates…

    4)Internet marketers — $47.00 Gurus – $97.00 Extraordinary Minds – Priceless :)

5)The approach is in the form a business/marketing Socratic discussion not just another internet marketing course.

    Thanks.

  • Greg says:

How could I go wrong engaging and enlisting some of the strongest minds in business. There are too many things to list that I have taken away from these interviews. Removing any questions about your credibility, always maintain your integrity and always be your engaging and helpful self are the best. They are the main points I try to focus on in my business and this reinforces my my belief in them. If the rest are like this it will be hard to say where I will be a year from now, except miles ahead of where I am now. I definately plan on telling as many people as possible about this “Extraordinary” series. I’m already looking forward to the next one. Thanks Guys,
    Greg

  • Rick says:

The first session was very valuable. One of my takeaways was the importance of emotion to the persuasion process, that prospects make decision more on emotion than facts, figures, and logic. All those areas are important but emotion is probably most important. Another takeaway was the importance of establishing trust and credibility with my clients and team. Another takeaway was the value of being self deprecating, imperfect, human so to candidly share my imperfections and struggles when dealing with clients and teams rather than trying to be perfect.

  • Keith says:

I felt like it was a great dicission yet I waited over an hour and never heard anything I did however check out every member of the panel and all of the other tabs please come through with this guys I believe that it will be awesome

  • Glen says:

I am enjoying the webcast. So far, I have a few good takeaways. 1) To build trust quickly, commit, deliver, repeat. 2) The importance of remaining relevance to our target customer. 3) Most of us do not see ourselves as others see us. 4) Publish to gain credibility by being relevant and providing actionable, effective insight.

I am enjoying the broadcast and see the value of the League. With the opportunity to hear from some of the best minds available today and get their insight on important issues, my colleagues and friends will move to a higher level in their business and life.

Thank you Rich and Jay for your efforts.

  • Kerry says:

No question these panel members are preeminent. My problem is there is simply too much information coming towards me at one time. My suggestion would be to narrow the panel down to 2-3 and ask a series of only a few questions. People’s attention spans aren’t long enough for this format.

  • Matthew says:

Joining the League of Extraordinary Minds was a profitable
decision because it led to closing the deal with a client
in the first week of the series alone. I also now have
access to 52 thought leaders guiding me to geometric business
growth so I don’t have to go it alone in business.

The first major benefit of this first session was establishing
credibility preemptively so the client forgoes asking for any
    past successes. Done and done…

Major a-ha! number two came when the client wrote me the check
without even having to ask for it. I was able to effectively
demonstrate believability on the spot by showing them what we
would do to grow their business by using their language.

The last but not least major light bulb turned on by giving
me the insight to establish the relationship with my new
client at the speed of trust. Walking in confidently, believing
in the value I provide, and looking the client in the eye the
entire time we spoke led them to choose me with trust.

Over the next 12 months I expect the League of Extraordinary
Minds to add five to six figures to my business and that is
    absolutely no hype.

If you are thinking of joining the League but aren’t completely
sure about it, I urge you to join now because it is at this
moment you will make one of the most profitable decisions for
your business growth. If the League can do the above three things
for my business, just imagine what it can do for yours.

    • Cathy says:

If the first session was tonight, how was it responsible for establishing credibility and closing a deal with your client over the past week?

      • Matthew says:

        Hi Cathy,

notice i stated “in the first week alone of the series”

I implement strategies as soon as I determine where
they fit in my business so yes, it can be that fast
as the first day if you know how to take it out of
theory and into action at the speed of trust.

        be well
        Matthew
