During this interview the panelists will give mind blowing answers to the following questions:

  1. What do you see respectively that is the single biggest marketing mistake small businesses are making today, and what do they need to do to fix it?
  2. What’s the biggest single marketing tactic that you either developed, researched, engineered or consistently use that could make the biggest difference in almost any business owners’ performance – why and how?
  3. We’ve coined a word – sort of a descriptive umbrella for the expertise represented on this call – pre-emptive marketing – how would marketing be different under your pre-emptive approach than what the mainstream is currently employing and why?
  4. Most of you have a multiplicity of progressive and breakthrough strategies, concepts, tactics and methodologies in your quiver – of all of them what’s the one weapon that you think everyone on the call should master and how would you suggest they get started?
  5. What is the key to creating and implementing innovative marketing breakthroughs in a small to medium sized business?
  6. If you had to sum up in 3-minutes or less what it takes to outperform your competition, what would you say?
  7. Through the lens of your expertise; What one question do you wish we would have asked you, that we didn’t, that relates to helping members on this call make their business more profitable, more successful, more competitively advantageous right now and into the future? Why is it an important question? And had we asked, what would your answer be?

Just like last week, the answers and secrets these experts reveal during this 90 minute event will completely blow you away! Fortune 500 companies pay these guys tens of thousands of dollars for information like this that Jay and Rich are extracting for you for FREE!

Don’t miss this exclusive webcast.  It will not be re-played.

This webcast takes place on Thursday November 12th at 8PM (Your local time!)

  • How many of you guys here play WoW and will reroll either a Goblin or a Worgen in the new expansion?

  • Your website is beautifully decorated and easily navigated. I have enjoyed visiting this site today and hope to visit many more times in the future.

  • I don’t like to write silly things in comment boxes either. It’s not what I want to leave behind as my signature

  • Brian says:

I know I have already sent my comment in when I first listen to the Panel in November. But after going back and reviewing some notes that I can use again over 30 days later, I feel even stronger about this comment: I know I will be going back to my notes of this Extraordinary Minds Panel for many years. It is a wealth of information.

  • Hearing from your extraordinary panel about the concept of employees being first in a company/corporate culture was enlighting. I always wondered why this has been lacking in the work environment.

Thanks, It’s nice to know I was on target.

  • Listen you guys – A couple of other guys that are heros of mine are doing a similar offering. But this League is cutting edge, brilliant stuff!! Thaks for inviting me and lets keep rockiing!!!

  • L. Wayne Jenkins says:

One helpful aspect of this program is how a part of it fits in with something else in your life, to bring something important to your attention that you would have otherwise missed.

    Here is an example:

Al Ries pointed out that the concept of ”to grow, you have to expand” is a myth. This dovetails with my subsequent discovery that my church has a missionary group that concentrates on five specific countries in Southeast Asia. If they expanded their limited resources to other countries it would reduce the overall effectiveness of their mission.

The fusion of these two observations is not simply helping me in a business sense. It is also helping me to be more open to what God wants me to do, as opposed to what I want to do.

And all this is from just one sentence (and from just one panel member) throughout the entire presentation!

Many thanks to Jay and Rich and The League of Extraordinary Minds!

    Very Respectfully,

    L. Wayne Jenkins

  • John Matheny says:

Wow. It was a great session and it is very helpful to have people with different views/takes on the same issue – but for them to be of the caliber you have assembled is truely extraordinary.
I liked Gary’s fast paced hammering on the value of hard work – spend time with the family and work. There really isn’t much time to do much else. Also his belief in answering every email, even up to 700 a day was inspired.
Jay Conrad Levinson’s 7 step maketing plan in 5 minutes was insightful. I’m sure it has been out and about for a long time but it was the first time I had heard it. Focus on Decision – Belief – Action – Measure was very good.
I also was struck by the comments of one of the panelists to focus on something you can do better than anyone else, not on being all things that your customers might wish, in areas where you have no advantage.
    Thanks again. Very good.
    John M. Matheny

  • Glenn Byers says:

Rich and Jay pose high-impact questions to panel members. The resulting ideas explored and elaborated upon have positive application to virtually any business. Suffice it to say that those who receive and act upon the revealed wisdom of these proceedings leverage their prospects of success and the potential of becoming market leaders themselves. In addition to marketing issues, a coherent theme throughout, panel member propositions and recommmendations – if implemented – hold promise to increase multiple core competencies of one’s business, both now and well into the future. Practical possession of such knowledge endows a business to distinguish itself from its peers, partly through introduction and delivery of value by means that are most suited to the consumers thereof.

This is an excellent opportunity for any entrepreneur at any stage of their business’ life to partake of wisdom provided by those who are at the top of their game. I recommend the LEM to anyone who feels capable of leveraging proven wisdom to guide them on their journey towards their highest entrepreneurial aspirations.

  • Steve says:

A lot of great information. Keep up the good work.

  • Tim Dwyer says:

Without getting specific, this is the best Q & A session of varied schools of thought I have ever seen on a free webinar. (WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE).Let me tip my hat…….

  • Marjory says:

Because my brother plays golf extremely well and has traveled the world in his line of business he taught me some things! Some of it didn’t connect until this session. Because we think differently and I found out why. He is the executive manager type and I am more the entrepreneural type. I like projects not the details. I am finding this whole experience somewhat like learning to play golf! I am grateful now that my brother was hard on me when teaching me golf–18 holes no girls tee! Learn to hit the ball! And one important thing THE POWER IS IN THE BACKSWING! At one point I could not get any “lift” and couldn’t get over a ravine. So I bought some better tools to compensate for my weakness and made a committent to work at it and I made an appointment with that ravine for the following summer! I kept that appointment and beat that ravine not once but three times!
Another thing my brother drilled into me is that if I want to be good at something look for the professional, the expert in the field and listen to them! Trying to start an internet business with no business knowlege and little technical skill got me into a world of confusion and a mess and I didn’t know who to listen to! So I first started to find out what was being used against me–the marketing hype–the tactics–and why was I falling for it. And I discovered things I did not want for my customers but now I needed help! I need to find extraordinary professional minds! When I got the email to listen to these discussions of these wonderful professionals I knew I could get the right thinking I needed to set things straight. I listened carefully to this session more than once. I have no marketing strategy plan yet because I came to the league for a thinking strategy. I was getting into trouble trying to get started.
I listened to this panel more than once this weekend! I discarded the junk on my computer and unsubcribed from mass thinking emails and etc.. I looked at my skills and the lack and got some tools to compensate and automate. I looked at how I think and where that will take me. A plan began to form. I actually have a plan and steps to implement it. A short term goal, a follow up to develop skill and a peak where I will have to get hooked up with a partner or services to deal with the things to manage. All of which I saw a “picture” of in my mind from this session! Some things clicked. Especially listening. I didn’t have that direction or a clear picture of myself. At least I have a “picture” now. Now I can learn how to hit the ball!
One of the biggest things that happened in the past eight months of internet hell was confusion. What was real and what was not and it not only got me into trouble but took my power away. I was still pushing through and taking action but the wrong action! But it was hard. The one huge thing I gained from this session is I have a sense of renewal, of my power, my drive and determination. A sense that I will produce and build and I will learn now but in a much different way! And I have a sense of peace about it. And I look forward to accomplishing and meeting the appointments I have set with myself. I am so thankful for this opportunity you have given me to learn from you all at extraordinary minds. I am listening! Thank you.

  • barry says:

    At Last:
No nonscense, honest and invaluable advice from top people willing to share their knowledge openly with people desperate to learn and I can think of nowhere better to gain this other than on your weekly webinars.
I can only say “thank you”

    Barry

  • The one thing that I can take away from your presentations is: to HAVE a maketong plan, and to STICK with it! And, I also have decided that I need a product that I believe in, and that matches my idea of what integrity means.
I kept being reminded of when I was laid of, for the last time, when Aerospace was downsizing in the early 90’s. I found myself working w/then for a ‘Pitchman’, named Brett, who worked the Fair, major Swap Meet, Home Show Curcuit in So Cal. He turned me into a fairly decent Pitchman, who he thought was, in some ways, better then himself. I noticed that when we were setting up, or purchasing a spot, the locals, and ‘curcuit regulars’ would recognize Brett, and ask where we were located. Then I began to realize that Brett had ‘marketed’ himself so that his followeres thought that anything in his hands, or his spot (my hands), was automatically good.
I kept thinking there must be someway to incorporate what I learned from Brett, into my ‘branding image’, of myself, and/or my website. I haven’t worked that out yet, but I will!

  • Lloyd Leiderman says:

It is so useful to be able to hear such successful people up close like this. It shows they are not just some far off legends, but people just like us who have done what it takes to succeed. It makes following in their footsteps so much easier.

  • Mehraj Sally says:

I have read and learnt a lot on strategy. And having implemented at my previous work place 3M Worldwide and now in my own Co. I have realized we have just complicated matters that could have been solved very much simply. The content had a total paradigm shift on me of keeping things Simple now onwards for better and fast implementation and clarity. My heartfelt thanks once again to Jay and Rich for having brought this together and making it a reality. With our busy lives we would have never got a chance to listen to this panel other than take valuable info from their Books and Works published. Blessings to all.

  • Mark says:

Wow.. yes wow. I was amazed at the simple yet powerful content provided in the session. I have implemented several of the strategies already.

Jay Conrad Levinson’s 7 Sentence Simple Marketing Plan was such a brilliant concept which really sunk in!

What I wonderful concept the system is, there is no way I’ll be missing any of the others!

    Well done!

    Mark Whitby

  • Dear Jay and Rich,
Being new to internet marketing, I am eager to learn as much as I can. The 3rd panel was very informative and helpful. What I appreciate the most about all three panels is the integrity with which all the panelist are walking with. Also, hearing different perspectives allow me to find the one that works for me.
Thank you both for your dedication and effort,
    Wendy

  • Jo Adams says:

This is the second of the broadcasts I’ve managed to catch – and again I really enjoyed listening to the wide ranging and entertaining discussion. (Have you ever calculated how many years of experience are on the panel?!) As always – loads of information but took away a few really relevant thoughts for my business. Develop your simple marketing plan – and then commit to it, stick to your core business, keep relationships personal. These were just a few but there were so many more.

    Thanks again

    Jo

  • Claudette says:

Thank you for this opportunity. I regret I missed the first two panels due to surgery and then the flu. But am grateful I was able to listen to the third panel. I was recently declared disabled, however, it did not mean I can’t work for myself. I sincerely appreciated the information and ideas as much of this is new to me.

I was impressed by the panelists knowledge and really liked the different thoughts and approaches.

What did I take with me from this?: A whole lot of very valuable, solid information. Which in turn kicked started my own ideas that can build on what I learned from this segment.
Looking forward to the next session.

  • I really liked the panel format; it made the material more approachable than listening to one expert. And I loved the contrast of these different perspectives: from Jay Levinson having made his mark in the corporate world and then opening up the marketing world for small entrepeneurs, to Gary Vaynerchuk, a true Working Class Hero, applying very big strategies through the lens of social media to create powerful success.

  • Dave C B says:

This was very informative, and I learned a lot. It’s good to know that even when your panelist dissagree they still put out value with their knowlege and experince.

  • George Lucke says:

I really enjoyed the broadcast and the two biggest things I came away with were:
    1. Find a niche in the market and hammer it until you make it yours
    2. Don’t make any “risky” business decisions (i.e. marketing, etc.) unless the life of the business depends on it.

    Excellent forum, questions and answers.
    George

  • Shaya Kass says:

I did not leave this week’s conversation with the same amount or quality of actionable ideas as the last two weeks.

The two things that I took away were:

    1. Writing a 7 step marketing plan as per Jay Conrad Levenson. I found his formula online and started working on that.

    2. I was reminded of the value of working harder and longer by Gary. It reminds me of the Thomas Edison (?) quote that success is failing faster, making more mistakes faster, and coming up with the solution faster.

Jay and Rich – Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your knowledge, expertise and generosity are inspiring.

  • I feel absolutely privileged to be in the company of such bright and insightful individuals.

Thank you, Rich and Jay for making this experience possible. Down the road, I know I will look back on these 6 weeks as the turning point.

    Love Ya,

    Tony

  • Boyana says:

This panel was really great! I have studied about guerilla marketing, but hearing Jay Conrad Levinson speak in person was simply amazing! I also loved Gary Vaynerchuk’s position on hard work, as I always believed that success comes to those who are dedicated to what they do, and do it with love. Thank you for this wonderful webcast.

  • Ambrose says:

there is a question Cathy asked; Is there any thing wrong with your marketing strategy. I liked it.

My questionis, Is internet the best tool for marketing tourism related businesses?

  • Ambrose says:

This can’t get any better than it is, am so excited to have hard the opportunity to listen to a pennel of experts and am glad to say the information I got is so relevant and makes us check whether the marketing strategies we are using are in line with the goals of profit maximisation.

the seven questions are so good and am glad I made a copy of this information for future relevance, I will immediately apply these tactics required and am hopeful that great change will come my way.

For safari business we find our selves using internet more than other ordinally methods of marketing and therefore I would be more interested in internet marketing.
Never the less am excited about the league and look foward to more audios

    thank you

    Ambrose

  • John says:

HI, all of what I heard was very positive and the fact that we were doing most of the recommended ideas was a relief. We are suffering like every body else from cash flow difficulties so we are working on a marketing budget shoe string. The information being shared is execellent and allows people access to marketing for free which they could never afford. For this you guys deserve a lot of praise and thanks. We increased our turn over this year just using our data base, we text our customers offers and the responce rate is between 8 to 10% depending on the offer. This is proof of the old maxim 80/20 rule and we are consious that we need new a new data base not to tap out our existing clients, this we have just done.We will receive 4000 new names and cell phone numbers today for our immediate area and we will text them an offer, it will be interesting to see the take up rate on new clients aas it is always harder to convert new clients rather then get existing ones the spend more.John

  • Kent says:

Vicki Kunkel hit the nail on the head with her “jackass” concept.
I’ve known in the back of my mind for years that you should be yourself, and not worry about what others think.
Having her stand out against the crowd, and endorse this concept, confirmed that I was on the right track all along.
Too many so called “experts” try to impress others with their background credentials and technical knowledge, and wonder why they never develop a loyal following.
Being sincere and honest, admitting you’re not perfect, is worth gold in a world full of skeptics and people who have been burned by these so called messiahs.
    Two thumbs up for Vicki!

  • Liz Zed says:

Fast-paced, dynamic, highly engaging. Bravo Jay & Rich orchestrating a great learning forum. Time flew by. Excellent content-sharing from experts who’ve ‘been there, done that…’ Maximum listener benefit. Niche products in big markets. Evolve your story to set up your point of view and don’t be afraid to piss people off. 7 simple sentences. Great marketing fun from pre-eminent strategists. Thanx.

  • Jean says:

What I took away with me from this very informative, enlightening and practical seminar was the importance of listening to the client’s needs, of defining your business, and of sticking to your purpose. Very, very helpful.

  • David Letourneau says:

The name describes the panel perfectly…”extraordinary minds”. Phenomenal treasure trove of experience from a huge variety of view points. I will not miss a session!

  • Jimmy says:

This was a fun presentation… just listening to the panel energizes the mind. Gary has an energy that is contagious… and without directly saying so, he thinks differently than several of the panel. He is a cutting edge online marketer. From my standpoint… when Gary said that the chef should be on video… that is worth a lot revenue to my business.

  • Alfred Rodriguez says:

My outlook about internet marketing and it’s big picture is being forme with great vallue which is coincidental with my life. I believe the direction will lead me to be successful based on these idioms of truths from the panelist.

  • Nick K says:

    Jay and Rich

    You have done it, Again!

The synergy being created and expanded each and every week during the discovery calls cannot be described adequately.

We have all come to the League with an expectation that we would receive direct benefit from the Etraordinary Panels you have created. Having listened each week, I am now convinced that the great minds assembled are not only of benefit to me and my peers, as a group, the panelists are creating nothing less than a roadmap to the future.

    In a word, AWESOME.

    Keep it up!

  • Kathy Misich says:

This has been great for me to hear that I should be focusing on a target market. Keeping things simple and making an emotional connection. Wonderful info for someone just starting out in a new busness.

    Kathy Misich

  • Panel 3…another FANTASTIC call.

    I had three great takeaways…

    1) Jay’s ‘7 Sentence Marketing Plan’. (So simple…so powerful)

    2) Paul’s ‘Power Probing Questions’. (Now I know how to ‘know your customers’)

    3) Vicki’s ‘Jackass Factor’. (Time to develop an unapologetic stance for who I am and what what I believe in)

Thank for the amazing business building information! Looking forward to panel 4.

    Dr. Pauline Bao

  • Ayedh says:

meeting expert and liestn to thier inputs to Jay and Rich is the things pushed be FWD. what I got from this panel is concentrate, act and push fear. well, i think this infromation is giving alot to my life. $50000. to my friends, don’t miss the train.

  • Al McCormick says:

Although each response seems to be different, every conference seems to build upon the previous. Very nicely done!

  • Jomer says:

This webcast was very helpful to entrepreneurs. Those collective process of sharing ideas or opinion and were summarized at the end gave me wide perspective on pre-emtive marketing. Surely this will help me improved my small business. Loving costumers strike me most. It extended my view that we should help our clients fulfill their dreams in the most reasonable and economical way. Thank you and God bless!

  • Rick Carter says:

The greatest thing to come from these panels is the interplay among the panelists. I get a lot from how one person comes up with an idea, and someone else develops it – or disagrees with it. And knowing that almost all of these people came from no special background is an inspiration. I don’t know if this was Rich’s idea or Jay’s, but this is a gresat example of the pay-it-forward principle.
    Thanks guys!
    Rick Carter

  • Robert says:

I just took notes as I listened along to the third broadcast from the League of Extraordinary Marketing Minds. Foolishly I never scrolled down till half way through to find a transcript link, I mean I’m so impressed by the squeeze pages format that by typing alongside you guy’s and all the experts on the panel it really did help me stay focused on eventually connecting the dots and quantifying exactly the worth of this conversational meeting. Often is the case with these types of information free products is a holding back of answering questions. But by putting you guy’s from different backgrounds alot of information has indeed imerged. I am just or thought I was just at the brink of beginning my site and social media linked Google account having done all the research compiled over years of listening and observing over the shoulder experts talking about particular things, so to have this under one roof and listen to each of whom have what from each others answers to the questions is great. I see growth here for me and I see growth with you guy’s. This for me is the pivotal credential of the whole ethos of The Extra Ordinary Minds, and it will be interesting to see how far this can actually go before you decide to pull the plug, package and sell for millions of bucks. I think this teleseminar has created the hesitation I needed if I am as I would like even with all the overheads of tools currently subscribed to move in a way in which my niche brand and custom research model and type of ethos used to approach and actually care about with whom I may share energy drinks with or reccomend new social media lifestyles to even which original source marketing sourced books to cite. At the same time not feel guilty about all the cans of coke slurped in-order to stay up late and process all this over abundance of information. That coming from a know it all due to being tuned into this type of mentored information say’s a lot about how I feel this could revolutionize any entrepreneurs steps and actions. To have a simple seven tone plan created by myself under the instructions of your summarize again reaffirms and grounds my thoughts. But as you will have already realized this will not always be the case. No I really enjoyed this seminar Vicki was great, the author Jay Levinson Awesome, Sergio Zyman terminology is great and eventually delivers some fascinating principles, I particularly like his way of pushing the goal posts further by posing his own question and disappointment of not being asked. It amazing away thought patterns grow. Gary was great in the way he proped up the importance of using the right media to deliver messages and to here the sequential story telling narrative needed in-order to lead one into the chosen world of niche or preferred industry is again fascinating. But the main point I really liked about this all was the consistent two day a week reminder on which days to continually do what. It’s only when all this comes into fruition can we really begin to start adding on to the knew. Good news for writers, good news for video makers and great news for business’s who are looking for people like me and yourselves who can take the locality into the masses. I am not sure what to say to my friends yet but it will be good and I will send out the links, and for a time will hold back on my notes until one has brushed up on the truth, it often becomes lost, hybridized and wrong quotes from the wrong people however as a group mind this is awesome, so this is what I will say to them. “If you really are about to launch your business you best go over and check this check list of people who are not afraid to say they know. League of Extraordinary Minds Discovery Channel does what it says on the tin.” Robert Bridge.

  • srv says:

Always love anything Jay is involved with, but frustrated with ability to access – both server timeout and my busy schedule. Purchased ability to download and listen later, but could never figure out how to do that; keep getting emails offering it, but no delivery even though paid for. Support has been of no help. What I’ve heard is great. Very disappointed in ability to get to the content.

  • Jason says:

Hi Rich & Jay, just like to say what a great session this one was.Gary Vaynerchuk just blew me away with his idea’s,thats not to say the others were no good but Gary seemed more down to earth & real.As he said it doesn’t cost you anything to reply to all your e-mails,missed calls etc,so thats one of the first things i will be doing.Looking forward to the next session guys.THANXXX

  • Chimbidzayi Sanyangarec says:

Sorry I missed it due to powercuts – no electricity.

  • Jay Abraham and Rich Schefren have done really an extraordinary job: they have put together six panelists of the “League of Extraordinary Minds” and squezed them to answer to their seven basic marketing questions. They focused on marketing for small to medium sized businesses and gave together an overwhelming portion of information in a very simple form. No hype, just clear information that everybody can immediately implement. Over ninety minutes crowded with information from six of the best marketing thinkers and this presented for free. Many thanks!

  • michael says:

I believe you come to crossroads in your life/business and depending what path you take influences the outcome. Well have gone down so many wrong paths it looks like I took the right path with the league.

  • Lawrence says:

Great material guys! Thank you very much.

  • Lawrence says:

Great material at the right time! This is part of what I have been searching for to help me get out of “struggle” mode into achievement mode. Thank you all very much!

  • Lee says:

A fantastic effort guys – I wish I’d been able to hear the first two instalments, but regrettably I missed them. This third session really re-enforced & consolidated a lot of thing I knew in my heart to be true, but like most entrepreneurs, I suppose, had trouble accepting & implementing.
    Thanks again.

  • Mike says:

Thanks for the chance to listen over the weekend, after listening to this session I would have been gutted to have missed it. onwards and upwards.

  • Amanda Frost says:

For the first time in my professional life, I feel excited about marketing! I am from a theatre/psychotherapy/training/education/coaching background and could never quite connect with or find my passion for this part of business building – you can guess the results!! From just this one League Of Extraordinary Minds – Discovery Session 3 Webcast I am taking a personal sense of confidence that I can achieve what I want to achieve in a way that matches my values and beliefs and provides a great and valuable service to my clients whilst building the financial prosperity I envision to enable other projects I have in mind and provide the life style I and my loved ones enjoy. On a pragmatic level, I am taking away a clear framework with accessible and powerful, proven strategies and insight into the kinds of focused attitudes and behaviours I will need to move my online business forward. Wow!!! For free!!! You guys rock and thank you to Rich and Jay and ll the experts who have given so generously.

i only caught part of the webinar as i was listening to the replay was finding it very interesting and informative but an hour into broadcast the video ran out which was disappointing because of work commitments i find it hard to attend webinars but was very happy to see it was going to be replayed in its entirety because of my work commitments i find it hard to attend i requested the recordings og the webinars but even though i originally paid for the webinars and invited my friends like i was requested when i contacted you and put in my email address i received an email saying they could not find me which was dissapointing as i paid in good faith and was really looking forward to gaining the valuable insight into the leagues valuable knowledge as i realised what a great asset it would be in building a successful business.i would be very happy to supply a testimonial as just with the limited amount of the video i could access i found it very informative and rewarding that is why i would like to gain access to the series as i can definately see the benefits of these great webinars and the valuable knowledge i can gain from then.hoping there is some way i can gain access to this great information

  • Tom Lanni says:

I found the Pre-emptive Marketing webcast really valuable. The format provided accross the board insights into the basic marketing questions, yet it remained simple and to the point. I also found that the summary of the main ideas by Jay and Rich provided a reat distillation of the the key points that the panelists made. The session certainly drew me back to valuable insights.

  • Merill says:

Wow! I’ve been struggling to learn how to operate on the Internet and more clearly define my niche. Now I understand that it’s okay to retain my personality and have fun with a difficult subject. My marketing plan needs work. This panel discussion is so inspirational… it’s one powerful idea after another! I can’t thank you enough for delivering this level of expertise for free and then spending the time to analyse it. If it’s true ‘what you give is what you get’ you guys are gonna need a lot space to hold what’s coming.

  • This is the best thing that I got for free ever! The expertise of the folks on the mic are so huge (and so expensive) that getting it for free is something REALLY extraordinary! Thank you for putting this together!

  • The aspect I took from the webcast is that to innovate one should not follow the leader but to look for new and different opportunities in a niche that you can own and dominate as The Authority. The presenters gave their insights into how to implement that goal.

  • Joanne says:

I can’t thank you enough for bringing together such a topnotch group of entrepreneurs and offering such clarity, insight, and hard earned wisdom, for free. Amazing!

I am an actor, and haven’t thought of myself as a business person, but the panels are really stretching my thinking about my career (and other options as well). I have always focused on getting the next acting job and resisted seeing myself as a product. To the contrary, it’s becoming clear that by defining and applying marketing principles to myself, and using video, social media, and personal branding to create emotional contact, my next acting job (or opportunity) will fall into place.

Also, loved the quote, “Better to be loved or hated than tolerated”. I’d never heard that before. Most actors try to be all things to all people rather than finding a niche where they can shine. Jay Levinson’s simplified marketing plan is a big take away for me.

Many, many thanks to you, Jay and Rich, and your wonderful panelists. Can’t wait for panel number four!

  • I made the decision to join The League of Extraordinary Minds so that I could learn from the panel’s ‘extraordinary experiences.’ The 3 biggest benefits I gained were:
    1) Not to feel the need to follow the status quo, but to continue believing in my product and services and focus on fulfilling my client’s needs.
    2) Keep online interaction constant and consistent.
    3) Branding and promoting is not a mad dash for immediacy, but promote for the long haul.
I guesstimate that The League of Extraordinary Minds worth will be invaluable to me. I would strongly suggest that anyone who is unsure about joining The League of Extraordinary Minds, listen to a panel discussion such as this.

  • jong says:

Interesting how even experts may have divergent, though not exactly divergent, views in approaching specific business problems. This is where an activity of this nature can find real value, in the synthesis of many brilliant ideas finding application in the listener’s specific situation and experience. Find your own category, create a plan, and using the latest most effective ways of connecting to the market you have chosen to narrowly focus on commit to that plan using measures that matter to your business. Simplicity is the real challenge and the League not only recognizes that, it succeeds.

  • Scott says:

I too need to imbrace new technology.

  • Bruce Berksire says:

Excellent, thought provoking, super info for todays business, thanks for the opportunity

  • James Hecht says:

    Well,

That was a realy good question, What have I gotten so far? The easy answer is not enough, but then I have not been able to be at all webcasts, let alone listen to a complete one. I’m in the learning faze and every little bit helps. Everything I’ve heard so far has been great, I’m getting some insight. I still need to learn the ins and outs of setting a site up and what and what not to do for advertising. what I would like most is to have a trascripe or such.

  • I think you have to care about others, listen to others, care about there needs. How can can you help make a difference in someones life, and how can you help them to make some extra money for there family.I had no kitchen for a year, after the fire,my customers cared about me to buy products that were 50% off even though the package was smoke damaged, they did not care.the product was fine. The fact that they cared enough about me,was because I cared about them…Powerpink

  • Glenn says:

After listening, I decided to change the way I was doing business ASAP! The habit of just using a auto responder will end. Value your leads and qualify your prospects. The discussion put me back on the track of having a clear, concise, mental picture of what my business should be.
    Thanks for the opportunity!

  • It Is refreshing to hear another point of view from real people and real minds. What I am doing is correct I just need some help! 1. To be Real 2. To care about others.3.To be yourself and listen to others. Well,I do all of these things In Mary Kay,but I am learning how to do this on the internet, this is a whole new ballgame of opportunity for me to learn. This is pretty cool, because I can use myself to make money by caring about others. You can’t put a dollar amount on people being real.I think this is Great advice, people need a coach in business, especially a home business.I am a sales director,I have always been in sales,I have used all of these tactics in my business which helped me become successful.I had a fire,I lost everything and had to start out all over again. This is why I am here, starting out all over again.Thank You, Powerpink

  • Ron Hori says:

The comments made by Gary Vaynerchuk were awesome. No wonder that he can “Crush It” as he writes in his book. One thing stuck in my mind. There is no substitute for hard work and putting in the hours to make your business successful. Let’s not fool ourselves about how committed we are to our own success.

  • Irina says:

I have listen two times the webinar and I think i have to listen it many times from now on. I have found in this webinar a lot of ideas that were somehow in my mind but left somewere in that unconscious part of it. It was great to hear all that questions and it is remarkable how quickly I was able to pick my notes and think deeply of what I have to do from now on to grow my bussiness. Thank you for this great opportunity

  • Paul says:

Great information from great minds that expands whet I thought was possible in very practical ways.

  • Dee says:

    Hi Jay/Rich

What can I say, I’ve listen to this 3 times and know that I need to listen to it again. I’m learning how important it is to have your foundations in place, i.e research, budget, strategy etc.. and starting small is okay.
I think the key is to take action and implement, and always find ways of measuring your actions.
Also if one way dosen’t work don’t give up, just try again and implement a new strategy (marketing plan).

Anyway loving it! Stay Blessed. D

  • Muriel Lange says:

This webcast exceeded my expectations by an order of magnitude. The diversity of ideas and viewpoints from these experts provided something for anyone, no matter what their business. Because I am just floundering around trying to figure out how to set up my own business, I found the 7 simple steps to making a plan extremely helpful. Also the idea of starting with a very narrow focus, a sub-niche where I will be the only one offering my particular products and ideas, really clicked. I had been trying to think too broadly beyond my real expertise — big mistake. The suggestion about using a flip cam to put videos on my site fits my business to a tee as I will be able to show how real people are actually using my product and make my offerings on a much more personal level. I could go on and on. I took copious notes which I have reread and which continue to inspire me. I regret having missed the first two webcasts and am looking forward to the next. Thank you Rich and Jay for this invaluable experience.

  • June Hardy says:

    Hi,

I’m so glad that you made this available to be heard at my own time. Although my plans were made to take advantage of hearing all of them, it has been very difficult to be able to attend. This was, in fact my first. Thank you!

It was a fascinating experience. I’ve been in business – both brick and mortar, as well as in cyberspace for a lot of years. It was probably the first time that I was able to see the answers to the same questions from multiple perspectives. VERY helpful indeed!

    Thank you once again

    June

  • TeddiC says:

When it comes to “information” why waste time with anything but the BEST and that’s what we are getting here. My whole philosophy has broadened after listening to these masterminds! Any one with true interest in marketing should make it a special point to join into these webinars for they are the BEST POSSIBLE! Take notes to SAVE for the future, as well, for the information is PRICELESS!

  • Frank Angus says:

These webinars are very worthwhile and I always learn a lot. The questions are very good and the answers have many expert view points. What struck home in the last webinar was the fact that the big companies are getting into trouble by pushing innovation for the sake of having innovation (like Chevrolet is not one brand anymore but a host of different types of cars and they are in trouble). Well I am super small and now I know I don’t have to try and be all things to my market but I have to strive to be proficient in my own niche. Thank you for the webinars.

  • Craig says:

I am currently moving my brick and mortar business into storage. I been closing down for the last month and have missed the first 2 podcasts. I am glad that you made this available through the weekend. I have been in downward spiral making this decision and needed a pick me up this weekend. This was my first business venture and I had a lot to learn.

The strategies shared by your panel will definitely guide me in the future launches. I discovered I knew little about internet marketing and using the social networks. It is time to get back to work, learn the new technology resources and start over. Thanks again for the nudge.

  • Elmor says:

I enjoyed the whole 90 min. I noticed that all the experts including yourselfs that the theme was the same as when I was marketing and selling heavy equipment, before I retired, and that was to find out what the customers problems were and solve them. (right) all your panel mentioned that in different words.
Now that I am starting a new business online I will be applying some of the same princibals.

    Thanks

  • Rick Rossi says:

I was impressed by the freshness of the ideas for marketing in the current social media scene ….. the panelists are all insightful and direct with their ideas on how small businesses can take advantage of using the internet to look really compete with bigger businesses like never before….I look forward to hearing the other seminars.

  • BILL RAY says:

VERY INFORMATIVE3 MAIN THINGS I PULLED FROM THIS REPLAY1
KNOW WHAT YOUR TARGET MARKET IS AND GIVE THEM THE CONTENT THEY WANT
2IMPLEMENT A PLAN AND STICK WITH IT
3 OUTWORK EVERYONE .IF YOU PUT THE CORRECT WORK IN A GOOD RESULT WILL HAPPEN THANKS FOR THE INFO .I LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUING MY EDUCATION.

  • Thank you, Rich and Jay for this series of webcasts. I am still struggling with my enterprise(online and offline)but I am starting to grasp a better “feeling” of my future because of these webcasts. Gary Vaynerchuk’s and Jay Levinson’s input seemed to help me to connect “the big picture”! My desire is to be able to meet some of these “panel” members in the not to distant future! Thanks!

  • Medi says:

Thanks for the replay, I was able to listen during my free time.
I don’t have a business yet but there’s something in me that wants to go into business, and this webcast is an opportunity for me to get advice from successful entrepreneurs.

Here are some of the stuff I got, important and challenging:

Know what we do and why we are doing it.
Passion on what we are doing.
Maximize our time and effort, use them productively and efficiently.
Choose a category that will diverge.
Have personality/identity and stick with it.
Have emotional connection with our customer/client/prospect.
Have a plan and commit to it, take action.

Hope I can start an internet-based business soon. I want to start a tiny one that will grow.

  • Peter says:

As always Rich and Jay, you guys over deliver. This kind of business training cannot be found in anywhere else. I especially like Gary’s outlook on business.

Thanks again for providing us with these series. I went ahead and shared it with my own list and have received great feedback from them. Thanks again and I cannot wait for Session 4.

  • marina says:

There are a lot of excellent insights in these webinars, the only problem may be figuring out where to start to implement the advice (although that’s probably why you guys offer the action guide and MP3’s as an option). I especially enjoyed Vicki Kunkel’s advice.

Looking forward to the rest of the webinars, I am impressed so far!

    Marina

  • Binod says:

The level of knowledge of the speakers is extensive. They have experience also in NON-online industry, and this adds tremendous value to what they offer. Effort is being made to give practical guidelines and not just theoretical information.

    Great stuff!

    Binod Maliel

  • Joy Weston says:

Extraordinary minds each sharing their own viewpoint on the same issue,
same question or philosophy is simply brilliant! I found listening to the
webinar to not only be very informative, but also reinforcing a belief that
I live by…which is…That there is No One Person, No One Path, No One
Mastery..that is the be and end all to knowledge or personal growth.
Listening to each person share their belief systems for getting what
we all seem to want…was like making a lasagna. Lots of different ingredients and layers going into making a delicious memorable meal.
    Thanks so. Joy Weston

  • Kirsten Peck says:

I love this series because world-class experts come into my home office and share their brilliant insights. The rebroadcast gave me the opportunity to listen when I could make the time and in the comfort of my office. The information presented is PRICELESS and 100% accessible!

  • Nigel J Britton says:

It’s amazing how so many experts have different
ideas yet they all amount to the same results!

The series just gets better and better.

    Nigel J Britton

  • Robin Hewitt says:

Great stuff. I really appreciated Jay Conrad Levinson’s down-to-earth advice to keep the planning dead simple, that the real challenge is not the planning itself, it’s sticking with the plan you have and actually doing it. I loved Al Ries’ idea of standing out by doing the opposite of what the leaders are doing (if they’re all big, be the smallest), and by making that a valuable thing (because we’re small, we go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service). The other genius idea I have saved in my notes is that you can design your own (micro) category — then be the leader in it. Wonderful!

  • Bill says:

Great information for those already in business or are about to start one. Take advantage of this forum or Extraordinary Minds.

  • John Brodeur says:

I had the chance and the opportunity, yes it is! To be invited to attend these Webcast and I feel privileged to listen to these great thinkers and to absorb what they have to say.

    Thanks
    John Brodeur

  • I am a business owner, with about 30 years experience. I believe Jay Abraham is the best out there, offering a marvelous philosophy of enlightened self-interest. However, I did not subscribe to the series for my advertising business, although I do extract an important amount of information that I find useful for it. My reason for subscribing and my marketing problem are closely related. I recently had a book published by Morgan James Publishers, “The MetaValues Breakthrough.” Like most authors who are low on the food chain, I must market my own book and the task is formidable. To date, there is no internet or hybrid plan that specialises on selling books. So it is necessary to pick and choose my way through all the wonderful material your team presents. How I wish Jay would create a focused program that would help the growing number of authors who are striving to market good books. There are lots of efforts to make the old formulas and new methods for maerketing books by means of the internet, but they are really new wine in old wine skins and they really do not work. But thanks for the wonderful program. It is awesome.

  • Lotus Bible says:

This is one of the best free interview series I have listened to so far. The free advice is spot on and is something you act on immediately

  • JOHN HEATH says:

VERY INSIGHTFULL MATERIAL HERE FOR ANYONE IN THE RELM OF BUSINESS.I THOUGHT THE PANEL VERY INFORMATIVE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND.THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE,IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING OPENING,OR CONTINUING TO OPERATE THE HELM OF YOUR OWN BUSINESS. THERE IS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT THIS TECHNOLOGY CAN NOT ONLY HELP YOU TO OBTAIN A RARE GLIPSE THROUGH THESE EYES OF SHARP SHOOTER,BUT ALSO WHERE TO AIM!!
    INDEED TO HIGHER PROFITS!!
THANK YOU JAY,AND THANK YOU RICH

  • Venkatesh says:

I have learnt the following from this webcase,
    1. Think about what customers you don’t want, and then your own marketing strategy will become much clearer to you
    2. Understanding the effect of the “no sell zone”, “the empathy factor” and responding to your clients is so valuable and it’s great to be reminded of these basic yet powerful principles
    3. Focus on questions that sell and questions that add
    4. Create meaningful content
    5. Do not walk out on your plan prematurely.

  • Galina says:

I learnt loads from this webcast. Focus on questions that sell and questions that add; create meaningful content; try to become your prospect; make a plan and commit to a plan; plans take time – do not walk out on your plan prematurely. The way to grow is to dig deeper rather than diversify and overstretch. But the most important thing was for me Vicky’s “Think about what customers you don’t want, and then your own marketing strategy will become much clearer to you”. I’d like to thank all extraordinary minds for this.

  • Mike says:

The overview Jay and Rich provide at the end is fantastic.

  • HBW says:

Building personal relationships with customers is one of the most important aspects of any business. Great information that really gets you focused on the “right” target. It’s been very motivating to have access to the diversity of the ressources and great information.

  • Roy Harris says:

You guys are terific for putting this together. There is something to use out of each of these broadcasts. With so many great minds coming together, no matter what your personal style is, there is something for everyone. If I had to pick my favorite part of each broadcast it would be the summary that Rich and Jay do at the end of each show. It allows me to listen to the show, take it all in and then get the real highlights I can use in my business. The League is giving me the tools to make what I do for my customers even better. I’m just starting my new business with Donald Trump and would love it if you would check out my site at http://www.TrumpNetwork.com/RHarrisEnterprisesLLC
    See you at the top.

  • In summary and tribute to these great marketing minds, is the overarching fact that business is only able to exist through the exercise and implementation of creative ideas, methods and implementation of processes rooted at first in the marketing mind.

No entrepreneurial idea can breath and make money in the marketplace, without implementation via a marketing plan. That requires imagination and creativity and that is what the listener gets here. Well done. CD

  • Jenni P says:

Interesting observations from big business and great exercise for us to translate this to the big-business-to-be.
Great to have it confirmed that there is no one-way except the ways that resonate with oneself, for indeed we are our greatest teacher!
I wasn’t certain that this webinar was appropriate for us but now I am convinced. I have referred friends.
“One and one makes three”. You saw it here first!

  • Paul Goddard says:

Excellent series that is getting better all the time. I have learned so much but also had confirmation that I am on the right track. Anyone who is interested in growing their business should be listening to this.

  • Kent` says:

Vicki Kunkel’s “jackass” concept is something I’ve always had a feeling was right, but hearing it from her confirmed that I was on the right track.
Trying to be something you’re not, and trying to please everyone won’t last very long before you are exposed as an imposter.
Being yourself, regardless of what people think, will draw a loyal following in the long run.
If someone doesn’t agree with you or like you, who cares?
I found it really refreshing to see someone like Vicki stand up and say “be yourself and be proud of it!”

  • Hugh Levenbach says:

Once again, this was a great opportunity to be exposed to a range of marketing approaches, simultaneously, each relating to a standard set of questions. I was particularly taken with: Jay Levinsons sevensimple sentences of a business plan and the statement that it is better to commit to a mediocre plan than to play around until you have a brilliant plan; the idea of being the oposite of number one and that it is fine to position yourself in a way that can anger some people.

  • Jergen Stary says:

    Frankly… I am just stunned.
It is really impressive how all the experts show that what I thought I know is already overcome and what is now possible with new views and strategies. Especially I appreciated the hints and advices about new and better sources of vital information.

  • sharon Ely says:

awesome information that i intend to put into action in the weeks to come as I am building my new business online. thank you so much for this incredible program.Very orgainized program that i could follow simply. most up to date information that will benefit us all if we follow the instructions now.

  • Fairus Farok says:

This is brilliant. You guys do a great job in providing some excellent content for people like me who are beginning to kick start their business.

These simple but effective tips are extremely useful. The number one tip i got from this session is basically K.I.S.S…(Keep it simple stupid)…once again thanks for this excellent content!!!

  • Gail says:

Loved Session 3…I’ll be reviewing the notes several times. The concepts aren’t necessarily new, but the way they were presented was interesting and insightful. Thank you!

  • afdadsf says:

  • Loyd La Rue says:

I wanted to start out with a few quotes that I read from previous remarks(I want to thank each for their contributions):
“Sparks were flying during this call!”
“I am in awe with the quality of information shared and strategies given that I can apply immediately!”
“I awaited eagerly for this session because of both its focus and the specific experts on the panel”
“I’m addicted now to this format of “Discover Discussion” as you have coined it.”
“This was an outstanding panel discussion. My head is spinning!”

These are heart felt testimonies…each feeling the juice through LOEM…

Isn’t it interesting how Rich and Jay are able to pull so much emotion from us…under promise and over deliver.Their were so many benefits received from listening to them & the panel’s genius. For example: to hear Jay explain about keeping your business plan simple, while Vicki said to make it fun! As for being that Jackass; Vicki, I totally agree no one wants customers/clients who don’t want to be with you. Time lost is time never gained and in so focus on adding value to loyal client/members, JV partners. Be a Maven to your clients/ members or customers. Think first of them and they (your client) will receprocate. Like-minded people working together is synergistic.

Oh! Didn’t you just love Jay Conrad Levinson’s 7 sentence marketing plan. Was that genius or what!!!

In closing, I want to give a big thank you to all the panelists; Gary V you are awesome brother…to Jay Abraham, and Rich Schefren; I have known you both now for just over a year and my life will never be the same. The only way to properly thank you is to “BE” that very success I have known that I am.
thank you both for all you do for all of us…
    Loyd La Rue

  • liz says:

My husband and I both listened and found your webcast to be very interesting and informative. It’s great to hear several opinions rather than just one. We appreciated that you didn’t try to ’sell’ us on anything, like so many other webinars do. Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing with us!

  • Adam says:

Thanks guys for another great session. Session 3 opened mymind to so many great marketing opportunities and triggered so many simple thoughts about what we should be doing…thanks so much for offering this information.

  • Steve says:

I am very impressed by the quality of information being presented in these panels. I come away from each session with a slew of practical tips to implement. This week I especially appreciated the 7 sentence marketing plan, and wrote mine the same night.

P.S. I’m not sure what the “free gift” is that I was supposed to get in return for posting testimonials in previous weeks but nothing has been received yet. And nothing in my spam folder(s) either.

  • Sonia Fortier says:

It’s a incredible opportunity to learn what’s works in today’s marketplace from the best and most experienced marketing minds. I appreciate hearing what works now and how to do it, based on documented results in the real world. All the information will help me produce better campaigns and bigger results for my clients. It’s very exciting!

The biggest takeaways were: (1) The simple effective written marketing plan; (2) narrow your focus and find a sub-niche to be the best at; (3) your competitive edge is really knowing your customer’s problems, perspecitve, hopes, dreams, attitudes, wants, needs, desires, what they value; (4) ask your customers questons, then listen and act on what you learn; (5) focus on providing content, building trust and building a relationship; (6) know your value proposition and the benefits you deliver; and (7) use emotional triggers to make the sale.

Of course, there’s so much more specific and useful information from the panel.

Any small business owner who does not take advantage of these free webcastsis simply clueless and can’t be seriously interesting in making his/her business succeed. The amount and quality of the marketing information provided by the best and most experienced minds in marketing is simply priceless.

  • Marsha says:

I have listened to all of the sessions thusfar and each one is better than the next. I appeciate the opportunity to hear and learn from some of the best minds in these areas and I am excited to implement some of these ideas immediately.
Thank you so much for all the idea stimulation.

  • I’ve been following Jay for many years…I always get some good info from him. This is another expansion of that process.

    Thanks so much…Danny

  • Tanja says:

I am just building my 1st website so I’m not really ready to implement any of the strategies I’ve heard so far. I’m very grateful to these “extraordinary minds” who are giving freely of their knowledge to help others succeed. I have the recordings and hope to be able to implement these tactics in the near future.

    Thanks for the awesome guidance!

  • I’m in information-overload-heaven! =-) But seriously, I’m just now transitioning out of Amway and into a direct response marketing and sales project, so I have more questions than answers ;-)

The quality of programming in this website is truly amazing. I look forward to each night at 9:30p when I can get started in listening to the MP3’s, working through the Action Guides, and incrementally finding answers to the questions I know (and don’t know!). =-)

  • GaryRJ says:

I have been following Jay and Rich both for some time. They consistently make great business sense no matter the industry. Adding the panel of experts for interaction is pure insightful pleasure. The thoughts related to understanding your market are a mantra for the new business founder.

    Thanks for overdelivering again.

    Gary

  • John says:

7 questions for the Simple Marketing Plan was really helpful and got me getting down to writing a Marketing Plan right away – I now have three pages of some really good actionable steps and bursting with some great ideas once these steps get done. Appreciate the clarity it has given me and the ideas there are available from your group of experts.

  • Nunya Business says:

If you lay down with a dog who has fleas, you will have them too. If, on the other hand you keep the company of knowledgeable people, you will benefit more. As far as three things I got from this one panel interview was great new insights into directions to take attitude to have and getting off my rump and taking action. My business hopefully take on a new life as I implement some of these useful strategies which were unknown earlier today. I have no idea how much money the League of Extraordinary Minds will be worth to me, but if it is over $1 then it is a dollar that I have not had before them. I would you say to a friend who was thinking of joining the League of Extraordinary Minds, but wasn’t sure to take the plunge, if he learns only one thing new it is a huge opportunity.

  • Angela Price says:

    Hello Rich & Jay,

Thank you for putting together such an incredible group of advanced minds. The content was powerful and motivating. The single most important point and action step I took away from this session was Jay Conrad Levinson’s 7 Question Marketing Plan. I sat and answered the questions immediately. I was awestruck by the clarity and revelation of the next steps I must take in order to generate the revenue, I have long believed is possible with my mail order Caribbean cake business. All of the participants shared nuggets of truth that were well worth noting. I have secured my notes and intend to share them fully with my Mastermind group at our next meeting. I cannot thank you enough for putting this webinar together. Please forward your mailing address as I would like to send you both a cake as a real thank you for giving in such a big way.

  • Ed Johnson says:

Great overall content. I would like to hear some more contrast between the “Minds” or building off of each others points.

  • Cezary says:

    1. The best people are here. And the rule is “learn from the best experts you can find”. Joining the LXM is just logical.

    2. I got more confidence in my abilities, I learned how to use social media effectively and I was taught which mindset is the best for my current project.

    3. It gave me another life I would otherwise waste, reinventing the wheel and trying to target every audience I can.

    4. I’m not sure how much income this program is worth, but it is worth a lot more than I can affort right now.

    5. What would I tell a friend who is thinking about joining LXM? “Either join to at least try it out, or forget about marketing and your own business”

  • Doug says:

Wonderful thought provoking and action generating content! These sessions keep me moving down the path of building my business. Thank you for putting The League of Extraordinary Minds together!

  • Kevin Lynds says:

All I can say is…Fantastic content! Thank you for giving so unselfishly of your time to provide these pearls of wisdom. I ended up with extensive notes, and 3 or 4 actionable items that directly relate to my small business..like creating an “Emotional Connection” thru my marketing; and injecting my personality into my Brand..great stuff!! This forum is definitely something that I will recommend to my friends & clients.

  • nageshwar rao says:

Thank you so much for the generosity of the panel in sharing their wealth of experience and insights into all aspects of pre-emptive Marketing Innovative Tactics which outshine the rest of our competitors.

Each member of the panel gave a diffrent slant on marketing plans and expertise which provided a comprehensive overview on the best ways to strike the gold seams of enterprise we all seek.

I look forward to these weekly webcasts with great anticipation and to date, I have been well pleased with the outcome and implement what I learn from them within my business.

It’s a pleasure to listen to the experts and their views on marketing. There is so much knowledge and experience on the panel. The one thing that hit home for me was to make a marketing plan and stick to it. How simple yet how intimidating that can be.

  • John says:

Jay’s 7 questions for the Simple Marketing Plan is awesome! It got me filtering all the chunks of marketing details in my head to just 7 essential points that I should just focus on. Brilliant way for creating the essence of my marketing plan within minutes!

  • Samatha says:

Attending a business seminar especially when the business is tight, the desired outcome is to eleviate a specific challenge that is facing you, that is foremost on your mind … The great part about about these seminars is the panel concept. Ever speaker sees One best way of answering each question. … and most of them are totally different than the previous answer … so even if one of them doesn’t answer our need right on the head … the synergy and brainstorming process that they start, besides the fact of just knowing that a half a dozen experts don’t even come to the same conclusion… gives us the freedom to realize there are many ways to get out of a tough situation, and our way may use little or many parts of what we heard. Having many options verses feeling there are no options is Huge!

  • Beth McNulty says:

I’ve found all three programs so far very enlightening. This week I learned how to simply and effectively organize my business for profitable enterprise. This thinking is a long way from the stuff I encounter every day at my day job!

  • Nicola says:

The insights I took away from this session were
    - the importance of committing to a simple marketing plan (in 7 sentences),
    - to be unapologetic for who I am and what I stand for (the jackass factor), and
    - to have a vision of the future.

  • There is something to use out of each one of these broadcasts. With so many great minds coming together, no matter what your personal style is, there is something there for everyone. If I had to pick my favorite part of each broadcast it would be the summary that Rich and Jay do at the end of each show. It allows me to listen to the show, take it all in and then get the real highlights I can use in my business. As a company that builds podcasts for all types of businesses, the League gives me the tools to make what I do for my customers even better. Imagine if you had a serious health issue and had the opportunity to take all the best practitioners in the world and have them as a team consult with you, each bringing their unique perspective to collectively offer you a solution to your health challenge. Now you have that for your business.

  • Holly Soutar says:

Listening and taking extensive notes, I’ve found solid advice which I’m sure is very hard to come by. In earlier forays into social networking,I’ve wished for a way to marry my niche interests with social networking and sound business experts. This webcast certainly fit the bill. I enjoy listening to internet radio and podcasts, and find this a good way to learn while having the personalities come through. This is exactly a situation where the medium fits the message. There certainly was/is a massive amount of valuable content in the one webinar I listened to, so I pleasantly anticipate what may be to come in future with this venture.

  • conray says:

i have been stuck with moving my business forward for a long time, tried a number of marketing drives, jumped from one to next, since i started partaking in lessons from panel, and useing the insisghts i get from this panel, i have seen major progress, well done guys, you are doing a super job!

  • Ernest says:

You’ve shown that a great idea together with lots of work and the right people make for a great business. Our opportunity (problem) is getting the message to the troops in the office as well as the clients in the market.

Collective growth multiplies the creation of wealth everywhere !

  • Chatenya Chauhan says:

I am looking at setting up a buisness and this series has provided some fantastic insight into the essence of what I need to do and how to do it. I have made detailed notes and then listened again.

  • Valicia says:

Further assimilation of the session yesterday has resulted in a clear marketing plan with the exceptional result of a number of the nuggets picked up over the 3 sessions falling into perfect alignment in that plan.

Instead of confusion and overwhelm, there’s excitement and inspiration.

I’ve already written the answers to the 5 questions submitted last night but wanted to emphasize how absolutely stunning the information is within each session. It’s apparent that the brainpower behind this concept is phenomenal proving the mastermind theory for which these recorded traings will be known for posterity as they should become a staple in every marketers arsenal and training. Absolutely remarkable in the way they clarify overlooked pieces in your plan, solidify the foggy ideas, snap you right into confidence where before was complete insecurity. This info has definitely made my life easier, my mind less stressed and though its hard to say at the moment I believe the application of what I’ve learned will be the lynchpin for any future success I have in online marketing.

  • Lynne says:

Thank you so much for the webinar the other night. I had writers cramp trying to keep up. Really appreciate Jay and Rich giving so much and each of the presenters willingness to share so much.
The concepts are simple but so easy to overlook when busy.
thanks so much for the help.

  • Nikola Iliev says:

Thank you very much for your webinars! I tune in every Thursday and I am really grateful that you provide it at convenient time for everyone all over the world. As for this specific webinar, I was overwhelmed by all the great information on Marketing, which is really very valuable for a person like me who will be going at it from now on. I am really happy that now I have this info in my subconscious mind, but I also know that it is useless until I use it, so I will do my best to put these ideas into action pretty soon. Thank you once again!

  • Whith so great value in the differences between the speakers, is dificult don’t find something we can put in practice at once. This is a fantastic help you give to all entrepreneurs.
Ready to start this most valuable rules and see the rewards of a clear strategic plan.

  • James Recard says:

I can not say enough about these guys…

Just plain amazing. There is just so much that you can achieve in your life, these guys have helped me to stay focused on my targets.

Keep a positive mindset and you can achieve SO MUCH!

I treat this course as my personal life coach.

Everyday I wake up and get focused on my goals and begin achieving my success!

Thank You so much for this Jay and Rich – I LOVED the Tony Robbins interview… I can’t believe that you gave it out for free.

    Once again – Thank You

To your success and many others!

    James

  • Eric says:

Wow, really great material. Everyone had such great advice, but I’d have to say Jay Conrad Levinson’s lesson on over simplifying being better than over complicating was a very powerful insight.

His practice of working with a mediocre marketing strategy and committing to it is better than a than a brilliant one that’s never used was powerful as well.

Also Gary Vaynerchuk’s advice goes right along with Jay’s. It’s all about taking action and doing the work. He’s so right about most entrepreneurs not wanting to work, and I must admit that I have fallen in to this category and have been here for much longer than I’d like to admit.

I mean I learned many great things from everyone, but being where I am right now these are the first steps I am taking to get myself back on track: Develop a simple marketing strategy and committing to it, and to take action and do the work.

Thanks again to the entire panel!

  • Art Ceniza says:

For me and my team of financial professionals the League series gives us more than just hope to survive and thrive during this tough economy. The speakers give us practical ideas to implement now. And, for that I am very grateful. Can’t pay bills with hope alone. Results is what we want. Thank you Jay and Rich for allowing us to be a fly on the wall.

  • Cezary says:

I can’t decide what I should write. The amount of great ideas and information provided by the webinars is just overwhelming and mind-blowing.

  • garry says:

I REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH THIS YET!!!! BUT SOON WOW!!! LOOKOUT!!!THANKS AGAIN

  • Noah says:

I agreed with the comments already posted. My favorites are : work more hours than your competition, know your focus and niche, create a simple plan and stick to it, and be relentless in promoting yourself. Looking forward to the next session. Thanks for taking the mystery, and thus the fear, of going forward.

  • garry says:

passion and commitment to yourself& purity!!!!YEA! GET NAKED WARTS AND ALL SAYS GARY LM BUYING A FLIP CAMERA,,,,U TUBE HERE I COME THANKS GUY,S

  • Rick says:

Three life-changing / business-changing sessions so far… I am working on “The Next BIG Thing” which is going to take some time. From the insight received from the third session, I now have a plan of how to make money “in the mean time” until the BIG manifestation!

In my honest opinion, this gathering of such powerful resources will make business history.

  • Natalie says:

Thanks so much for the opportunity to learn from these experts who are at the top of their game! One of the things that really hit home with me is the necessity to COMMIT! Also, I appreciated the emphasis on learning new technologies. And Gary hit the nail on the head when he talked about the need to simply OUTWORK the competition.

  • Susan Vice says:

Session 3, as well as the first 2 sessions have been fabulous! I am really enjoying what I’m hearing & learning how to think “out of the box”. This particular panel discussion has me ready to move past my fear of failure, & just get off my butt & do something again, even if it flops! They’ve inspired me to put my own particular personality into my business, by using my own dreams & brainstorming ideas that is different from what everyone else is doing. I’m ready to find my niche, & set up a simple marketing plan, show my competitive advantage, target my audience, & show the tremendous value we have to offer. I’m releasing my fear & developing the courage to stand up, unapologetically, with boldness & directness in who I am & how our products can help change peoples lives for the better.

  • David L says:

I am not a business owner yet…but I still received great advice and insights from truly Extra(experts)-ordinary(very relatable)minds. Each of the panelist had something unique and valuable to offer to the discussion.
The discussion helped my mindset and perspective with what it take to be successful in business and life!

    Thank you!

  • Merv says:

I am taking a closer look at our company and what we stand for and how we can take advantage of our unique products and try to find an entertaining way to market them.
Thank you for the opportunity to be part of this amazing group.

  • This was outstanding. Gary Vaynerchuk made a new fan. pre-empting must be what its all about these days.
Thanks so much for all these wonderful, informative panels.
    I love them!
    Cheers,
    Arlene deWinter

  • Jim Felker says:

As a newbie, I was overwhelmed by the 30,000 feet perspective of the speakers that I can goal for in the future, and simultaneously gratified at the abundant ground floor expertise that I could grasp and use now. Thanks for recording these meetings. I am grateful to be part of the experience, and what an experience it is.

  • Jennifer says:

    Dear Jay and Rich,

Thank you for a great series that is more than just a pitch fest. Each person lent a new perspective and spoke from the heart. I saw many areas where I can improve my business by just changing the way I do things. There were many valuable insights. I appreciate it very much and look forward to implementing the ideas that I have gotten from the third installment.

    Jennifer

  • I wrote a blog post after the first presentation because I was so impressed.  Each session is unique because of the marketing experts who make up the panel for the week.  This week was again amazing.  My major takeaways for this week are:1. Jay’s Simple Plan…simple is best…commit and stick to it (Action)2. Vickie’s great examples of Relevant Content, Interactivity and Fun plus her Sacred Cow3. Al’s Focus on a New Category…and on the Consumer (Inspiring)4. Sergio’s Define and Deliver5. Gary’s Caring (puts most of us to shame) and Branding6. Paul’s Touch Points for Emotional Connection…Ask Questions then Listen…Really Listen! In the coming days and weeks, I will be focusing on a New Category.  We all have genius inside us.  We just have to allow it to flow.  Your panel inspires us all to look within for our unique gifts and to look without for the problems that need solutions.

  • Tommy Bussey says:

As a young entrepreneur, the insight from these “seasoned”, talented, and brilliant people has literally changed my business already. Why? Because the information made actionable sense, being that I’m an action taker I can already envision the benefits of this training. I took so many notes, but really enjoyed what Gary said about staying ahead of the game with new technologies and also what Vicky (I think) said about making marketing more interactive (according to the true definition of the term). Thanks so much for putting this training together.

  • Jomer says:

excellent ideas for marketing in expanding business!

  • Lauri says:

Thank you so much for the opportunity to be a part of all of this. What an excellent program you have put together. It’s especially fun as I have been listening to a cassette program Jay did many years ago. I hear his voice on these calls and almost feel as if I know him. I’m learning so much through this series that for all of the stuff I’ve studied, none of it covered what I am getting out of your program.

  • 8 pm is a tough time for me, since I’m usually on deadline at that time.

But the information presented is worth the effort. On the third call, I especailly appreciated Jay’s seven-sentence marketing plan, which I have pasted to my wall.

  • Natalie says:

Thank you so much for the valuable contributions to running a business. I am now re-motivated to come up with a plan and stick to it, no matter what obstacles present themselves. The “stay focused” advice is excellent!

  • William Stein says:

Focus and committment…in fact the two definitely go together. I do have a tendency to keep spreading out so this is stuff I need to hear. The idea that you can get huge with a very narrow focus is exciting to me.

It’s good to hear from the experts what people on the Internet are really looking for. I appreciated the idea that you should not sell yourself too cheaply and that the size of your business should not dictate the size of your self-worth.

I took 6 pages of notes and every sentence is a gem worthy of study and thought. Brilliant idea translated into action

  • Tyler says:

This is a production of the highest caliber. Rich and Jay have brought together an amazing group of excellent minds each with different experiences, viewpoints, and strategies to share. This is truly a prime example of the mastermind principle at work.

  • Brandon S. Langowski, MBA says:

Group was diverse with some conflicting ideas, Gary says hard work, hustle is his path to success, whereas Jay said, he only works 3 days a week. I appreciated the out of the box thinking by Vicki, who added, “no sell no pitch zone” to sell. Al was about focus your brand and select a narrow category. Gary reminds importance of story telling in pers. connection, through answering all EM’s, and using video blogging. Overall, these were the ideas that struck me as the most important. They are all usable, and easy to implement. Jay broke down marketing in 7 sentences, that focuses on simple steps to take to achieve your goal. I am in the process of creating businesses and will apply all these excellent principles, kindly and freely shared by these Extraordinary Minds. Jay and Rich’s summary was most excellent and thorough too, really enjoyed their wrap up and adding to all the deep and useful information provided. Thanks to ALL, many times over!!!

  • Gilbert says:

    Dear Jay and Rich,

First of all thank you so much for this terrific material, immensely helpful, inspiring and guiding.

    The ideas that were striking and which I thought were really purposeful were;

    a) “Stick to the knitting” e.g. do one thing, but to it well, do not spread your effort and focus to many diverse areas.
    b) Develop and focus on your marketing plan before anything else. Without a marketing plan, one is as if has lost direction.
    c) And use precision in exactly defining your market.
    d) Concentrate on the “customer”, and “customer satisfaction”, which in today’s business is what counts in the long run.

Lots of new ideas for application started popping on my mind, while already listening to the webcast, so exciting, infinite thanks for this extremely valuable opportunity.

    Gilbert.

  • Greg says:

Listening to this discussion has been the most insightful opportunity I’ve experienced to get ideas on how to better promote and extend my business.

The true value for me has been in the differences between the speakers. This helps enormously to consider a number of strategies suited to the particular needs of my clients.

The mindset and conditioning of clients varies enormously with the type of service required. By having such a range of insight into different approaches I am able to tailor my marketing and products more accurately to what my customers will enjoy.

  • Roger Marr says:

For myself the most important piece of all the valuable information from the session was Jay Levinson’s Seven Sentence Simple Marketing Plan. I am in the process of putting together my busines and marketing plans for my new real estate investing business. Using the Seven Sentence Simple Marketing Plan as a guide has given me a simple marketing plan that I can implement now, and be committed to in the future.

  • Paul Cooley says:

First off let me say thank you Rich and Jay for putting on such an awesome event for Free!! Truly amazing content! Having the opportuinity to learn from people who have “been there, done that” has been such a valuable experience.

Some of my biggest take aways from the most recent pannel have been:

    - Know your payoff.
    - Keep it simple.
    - Get paid to make your products.
    - Fall in love with your customers.
    - Answer emails.
    - Know why you are doing what you’re doing.

    Thanks again Rich and Jay!

  • Steve Parady says:

The information presented in “The League of Extraordinary Minds” marketing calls is worth its weight in gold. I don’t see how you get these world class teachers to give out these incredible lessons for free. Anyone who is looking to grow their business should listen intently and take copious notes!

This is a free goldmine with buckets of valuable content sitting there for the taking. All you have to do is show up on time with a pen a paper.

Thank you Rich and Jay for making this valuable education available. I don’t know how you do it but I’m glad you did.

  • Jack says:

    Hey there,
I really enjoy the knowledge you share with me. Failure to commit
is a factor. Beleiving in what you do is key I think. And spreading
out too fast can kill you. Been there. And I think staying focused
on the task at hand is crusial to succeed. Thank you all very much!!

    Jack

  • wayne says:

    Gary- out hustle everyone else
    Al- find a new category
Vicki- interactive (not blogging) and fun
Jay- simple so you can commit to it
Sergio- YOU define your market, take control
    Paul- embrace change

  • Jay & Rich,

I’ve been a student of both of you guys for a while now. One of the reasons for that is because you consistently OVER DELIVER in what it is you teach! If LOEM is an exception to that, it’s only in the fact that you may have actually out done yourselves this time.

I’m not sure that some people truly realize the magnitude of what’s happening with this series. For anyone to be able to have access to these panelists and all the years of knowledge they bring to the table collectively, in addition to you guys helping to educe the most actionable take aways….this is just ridiculous. And all for free!!

    My god.

Fortunately I’ve been on all three calls and don’t plan on missing any of the rest. Just in this short time I’ve been able to take the information I’ve gleaned and apply the most relevant aspects of it to my existing marketing plan and enhance it 10 fold without making it complicated at all. No exaggeration there either.

I would say that I’m sorry for my competitors, but I’m not. I actually even sent some of them the links personally. Some of them more than once…even two or three times. Did they take me up on the invite? No. Will I ask again? No.

I think the only reason I sent it to them at all is because I didn’t want to end up feeling guilty for what this knowledge, combined with my right action will inadvertently end up doing to their businesses. Such is life. I’ll go so far as to say that outside of an emergency, if you know about these calls and you decide not to do whatever you need to to attend; you’re not at all serious about growing your business.

I’ll be more than happy to invest the time & energy to find out how to outperform my competition, deliver more value to the marketplace than anyone else out here and reap the rewards that come from it!

Thank you. Thank You. Thank You.

    Love First..Love Last..Be Legendary!

    Colin

  • Kenneth E. Crider says:

As you become sucessful and permit me to say, that persay everyone else becomes sucessful with you. Please tell me where do you go from there? K.E.C.

  • Matt says:

Small business does not equal large business, period. It has become clear that a well focused and defined marketing plan constructed with small business parameters and endeavors in mind is the key to success. Focus and energy will be easier now knowing that my expectations and direction should be specific, not a mirror of larger corporations. Pick your target, focus, and fire. The keys on persistence and focus on your marketing plans are jewels of information that will undoubtedly help my business succeed. Once again, the panelists have surpassed my expectations!

  • Jim says:

    Hi,

I am always glad to hear from Jay
    and his guests.

The only problem is I keep hearing the
    same marketing strategies that has
put the economy in the bad state it is in!?

Let’s get outside of the box we have fallen into!

Technology is where it’s at, Text Messaging, Wi-Fi
technology. Cell phones and your computer screen have taken over!

The old marketing solutions will not hold water in todays new high
    tech markets.

Give us a call we can introduce the new high tech optimization
    oippoetunities.

  • Ivan Taylor says:

Because of the previous session, I was eager to hear what this panel had to say. Well, I was blown away with the focus on customer relationships. How we as business people need to seek out and create that emotional bond that is needed to sustain a long term customer.

With the panel concept, it is interesting and enlightening to hear different perspectives on a topic. I don’t have to wait for part 2 to hear a panelists variation or different approach.

Above all, these sessions jump start my thinking about what could be and how I can approach it. Thank you League of Extraordinary Minds.

  • Jorge says:

Fantastic…! Great dynamic exchange of ideas from marketing masters with different angles. I loved the format, the questions, and the summary that Rich and Jay do at the end. Not enough time to take all the notes I wanted to take.

Like everyone else, I liked the simplicity and depth of Jay Levinson’s 7 step marketing plan. We have to learn how to communicate that way…

Lots of content…useful content. now it is time to act, to move (like Jay A. and Einstein said?).

  • JB says:

I seem to have gotten a bit of a different TAKE on things. Pioneering does not pay and following your competitors will never allow you to stand out.Think about that!! I really feel I am getting it.Watch my stuff Baby!If YOU only knew!!!

  • Kathleen says:

Session #3: This session was just as outstanding as the other two. A common thread through the sessions has been the need to turn our focus outward and concentrate on what our prospects and clients are feeling. Ask what do they want and produce products or info to match instead of trying to figure out how do we can make them want our products. That’s how we all want to be treated, but mainstream marketers don’t get it. So stop blindly following the mainstream. No why you do the things you do and whether they work.

Al Ries: Being opposite of the leader can be a good thing. Not everyone can be the biggest, but maybe you can emphasize being small enables you to build a personal connection with your clients. Which goes along with Vicki Kunkel’s counsel to no what you stand for and stick to it. It will help you define your true market and weed out the ones you don’t want to work with anyway.

And Jay Conrad Levinson’s 7 Sentence Simple Marketing Plan – that’s powerful stuff. Get it down in writing. Make a commitment and stick to it.

I wish I could write about a gem from each experts because they all gave away many – but this post is already too long. Thank you Jay, Rich and all the panelists for sharing their insights.

  • Awesome! awesome and awesome! I love Jay!

  • May says:

The biggest takeaways for me in this session were:

    1) The 7 sentence marketing plan, it’s genius in it’s simplicity.

    2) Don’t wait to perfect a plan, just start to take action on your mediocre plan to start getting results.

    3) Also in the last section, Gary V’s question -” are we taking out customers/ business for granted?

  • Esther Cook says:

Jay Abraham mentioned his mentor during the webcast. All the top people have mentors.

I find I think about what I learned and there is always something worth mentioning to my clients–business owners–the nextday.

  • bg levins says:

need to triage and do processing to find out what is most applicable
and in what sequence to implement so many suggestions…
thinking perhaps a giant mindmap of all the input

  • Session 3 certainly should move our marketing from product-focused to customer-focused: In just one segment, Paul Cherry emphasized that customers want a touch point—want to engage w/vendor and have an emotional connection. I appreciated his insights as to how questions, properly used, can bond when they grow from listening and caring. Gary V underscored the value of using story telling to connect, while JCL emphasized that we can’t say everything to everybody, so we should say something (key) to somebody (our specific audience) Al Ries said we should start small and focus–then expand. A neighbor-to-neighbor approach underpinned much of what as said during the the entire evening.

  • ER says:

Can you imagine if someone were to put a League together like this to fix Americas troubles?
For now we will have to utilize this League to fix our own personal business troubles.

    Good stuff!

  • Michael M. says:

The two key takeaways that impacted me were:
    1) Jay Levinson’s 5 minute marketing course – with 7 questions. The reason
is because people see it as simple, fast, powerful and free. It also
quickly gets them into working ON their business without a lot of muss
    or fuss.

    2) Gary Vanderchuk’s idea about “high-touch” where he currently responds
to every email to him. Many people see it as a waste of time, but he is
creating outstanding relationship with his readers. And bottom line it
shows up in his results, which are almost unprecedented – without a
launch, afffiliates or other common techniques used today.

  • Bill Covert says:

As a former protege of Jay’s I have profited many hundreds of thousands of dollars all through the 90’s by helping local businesses with Jay’s tactic’s. For that… I thank Jay.

I enrolled for the calls and I look forward to participating in the rest of the calls. I ALWAYS profit from Jay’s words. Why? Because I learned the value in implementing Jay’s advice.

It works… and it works fast! That’s the Accelerator for Success in action.

I actually missed session 3, but now i’m going to listen a rerun…
First two was amasing and eye-openers for me, since I always wondered how to do this and that… Inspiring!

    Thanks!

  • Marc says:

I greatly enjoyed the session as always. Some particular things that impressed me: 1. Plan ahead, 2. try to make your presentation in as few sentences as possilbe 3. Learn what sets you apart from the competition (and then make use of that) 4. probe for pain and needs and then show and prove how you provide the solutions 5. genuinely care about the customer and their needs 6. ever look for new and better ways of marketing and increasing sales 7. many many more things!

I really feel it is ever important to be reminded of things that we do know, have perhaps gotten lax at doing.

I really look forward to the next session!

  • I want to say something which is NOT about this webcast…

It is about the offer to get the recordings…

I am one of the lucky ones who took the offer early.
I wanted to say that even just one of the bonuses -
    Jay Abraham’s “The Wizards’s Edge”
was worth the $67 doubled 20 times at least.

    Why?

Because it had dozens (!) of ideas that will make my customers lots of
money, not only because they are so powerful (and tested), it is because
ALMOST NO ONE HAS THIS WAY OF THINKING implemented!

So even if you execute those ideas poorly, you are still
gonna win, because virtually almost nobody is doing it!

    Yours,

    Jack.

Listen guys, I would need to plagiarize every testimonial here and stack them into one giant slobbering kiss but I won’t.

I just wish I had a gargantuan list I could bribe to join but I don’t so I’ve tweeted, posted it on stumbleupon and to all my facebook followers
Hope you are doing the same because there are many more out there who deserve to hear this.

And if you haven’t signed up for the premium membership you are missing half the value and half the fun It’s a huge investment for a small price.

  • Frank says:

There were many things to mention from this web cast but the thing that sticks in my mind except Mr. Levinson’s market plan, is the idea of doing things the opposite than what others are doing. I’ve been thinking a lot about how to differentiate my business from the herd and this might be it. Thanks

  • Buck Quayle says:

Part of my take from the third discussion is this: Keep it simple, look to see where you can dominate and focus there. Provide excellent content which helps to build trust. Be interactive-this helps you set your course and set your sails (and sells). During the process-have fun. Tell your story-with your own voice and point of view. If necessary-piss people off. In other words “polarize to resonate”. Keep it real. Sometimes, do the opposite. Be distinctive! Use questions a lot-and listen to the answers.

  • This third webcast taught me a lot about focus and structure which I
need in order to implement my various ideas.

I find Vicky’s suggestion that we need to ask :” is this right for me?” invaluable. It totally fits with what was discussed later on in the webinar
about how important it is to know and project who you are in order to attract the right people to you and your business.
Attraction Marketing is currently what people aim at.

I got a lot of practical tips from linking to other businesses to doing teleseminars while writing your e-book. I wrote down as many websites and emails I could.
What I really loved was the bit about ‘ executing a mediocre plan is better than a non-existing perfect one.’
Most of us are real perfectionists and that often stops us from doing what we need to do.

Every person on your panel gave me valuable information and inspiration about implementing my business ideas.
I always find extremely helpful the resume that Jay and Rich do at the end
of the webcast. The seven key elements of Jay Conrad which were presented towards the end was for me another area to focus upon .

On the whole what the League of Extraordinary Minds does is giving us an
example of how enriching, and also beneficial in business terms, is to give free knowledge and content.Leading by example is of course one of the best ways to impart knowledge.
Thanks Jay and Rich and all of you ‘Extraordinary Minds’ for your wisdom
    sincerity and care.

  • Godwin says:

These messages have been quite illuminating. my biggest take away is to the end that content value is almost the omnipotent for keeping one’s clients….therefore, I intend to always watchout for the interest of my customes, ensuring that they get true value for their money’s worth, or perhaps much more than their money’s value. These lessons are truly soul searching and very well appreciated from this end. Ciao!

  • Sharon ODay says:

Coming to online marketing from a successful offline business, online is still a bit of a wild frontier … to which Jay Abraham and Rich Schefren already bring a sense of order and gravitas. Now the cast of their League of Extraordinary Minds reads like a Who’s Who of business in general and, thanks to the program’s format, contributes to each topic in a fresh and revealing way.

By dividing my page of note-taking into two columns, entitled ‘Takeaways’ and ‘Action Items’, I end each session with powerful snippets ready to apply. In this session I gleaned:
    * Vicki Kunkel’s call for trust-building content, interactivity and fun in a no-sell-no-pitch zone;
    * Guy Vaynerchuk’s “answer every email” and focus on the long-term impact of every decision;
    * Al Ries’ dichotomy of right-brain creative entrepreneurs vs left-brain professional managers;
    * Jay Levinson’s 5-sentence emails and the need for a simple plan carefully followed;
    * Sergio Zyman’s push for me to be clear on the new rules of competition;
    * Paul Cherry’s push for me to step outside my comfort zone.

And the most immediate takeaway? Vicki Kunkel’s ‘Jackass’ concept, her permission (in fact, insistence) that I be apologetically and unabashedly myself.

    Great stuff!

  • walter r says:

YES, unprecedented information given to the WORLD market place.

  • thank you for the opportunity – a blessing indeed!
Your program has given me a boost that I needed to keep going. Even though I work hard – its not necessarily the hard work that wins the day – I require a different approach and now with such rich material being given out,I feel focused and on track.
All of the panel were wonderful, however it was Jay Conrad Levinson’s comment about not giving up too early.

I felt the panel were genuine and I love the honesty and truth as their key ingredients for communication.

You are doing a wonderful job in presenting this to the world. During these challenging times and very different opportunities I have to look at new and exciting ways to present my work.
    thank you again
    Kind Regards

  • Steven says:

What an amazing use of my time! It is rare that I consider 2.5 hours spent away from my wife and children and office a value. I wrote three pages of notes and this morning in my corporate line up began sharing the points with my team. The head bobbing and smiles when they agreed that the panel reaffirmed our beliefs in our business model. We went over the idea of solution based selling and it worked. One area of sales was up 22% over a traditional Friday morning. Well worth my time and I cannot wait to see what we implement next week!

    Thanks

    Dr G

  • Chris Boshoff says:

Very valuable points that will make a huge impact to every business, if implemented.

For this reason I try and take a maximum of three key points and implement it. It works well for me in this age of information overload.

The key point I have taken from this webinar is the following:

The most important thing about your product is the impact it makes in the life of the buyer.

What a good mindset to have.

Thank you for the summary at the end.
I have found it especially helpful in the webinars where my knowledge on the specific subject was not where it is suppose to be.

  • Alan says:

Another great event taking us into the future.
    Alan

  • Gilbert says:

We all reach a point in our careers at which we think we have tried everything that works. It is hard to discern that our circle of knowledge is often only as big as our company or our group of peers. You have opened doors and windows to dozens of new ideas that we may have known or that we never knew. These ideas create the optimism and hope that there are many more ideas to try in our effort to be successful. Great job.

  • Heeni says:

Lots of reaffirmations and in depth look at other areas that needed clarity.
    1. That while my vision for the future remains my driving force for the future, it pays to focus on dealing with one project really well, than trying to deal with many to less effect , ie expansion (way in the future) and commitment.
    2. Business should be fun and exciting … it should hold that magic that makes one eager to be involved in and enjoy business daily. If i am not passionate about my business it will always be an uphill battle for me.
    3. Customer care IS a significant factor. The product / service should speak for itself, but building trust with clients/ customers and learning about what their needs are and how they can be met, will only come from customers when they feel that their comments is valued and will be taken on board.

    Observation:
I know that business is an integrated process, and this has been brought home to me again, by connecting the comments, experiences and views of not just this panel, but the other panelists as well.
    Thank you Rich and Jay.

  • Andy says:

Very informative with many “take-away-now” things to implement.
    Keep the good stuff coming.

  • As A new internet marketer I have o be honest in that a lot of this is very deep and new to me. Yet each week I finish the session with great notes, ideas, and a fresh new perspective on a very murky ocean of internet marketing BS > Your panels are tpo notch and I look forward to seeing my personal and business goals reach their Peak. Thanks for the great job

  • Byron says:

Good emphasis on focus, committing to a plan, and keeping it simple.

  • Wayne Turmel says:

Not to be arrogant, but the biggest thing I’ve gotten is that I am doing the right thing…not well yet (I’ll be better for listening this), but at a time when I’m second-and-third guessing myself, I am leaving this session jazzed about what I’m offering my customers and with new ways to do it. Thanks so much!

  • I will be more than happy to share my thoughts when I listen to it. I recorded the webinar on my digital hand held recorder from my lap top with the idea of listening to it over and over! Will give you my highest endorsement I’m sure…I have heard you and Rich numerous other times and both of you are the consummate thought and success leaders. What really resonates with me is the fact of how precise and effective you convey your thoughts and material. What also grabs my ear is how authentic and fair your offer and advice are. I can’t wait to listen to your panel but more importantly how you summarize and contextualize the information. Thank you so much for the opportunity to expand my thinking!

  • Cdinsky says:

Yeah this is good stuff. Top notch world class info from the Best and Brightest.

I hope they mean what they say. I hope they really DO care about their customer. That was my biggest takeaway. Caring about your customer. Listening.

Also, the Internet guru with his specific candor and advice. He’s on top of his game. Social Networking is NOW.

As for CARING: That means selling VALUABLE products in the LONG TERM to your customer. Good products that LAST, that don’t pollute, that are worth every penny and MORE, that aren’t just profit monsters.

And no psyche-selling junk to people who don’t need it, can’t use it, and can’t afford it.

Using the tricks and gimmicks, no prob. But do it with a conscience.

The world is round and small. It doesn’t go on forever. We’re stuck with what we have. It’s time to reign in spending, provide true quality, sell with integrity, buy with wisdom and restraint.

So i’m hoping that business in the future isn’t about plundering our planet and people to SMITHEREENS.

    ANOTHER TAKEAWAY
One lady here said “Don’t be afraid of being a j-ass. Speak your mind…” Well i just did!

  • Kathryn says:

I can’t believe how much common sense is involved in these strategies. It is true – we make things more difficult than they really need to be when, in reality, it is so simple. I’ve learned a lot of new strategies that I have started to implement and have also learned that I’m on the right track regarding others, which is building my confidence. I couldn’t believe the comment that was made about people not answering emails! I was shocked that people actually do that. I certainly don’t like to be disregarded and I believe that anyone who takes the time to contact my business deserves a response. Thank you to Jay & Rich and to all of the members of all of the panels for your time and efforts. They’re truly appreciated.

  • Ibrahim says:

Sensastional!! Absolutely sensational. The 3 take aways? Too many. Packed with potent marketing knowledge. e.g.
    1. Marketing is not limited to maketing itself. Marketing is the entire process & experience the client threads through.
    2. No sell, No pitch. Having a unconditionally givning & client serving attitide….gemerously givings info & knowledge that will greatly acrue the life of the client.
    3. Love & Serve the client, customer & market.
    4. Be unapologetically who you are & promote your self unabashedly yet smoothly.
    5. Find a sub niche in the niche & a sun niche therein.
    6. Absolute LOVE your work. it should be play.
    7. You or product are not the center & star of marketing/business. The customer/client is the center & star of your markting/business.
    8. DO NOT LET THE SIZ OF YOUR BIZ DICTATE THE SIZE OF YOUR SELF_WORTH. BE FREE, HAPPY & CAREFREE!

    And heaps more….

  • Alice Palmateer says:

I was only able to listen to the Tony Robbins introduction because I work at the time of your broadcast and you do not offer an opportunity to listen again free as you did for Tony’s. If a person has to work, then s/he has to pay to listen which I don’t appreciate.

  • Scott Thorne says:

I’m a big fan of Al Ries so to hear him give his viewpoint in a live forum was wonderful. the takeaway I remember most right now, after all this information, is that I should open and read each and every email because I don’t know what I might miss.

  • EA says:

I have really enjoyed the series. After last week I went right out and got Robert Cialdini’s book “Yes! 50 Scientifically Proven Ways to Be Persuasive”

Jay Conrad Levinson’s refesher mini course on the 7 Sentance Marketing Plan was great. I am in the beginging stages of starting another 2-3 business and have not slowed down to do that yet. I read one of his books years ago. The info is still very timely as he is.

I also particularly was impressed with Vicki Kunkel. I plan to get Instant Appeal. I found her to be very insightful, direct and clear on her thoughts.

I tell everyone about the series!

I was sorry to miss the first one because my little boy Jonathan was sick and my husband was out of town. I was sorry to miss that one.

  • Pat Graham says:

There was a lot of very good and useful information handed out at last night’s web cast, but the most beneficial, in my opinion, was the information about building relationships and creating excellent customer service.

Many marketers do not believe in answering every email or, if they do, they send out some canned message that doesn’t address the problem at all. That’s when I unsubscribe as fast as I can find the link to do it.

Building personal relationships with customers is more important than it might seem on the surface. In today’s world where there is a lot of physical isolation, fear and scams, making customers feel like an important part of your business will repay you in sales. Sharing bits of your life and buckets of your personality, including failures you’ve experienced, will cement a virtual relationship that will build a loyal list.

    Keep up the good work.

  • Gary Akin says:

Truly a great discussion. I was challenged to keep up with my note taking as each presentation got better than the one before. What an opportunity to hear from such stellar talent and then to hear Jay and Rich sort of debrief, it was a great couple of hours.

  • Ron says:

I have been in the process of creating a business plan and developing a customer base. I know that one should come before the other but times being what they are I am doing what is expediant.

The information I have gained has helped me beyond measure. The seven questions for creating a marketing plan in 5 minutes is something I will use in my meetings with a potential customer this comming monday.

These panels have helped me to focus and simplify my message. This will also be my focus for providing solutions for potential clients.

I really believe this will give me the edge I have been looking for. This will help me to succeed in being a freelance marketing service provider that business owners will feel comfortable outsourcing to.

I will let you know how it goes with the three companies I am meeting with at this time.

Thank you, this is really making a difference.

    Ron

  • Mark Haugen says:

    Outstanding discussions and insights.

One thing that stood out in session 3:
One panelist said that marketing can’t wait for 3 to 5 years out to take effect. It has to result in action now – not necessarily a sale, but at least an action by the prospective target. Another panelist said that it takes time to cultivate even a response, let alone a relationship. Diverse ideas and opinions are what we face in the marketplace, too. This makes the discussion panel that more real.

  • Ruchi says:

awesome stuff, gives great new incite of business, i truly appreciate this..

    thanks

  • Rick says:

You guys are creating a bible for marketing and business success. Thanks for everything, I’m getting so much from this, I can’t believe I’m not paying $10k for this.

  • Jon Barton says:

Take away #1 was during the summary. Too guilty of falling in love with the business or the industry and not falling in love with the market and the customers. So profound. Its a game changer.

  • A.B. says:

The content in this series has been invaluable. I look forward to each session with the knowledge that the content will provide me with pearls of wisdom I can use in my business and share with my clients.

  • Earl Netwal says:

Get paid while you work toward your future as explained during the wrap up by Rich, and the focus on focus and storytelling are leading to my rethinking my day to day operations. I have a story, and I can sell bits of it as I piece together my master work to meet the needs of my niche. I sense it, and can almost taste it, but it will take some action to make it happen. The advance email with Levinson’s 7 sentence marketing plan is just the ticket for my brainstorming the details. I feel as if I have a game plan now. And the idea that I don’t have to please everyone was a needed 2X4. Some of these folks just don’t deserve my time, so why am I wasting energy on them. I will focus on those who need and can use and WANT my services.

  • M. G. says:

All the information that has been shared is total common sense. The content is absolutely incredible. Great new information and insights.

  • I have come to expect the tremendous value that Jay and Rich deliver in each of these panels. You see, that is what they do. They find out what we need and promise to get it for us. Then they set to work and deliver double what we expect from them.

The League of Extraordinary Minds is no exception. The third panel was filled with valueable marketing information, but it is Jay and Rich’s committment that truly makes this entire panel series a must have.

    Sincerel,
    Paul McDowell

  • Gilbert Crowell says:

You cannot help but get your juices flowing when you hear these straight forward and conscise responses from those who have it! Things I am pursing are FOCUS, determining the cause (not treating the symptom, developing a well understood and simplistic strategy and the commitment to it. I have always believed in developing contributing resources, and with this program Jay and Rich, it has taken on an extraordinary dimension! Customers buy for reasons that most sellers are not aware – and this pounds that home.
Thanks for is all. Asking for help is a strength – unfortuately too many consider is otherwise. Forward with Action!

  • Doug says:

If you aren’t listening in to these experts each weak, you are really missing out. Great program.

  • Tucker Scott says:

    Dear Jay & Rich,

Last night’s session was a watershed night for me. From Jay Conrad Levinson’s Keep it simple 7 step marketing strategy to Gary’s ‘Outwork and Out Hustle’ Principle of Success I felt energized like never before. I can’t thank you enough for delivering this level of expertise for free and then spending the time to analyse it. If it’s true ‘what you give is what you get’ you guys are gonna need a lot space to hold what’s coming.

  • Debra says:

Every panel just gets better. This group hit so many key points – make a plan and commit to it, the “no pitch” sell, instead of doing the same thing only better, do the opposite – and so many more.

Can’t wait to see how the next panel tops this one!

  • Penny says:

    1. Information is phenomenal, intelligent as well as very useful and timely.
    2. The need for focus, how to compete in your market and stress your uniqueness and how to put together a company marketing plan.
3.I believe I will move forward confidently informed and unafraid
    of success.
    4.Easily $1,000,000 or more.
5.I would tell them that they can’t ‘afford’ not to tap into this expertise.

  • Henry says:

The timing of these calls was not easy for me, so I have yet to listen in. If there could be a listen in to recording service, that would be good.

  • yuval says:

Jay & Rich, fantastic session, opportuinty to listen & learn.

  • 4 key takeaways I learned from the 3rd call (I missed the others) are:
    1. Create your marketing plan and take action. 2. Today’s effective marketing is customer-centered, caring and genuine, and creates emotional connection and rapport with the customer. It’s great to know that high-pressure sales is truly passe because it really does promote the fight or flight response and a subconscious negative association with what the business sells. 3. Real success comes with defining the market, being the first in your niche so that your name is identified with that niche (eg. Coke, Kleenex), being the Big Fish in the smaller pond. 4. Focus on one thing and do that well, with the Future in mind, not just immediate need.
I have followed Jay Abraham’s work for several years and find him nothing less than brilliant, in creativity, innovative thinking, and results in the lives of people who consult with him. His e-mails and teleconferences have created a paradigm shift for me in how to identify and creatively reach my target market. The League is a brilliant idea. The ideas shared keep me on track towards my Vision and goals as a clinic director and physician and open my mind to what is possible. The contrast of ideas and perspectives from several successful entrpreneurs is helpful.

  • Mark says:

Fantastic session, this group planted so many seeds
Ideas were triggered left and right – great stuff!

  • -SYL says:

I joined the League because I felt that the 53 person panel of experts were top-notch, well known, and successful in their industries. The opportunity to have access to these leaders in one forum each week was a no brainer for me.

The 3 biggest benefits I received from this current panel were the following:
    a. How to develop my brand/plan and how to stick to it.
    b. How to create a 5 minute marketing plan utilizing a 7 question process to do it.
    c. Take action now (cliche, but true!); doing so will beat most people that are going to do it ’someday’.

The information I received from this current panel will help me on exactly how to market my brand by just being myself and learning about the needs of my customers.

Over the next 12 months I honestly believe that I could triple my income with the information I get from the League being delivered to my inbox. I don’t mind being called out on that either!

If I had a friend that was curious about joining the League, but was teetering on making the leap, I would tell her that if she would only turn off the TV for one evening and gave the League a try, it could change her mind, her income, her focus, her life.
    –SYL

  • Arieljoy says:

This really was extraordinary! My takeaways: That there is a difference between a plan and a hope. On the surface that sounds like a no-brainer, however, I can tell you from personal experience that the difference is real subtle, and plans and hopes are easily confused with one another.

I LOVE Vicki’s Three Primal Needs. I never thought of this before and it has been a struggle for me to settle on how to market. I have a very low boredom threshhold and the content itself is never enough because in and of itself, content does not close the “loop” and the “high touch” that I think was mentioned last week is not part of the relationship. The interactivity is critical to evoke the recognition of a personal experience and the fun evokes the positive feelings associated with that recognition. And besides, its fun for me, too, and ya know I think Cindy Lauper was right. Above all, this girl wants to have fun!

About the statement that it is better to implement a mediocre plan than to never implement a brilliant one: This has been stated everywhere on the net as, “You don’t gotta get it perfect. You just gotta get it going.” But here is the problem that I have run into as a newbie and I am sure others have as well; A newbie doesn’t know the difference between a mediocre plan and a brilliant plan. No one ever shows us/tells us WHAT GOOD ENOUGH LOOKS LIKE! For those of us who are concrete thinkers, this is the kind of coaching we need.

Next favorite is about ‘falling in love with your customers rather than with your product.’
At the risk of being rude, how many of us have needed a cranialrectalectomy at one time or another; so impressed with ourselves and what we stand for!

Finally, “don’t be afraid to polarize.” I have always been afraid to polarize and it has kept me paralyzed for two years. I have been so afraid that I would get the whole WWW mad at me. Really fruitless so thanks for the permission to let it go.

  • Jay & Rich, fantastic session. As for best “take-aways” from the call…
    1) Be interactive as you have been.
    2) The 5-minute marketing plan.
    3) Focus on a very select area of the niche and become preeminent.
    Thanks again, Joe

  • Thaddeus says:

    Rich & Jay,
Another fantastic opportuinty to listen & learn. I gather great information form each seminar that I am working to apply to my family business all the time. I am so grateful for the chance to be part of this & look forward to the seminars. Thank you for providing these and I look forward to continued growth with you help.
    Wishing you wealth & happiness,
    Thad

  • Valicia says:

I’ve been blown away at the content volume and quality of each of the three sessions I’ve listenin to, taking copious notes. The aha moments have been like a waterfall … I’ve taken huge internal leaps deciding to come out of the anonymous occasional poster to being myself and having my own take on the project I’m working.
I realize I am a demographic and I represent a mass audience, so why try to be something or someone else?
The bigger aha’s tonight were the decision not to worry about losing some potential prospects and that it’s okay. Also not to be afraid to come out with video and be unperfect but to give a point of contact to allow a personal connection point.
To have fun, to take chances and to be clear and consistent. Take the opposite position. I’m ready to do that.
I think it will open up my business and can mean the difference of hundreds of thousands to my business vs what happens if I stay hidden.

I learned that answering email personally isn’t wrong, but that I need to keep them brief and direct them to my blog or site to get the whole message out.
The time is money issue has always bugged me because of the clipped version of communication and snippets of relationships. I’m a writer and communicator at my core and the chokehold has really been frustrating.
I’m constantly blown away by the new info, the books these speakers have written are revelational.. this is a fantastic series, one of the best things I’ve ever partaken of and has sold me on future programs as I grow.

  • Joan says:

Another exceptional panel with actionable value. Thank you! My takeaways were to find the focus (sub-niche/categories); ensure long term leverage; 7 step marketing plan; primal needs (content, interactivity, fun); know and understand and love your market; no sell, no pitch zone; storytelling – be your customer’s advocate; commitment and so much more.
-Joan (P.S. also it is time to buy a flip camera!)

  • David says:

So you think you know it all after the first two weeks think again there is something new every week to walk away with knowledge is king
    Thanks to you all
    David

  • Rus says:

    Thanks Jay and Rich.

Enjoyed all the fantastic information to increase my business. However, either more interaction among the speakers to fully implement ideas or offer more contrast to bring the point home.

  • Great marketing minds can only help you in your own marketing.Answer questions when asked. 7 step marketing plan by Jay.Create content a customer can relate to.Gives me many avenues to think about and focus upon.I cannot put a dollar amount at this time could be priceless.Do not pass this up to many great minds in one place.I am amazed at all the content and ideas that are on these calls.

  • Robert says:

This panel discussion is so inspirational… it’s one powerful idea after another! I’m energized and excited and I can’t wait to put these ideas into play. There is so much positive energy on this panel that it’s impossible not to be swept up in it and be called to action. Thanks so much for this wonderful opportunity to tap into all this knowledge!

  • john says:

Jay & Rich certainly aren’t doing this for the bucks. They’ve created this Extraordinary University and I feel blessed just to hear this great information and energy from icons reverberating off the walls.

  • Rick Sharon says:

This was an outstanding panel discussion. My head is spinning! So many valuable takeaways. I especially liked Jay Conrad Levinson’s 7 sentance marketing plan. That and so many other points resonated deeply with me. A big thank you to all the panelists, Jay Abraham, and Rich Schefren for this session!

  • Sparks were flying during this call! Blazing ideas await action, and I’m left with no lack of motivation. Three things that stand out for me are 1) Seeing the big picture while focusing on your distinction and your plan for potent results; 2) BE YOURSELF-use your personality to create fierce loyalty; 3) Sincerely care enough to LISTEN to your clients and WORK HARD for them.

What you’re offering here is outstanding insight from masters which can be directly acted upon for immediate and long term improvement in business and life. This is a phenomenal opportunity!

  • Mark Ostrye says:

Fifteen years ago I learned from Jay and this is an outstanding, Free opportunity to refresh & recharge. I just completed an action from the last session and I am excited about posting a new video on my site, explaining my commitment to them, as I stand in front of a business jet like I flew. This was a great group of experts. Some common threads seemed to grab my attention. Know who you are (i.e. who your company is). Know who your market is. Make your market plan accordingly. Focus on those and work your plan (commit).

Only on the internet can there be a League of this stature. As a Marketing Professional I can’t Imagine not listening to every webcast. This is more valuable than I could have expected.

  • Angela Kyer says:

Wow! It was amazing coaching seminar. Rich & Jay, your efforts to put the seminars together is greatly appreciate.

  • Keith says:

1 Because these guys have the current real world experience with prudent or simple and economically viable information – awesome stuff!
2 1 Finding out that I should price at the premium price, 2The five minute -7 step in 5 minute marketing plan of Jay Conrad Levinson ( my marketing hero- go guerillas) 3 realizing that Rich and Jay have put a guy like me in touch on as personal level with these brilliant people.
3 Understanding that I’m thinking like the top minds in the world ahead of listening to them and yet gleaning from their exact personal perspectives of these strategies.
4 Possibly tens of thousands of dollars but more important to me are the wonderful ways that these ideas will help free up time for my family, friends and loved ones – while maintaining my core values
5 That if they miss this opportunity they will be missing the most significant event in continuing education in a world market that no one can afford to miss this kind of ongoing education and saw sharpening experience of the decade!

  • Byron says:

I liked the emphasis on 1) focus; 2) being unique or specialized in a tiny niche, and 3) committing to a simple marketing plan and staying with it.

  • Jesse says:

There is a lot of good information in these web cast I cant wait to start a business and have the League as my advantage.

  • Wes Stalcup says:

The information is truly top notch. The nuggets come fast and furious. This one panel I’d summarize as a lesson in thinking about my marketing in 3 ways: keep it simple, be very focused and do something NOW. I’ve heard each one and maybe all 3 together numerous times. But, I’ve never heard from this class of experts in such a short time. It’s very motivating and saves time. Tomorrow, I can look at what I do with those reminders in front of me. I can’t say for certain what’s worth as I apply to my own projects & sites as well my clients. hundreds? thousands seems likely. Definitely check this out and you’ll see for yourself.

  • Great information that really focuses the mind on the target, and provides sharp arrows that penetrate deeply to the meat of the matter.

  • Todd Jemar says:

The panel has not only changed paradigms that have immediately created successful pivots in my business. John speaking about the simplicity of your marketing plan is simple but intuitive that a lot of us markers seem to skip in the race to be the most creative and the most complex. Thanks for the everlasting VALUE you all give to young entrepreneurs and internet marketers. Forever Grateful!

  • Terrill says:

My mind is expanding at jet speed listening to these extrordinary minds. One thing I just got from listening is, entrepreneurs need personal relationships with their clients. A great way to do that is to ask clients about their history and vision for the future and then answer every question they have. Even answering every email! That is truly great client relationship wisdom.

  • MaidaMillion says:

It was a great decision for me to join the League of Extraordinary Minds. I would NEVER have gotten access to the wisdom and experience of these guys who have paved the way before me.
From this one panel interview alone I got that (1) I can’t be all things to all people and I should hold on to the identity I’m creating in my business (2) Look now for what’s coming ahead, and (3) Every great product started as something small, find my own niche.
The information I got from this panel will directly impact my business with the addition of personal branding and connection.
Over the next 12 months, I think the League of Extraordinary Minds will end up being worth hundreds of thousands in income to you.
If I were talking to a friend who was thinking of joining the League of Extraordinary Minds, but wasn’t sure, I would say that this is an incredible resource that just cannot afford to be missed. The experience, knowledge and wisdom of the panelists is vast and immensely relevant. I feel privileged to participate and you would too!

  • I’ve been struggling to learn how to operate on the Internet and more clearly define my niche. Now I understand that it’s okay to retain my personality and have fun with a difficult subject. My marketing plan needs work. I’ve been giving away information and avoiding creating additional products and asking for money. Now I know I deserve to be paid for my information. You are changing my understanding of my worth. I can help people and get paid.

    Thank you, Saundra G.

  • Marianne says:

Being a jackass has a whole new appeal to me! It’s such a relief to hear the experts say that you don’t have to please in order to make it in the world – that you really can just be yourself!

  • Joanne says:

Joining the LOEM was one of the best decisions I have made this year, I totally believe in listening and learning from leaders within the field that have been there, they know what they are talking about and we all should embrace this unique opportunity to learn and grow.

The added bonuses to actually becoming a member of the LOEM is you can revisit each panel when you have more time and work with the action plans available, this is gold dust for long term developments.

There are so many benefits I received from listening and taking pages of notes from tonight’s panel interview however the few I would like to comment on are: When I created my marketing plan it took me forever and I was relieved to hear Jay explain about keeping it simple, and Vicki saying to make it fun! As for becoming a Jackass I totally agree no one wants customers who don’t want to be with you, time is money and it should be spent focused on adding value to loyal members, JV partners and associates that are on the same ambitious journey for success as yourself. Like-minded people love to work together! The LOEM is already having an effect on my way of thinking!!

I could go on and on about tonight’s panel interview as there was so many great points to take on board but I wont take up any more space, so I just want to finish off with an enormous thank you to Rich and Jay! I know this information will help me with the “very” important business meetings I have coming up in the near future. The 7-figure code is my financial goal!

  • Like most people in business we are constantly learning and looking for ways to improve. This is a double edge sword because in our hunger to invest in our education we buy a lot of training.
I have paid thousands of dollars in business and marketing training and nothing has come close to what I’ve seen Rich Schefren and his associates offer for free. I’ll be honest I’ve never worked nor studied any of Jay’s work in the past. And now I know why all the fuzz around the legend.

  • Just want to say thank you Rich and Jay. This is probably the best education one can get on building a successful business – and its all FREE, Worth $$$$$. Watch the space, i’m absorbing the cream and gonna rock. Business 101 … This is the real deal from the real men and women of business not pretenders.

  • 1. I am always keen to learn more and when I saw all the people who were gonna be on these calls it was a no-brainer. If they were going to speak I was going to listen.
    2. Understanding the effect of the “no sell zone”, “the empathy factor” and responding to your clients is so valuable and it’s great to be reminded of these basic yet powerful principles.
    3. It will most certainly have a great effect on my business as we’re in the launch phase of our new membership sites and utilising these techniques will no-doubt yield very fruitful results.
    4. I am hoping that it will add a six-figure income in the next year to my business.
    5. I’d say if he’s not willing to learn from so many experts coming together and sharing from their wealth of experience that he or she might not be around in business for too long.

  • Annabel Hands says:

This panel had clarified to me that marketing for a small business can be highly effective if simple – based on Jays 7 question – and clear and if you are committed to stick with your marketing plan and message over time, looking for the long term. And dthe foundation is to be very clear what that marketing message is, what are you contributing to your clients that is of real value, get that clear and simple and communicate it every time.

  • Peter Alport says:

For me this session has been the most enlightening in dealing with the need for, and how to work on customer relationships – the emotional bond. It was very useful to highlight the massive changes that marketing has had to make to accommodate what we might call the conscious customer – one who demands respect and fair treatment. I have no doubt that following the suggestions will set me on the right path to success in my marketing career. Is not it interesting how the trust bond discussed in the first session underpins the processes discussed today. Thank you Jay and Rich for bringing us such diamonds of wisdom.

  • I awaited eagerly for this session because of both its focus and the specific experts on the panel, and was simply BLOWN AWAY by the richness of their perspectives, the variation and clarity of their insights and very actionable ideas. Thanks so much!

  • I am in awe with the quality of information shared and strategies given that I can apply immediately!
I truly appreciate this opportunity to learn and to deliver excellence through implementing years of experience gained through listening to the experts.

  • Tim Owen says:

Wow! Jay and Rich you guys just go further and higher than I even thought it was possible to perceive, and I’m really grasping an understanding of the leverage points in business like I’ve never gotten before.

Furthermore it’s not just in profit and loss businesses, but even deeper being the business of life itself that you guys are turning a bright light upon understanding.

    Thank you!!!

I’m addicted now to this format of “Discover Discussion” as you have coined it.

You better keep delivering these panel discussions with the excellent Thinkers in our world for quite some time…because you’ve given birth to a mental hunger in me that now is quite demanding about continuing to be feed! :-)

I know you won’t let me or any of us down with what you have begun here with the LOEM.

I’m strapped in and ready to continue on this journey with you for the long run toward what I believe is no less than each of us being given back to ourselves.

    Peace, God is.

  • Liezel says:

I am so glad I joined the League of Extraordinary minds. I did it on a whim and I can’t believe how much useful information I have received for free! The biggest benefits I have gained from this session is to focus more on my niche, make a marketing plan that is measurable in income and commit to it no matter what. I think this will make a huge difference in my income over the next year. I’d say to anyone who is unsure that this program is not to be missed if you are serious about your business success.

  • Mark says:

    1. It is great to listen to people who have made it big in their respective industries and learn from them. 2. Information, ideas, inspiration 3. I will put to action everything I get from this interview 4. millions 5. Nothing to lose. Gain much.
    Very inspiring webminar! Thank you!

  • Grace says:

YOU guys are great and thanks for the opportunity!!

It is a very valuable inside into the marketing business and the values and connections with customers.

Today people are very scary to get involved…. they get into the door, if they know there is values, trust and personal connection, knowing that they are safe and will learn more from you.

As I say to my people in Milne Bay PNG…No more give me, give me, or you will become monkeys!!!….more noise not much work!!!… If you want to get somewhere you need to get up and WORK, AND WORK AND WORK UNTIL YOU GET IT RIGHT!!!

Thanks again for the opportunity to learn from your panel of the League of Extraordinary Minds…. It is so true.

  • This is such an opportunity… tapping the minds of people of this quality is awesome.

I love Jay Conrad Levinson’s 7 Sentence Simple Marketing Plan and the realisation that the biggest problem is not commiting to a marketing plan.

This concept opens the door to moving forward to more sales and profits.

If your not listening to these free webinars you need to rethink whether you are serious about being in business.
