I know I have already sent my comment in when I first listen to the Panel in November. But after going back and reviewing some notes that I can use again over 30 days later, I feel even stronger about this comment: I know I will be going back to my notes of this Extraordinary Minds Panel for many years. It is a wealth of information.

Hearing from your extraordinary panel about the concept of employees being first in a company/corporate culture was enlighting. I always wondered why this has been lacking in the work environment.

Thanks, It's nice to know I was on target.

One helpful aspect of this program is how a part of it fits in with something else in your life, to bring something important to your attention that you would have otherwise missed.

Here is an example:

Al Ries pointed out that the concept of ”to grow, you have to expand” is a myth. This dovetails with my subsequent discovery that my church has a missionary group that concentrates on five specific countries in Southeast Asia. If they expanded their limited resources to other countries it would reduce the overall effectiveness of their mission.

The fusion of these two observations is not simply helping me in a business sense. It is also helping me to be more open to what God wants me to do, as opposed to what I want to do.

And all this is from just one sentence (and from just one panel member) throughout the entire presentation!

Many thanks to Jay and Rich and The League of Extraordinary Minds!

Very Respectfully,

L. Wayne Jenkins

Wow. It was a great session and it is very helpful to have people with different views/takes on the same issue - but for them to be of the caliber you have assembled is truely extraordinary.
I liked Gary's fast paced hammering on the value of hard work - spend time with the family and work. There really isn't much time to do much else. Also his belief in answering every email, even up to 700 a day was inspired.
Jay Conrad Levinson's 7 step maketing plan in 5 minutes was insightful. I'm sure it has been out and about for a long time but it was the first time I had heard it. Focus on Decision - Belief - Action - Measure was very good.
I also was struck by the comments of one of the panelists to focus on something you can do better than anyone else, not on being all things that your customers might wish, in areas where you have no advantage.
Thanks again. Very good.

Rich and Jay pose high-impact questions to panel members. The resulting ideas explored and elaborated upon have positive application to virtually any business. Suffice it to say that those who receive and act upon the revealed wisdom of these proceedings leverage their prospects of success and the potential of becoming market leaders themselves. In addition to marketing issues, a coherent theme throughout, panel member propositions and recommmendations - if implemented - hold promise to increase multiple core competencies of one's business, both now and well into the future. Practical possession of such knowledge endows a business to distinguish itself from its peers, partly through introduction and delivery of value by means that are most suited to the consumers thereof.

This is an excellent opportunity for any entrepreneur at any stage of their business' life to partake of wisdom provided by those who are at the top of their game. I recommend the LEM to anyone who feels capable of leveraging proven wisdom to guide them on their journey towards their highest entrepreneurial aspirations.

Because my brother plays golf extremely well and has traveled the world in his line of business he taught me some things! Some of it didn't connect until this session. Because we think differently and I found out why. He is the executive manager type and I am more the entrepreneural type. I like projects not the details. I am finding this whole experience somewhat like learning to play golf! I am grateful now that my brother was hard on me when teaching me golf--18 holes no girls tee! Learn to hit the ball! And one important thing THE POWER IS IN THE BACKSWING! At one point I could not get any "lift" and couldn't get over a ravine. So I bought some better tools to compensate for my weakness and made a committent to work at it and I made an appointment with that ravine for the following summer! I kept that appointment and beat that ravine not once but three times!
Another thing my brother drilled into me is that if I want to be good at something look for the professional, the expert in the field and listen to them! Trying to start an internet business with no business knowlege and little technical skill got me into a world of confusion and a mess and I didn't know who to listen to! So I first started to find out what was being used against me--the marketing hype--the tactics--and why was I falling for it. And I discovered things I did not want for my customers but now I needed help! I need to find extraordinary professional minds! When I got the email to listen to these discussions of these wonderful professionals I knew I could get the right thinking I needed to set things straight. I listened carefully to this session more than once. I have no marketing strategy plan yet because I came to the league for a thinking strategy. I was getting into trouble trying to get started.
I listened to this panel more than once this weekend! I discarded the junk on my computer and unsubcribed from mass thinking emails and etc.. I looked at my skills and the lack and got some tools to compensate and automate. I looked at how I think and where that will take me. A plan began to form. I actually have a plan and steps to implement it. A short term goal, a follow up to develop skill and a peak where I will have to get hooked up with a partner or services to deal with the things to manage. All of which I saw a "picture" of in my mind from this session! Some things clicked. Especially listening. I didn't have that direction or a clear picture of myself. At least I have a "picture" now. Now I can learn how to hit the ball!
One of the biggest things that happened in the past eight months of internet hell was confusion. What was real and what was not and it not only got me into trouble but took my power away. I was still pushing through and taking action but the wrong action! But it was hard. The one huge thing I gained from this session is I have a sense of renewal, of my power, my drive and determination. A sense that I will produce and build and I will learn now but in a much different way! And I have a sense of peace about it. And I look forward to accomplishing and meeting the appointments I have set with myself. I am so thankful for this opportunity you have given me to learn from you all at extraordinary minds. I am listening! Thank you.

At Last:
No nonscense, honest and invaluable advice from top people willing to share their knowledge openly with people desperate to learn and I can think of nowhere better to gain this other than on your weekly webinars.
I can only say "thank you"

The one thing that I can take away from your presentations is: to HAVE a maketong plan, and to STICK with it! And, I also have decided that I need a product that I believe in, and that matches my idea of what integrity means.
I kept being reminded of when I was laid of, for the last time, when Aerospace was downsizing in the early 90's. I found myself working w/then for a 'Pitchman', named Brett, who worked the Fair, major Swap Meet, Home Show Curcuit in So Cal. He turned me into a fairly decent Pitchman, who he thought was, in some ways, better then himself. I noticed that when we were setting up, or purchasing a spot, the locals, and 'curcuit regulars' would recognize Brett, and ask where we were located. Then I began to realize that Brett had 'marketed' himself so that his followeres thought that anything in his hands, or his spot (my hands), was automatically good.
I kept thinking there must be someway to incorporate what I learned from Brett, into my 'branding image', of myself, and/or my website. I haven't worked that out yet, but I will!

I noticed that when we were setting up, or purchasing a spot, the locals, and ‘curcuit regulars’ would recognize Brett, and ask where we were located. Then I began to realize that Brett had ‘marketed’ himself so that his followeres thought that anything in his hands, or his spot (my hands), was automatically good.
I kept thinking there must be someway to incorporate what I learned from Brett, into my ‘branding image’, of myself, and/or my website. I haven’t worked that out yet, but I will!

It is so useful to be able to hear such successful people up close like this. It shows they are not just some far off legends, but people just like us who have done what it takes to succeed. It makes following in their footsteps so much easier.

I have read and learnt a lot on strategy. And having implemented at my previous work place 3M Worldwide and now in my own Co. I have realized we have just complicated matters that could have been solved very much simply. The content had a total paradigm shift on me of keeping things Simple now onwards for better and fast implementation and clarity. My heartfelt thanks once again to Jay and Rich for having brought this together and making it a reality. With our busy lives we would have never got a chance to listen to this panel other than take valuable info from their Books and Works published. Blessings to all.

Wow.. yes wow. I was amazed at the simple yet powerful content provided in the session. I have implemented several of the strategies already.

Jay Conrad Levinson’s 7 Sentence Simple Marketing Plan was such a brilliant concept which really sunk in!

What I wonderful concept the system is, there is no way I'll be missing any of the others!

Well done!

Dear Jay and Rich,
Being new to internet marketing, I am eager to learn as much as I can. The 3rd panel was very informative and helpful. What I appreciate the most about all three panels is the integrity with which all the panelist are walking with. Also, hearing different perspectives allow me to find the one that works for me.
Thank you both for your dedication and effort,
Wendy

This is the second of the broadcasts I've managed to catch - and again I really enjoyed listening to the wide ranging and entertaining discussion. (Have you ever calculated how many years of experience are on the panel?!) As always - loads of information but took away a few really relevant thoughts for my business. Develop your simple marketing plan - and then commit to it, stick to your core business, keep relationships personal. These were just a few but there were so many more.

Thanks again

Thank you for this opportunity. I regret I missed the first two panels due to surgery and then the flu. But am grateful I was able to listen to the third panel. I was recently declared disabled, however, it did not mean I can't work for myself. I sincerely appreciated the information and ideas as much of this is new to me.

I was impressed by the panelists knowledge and really liked the different thoughts and approaches.

What did I take with me from this?: A whole lot of very valuable, solid information. Which in turn kicked started my own ideas that can build on what I learned from this segment.
Looking forward to the next session.

I really liked the panel format; it made the material more approachable than listening to one expert. And I loved the contrast of these different perspectives: from Jay Levinson having made his mark in the corporate world and then opening up the marketing world for small entrepeneurs, to Gary Vaynerchuk, a true Working Class Hero, applying very big strategies through the lens of social media to create powerful success.

I really enjoyed the broadcast and the two biggest things I came away with were:
1. Find a niche in the market and hammer it until you make it yours
2. Don't make any "risky" business decisions (i.e. marketing, etc.) unless the life of the business depends on it.

Excellent forum, questions and answers.

I did not leave this week's conversation with the same amount or quality of actionable ideas as the last two weeks.

The two things that I took away were:

1. Writing a 7 step marketing plan as per Jay Conrad Levenson. I found his formula online and started working on that.

2. I was reminded of the value of working harder and longer by Gary. It reminds me of the Thomas Edison (?) quote that success is failing faster, making more mistakes faster, and coming up with the solution faster.

Jay and Rich - Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your knowledge, expertise and generosity are inspiring.

This panel was really great! I have studied about guerilla marketing, but hearing Jay Conrad Levinson speak in person was simply amazing! I also loved Gary Vaynerchuk's position on hard work, as I always believed that success comes to those who are dedicated to what they do, and do it with love. Thank you for this wonderful webcast.

This can't get any better than it is, am so excited to have hard the opportunity to listen to a pennel of experts and am glad to say the information I got is so relevant and makes us check whether the marketing strategies we are using are in line with the goals of profit maximisation.

the seven questions are so good and am glad I made a copy of this information for future relevance, I will immediately apply these tactics required and am hopeful that great change will come my way.

For safari business we find our selves using internet more than other ordinally methods of marketing and therefore I would be more interested in internet marketing.
Never the less am excited about the league and look foward to more audios

thank you

HI, all of what I heard was very positive and the fact that we were doing most of the recommended ideas was a relief. We are suffering like every body else from cash flow difficulties so we are working on a marketing budget shoe string. The information being shared is execellent and allows people access to marketing for free which they could never afford. For this you guys deserve a lot of praise and thanks. We increased our turn over this year just using our data base, we text our customers offers and the responce rate is between 8 to 10% depending on the offer. This is proof of the old maxim 80/20 rule and we are consious that we need new a new data base not to tap out our existing clients, this we have just done.We will receive 4000 new names and cell phone numbers today for our immediate area and we will text them an offer, it will be interesting to see the take up rate on new clients aas it is always harder to convert new clients rather then get existing ones the spend more.John

Vicki Kunkel hit the nail on the head with her "jackass" concept.
I've known in the back of my mind for years that you should be yourself, and not worry about what others think.
Having her stand out against the crowd, and endorse this concept, confirmed that I was on the right track all along.
Too many so called "experts" try to impress others with their background credentials and technical knowledge, and wonder why they never develop a loyal following.
Being sincere and honest, admitting you're not perfect, is worth gold in a world full of skeptics and people who have been burned by these so called messiahs.
Two thumbs up for Vicki!

This was a fun presentation... just listening to the panel energizes the mind. Gary has an energy that is contagious... and without directly saying so, he thinks differently than several of the panel. He is a cutting edge online marketer. From my standpoint... when Gary said that the chef should be on video... that is worth a lot revenue to my business.

My outlook about internet marketing and it's big picture is being forme with great vallue which is coincidental with my life. I believe the direction will lead me to be successful based on these idioms of truths from the panelist.

Jay and Rich

You have done it, Again!

The synergy being created and expanded each and every week during the discovery calls cannot be described adequately.

We have all come to the League with an expectation that we would receive direct benefit from the Etraordinary Panels you have created. Having listened each week, I am now convinced that the great minds assembled are not only of benefit to me and my peers, as a group, the panelists are creating nothing less than a roadmap to the future.

In a word, AWESOME.

Keep it up!

This has been great for me to hear that I should be focusing on a target market. Keeping things simple and making an emotional connection. Wonderful info for someone just starting out in a new busness.

Panel 3...another FANTASTIC call.

I had three great takeaways...

1) Jay's '7 Sentence Marketing Plan'. (So simple...so powerful)

2) Paul's 'Power Probing Questions'. (Now I know how to 'know your customers')

3) Vicki's 'Jackass Factor'. (Time to develop an unapologetic stance for who I am and what what I believe in)

Thank for the amazing business building information! Looking forward to panel 4.

This webcast was very helpful to entrepreneurs. Those collective process of sharing ideas or opinion and were summarized at the end gave me wide perspective on pre-emtive marketing. Surely this will help me improved my small business. Loving costumers strike me most. It extended my view that we should help our clients fulfill their dreams in the most reasonable and economical way. Thank you and God bless!

The greatest thing to come from these panels is the interplay among the panelists. I get a lot from how one person comes up with an idea, and someone else develops it - or disagrees with it. And knowing that almost all of these people came from no special background is an inspiration. I don't know if this was Rich's idea or Jay's, but this is a gresat example of the pay-it-forward principle.
Thanks guys!

I just took notes as I listened along to the third broadcast from the League of Extraordinary Marketing Minds. Foolishly I never scrolled down till half way through to find a transcript link, I mean I'm so impressed by the squeeze pages format that by typing alongside you guy's and all the experts on the panel it really did help me stay focused on eventually connecting the dots and quantifying exactly the worth of this conversational meeting. Often is the case with these types of information free products is a holding back of answering questions. But by putting you guy's from different backgrounds alot of information has indeed imerged. I am just or thought I was just at the brink of beginning my site and social media linked Google account having done all the research compiled over years of listening and observing over the shoulder experts talking about particular things, so to have this under one roof and listen to each of whom have what from each others answers to the questions is great. I see growth here for me and I see growth with you guy's. This for me is the pivotal credential of the whole ethos of The Extra Ordinary Minds, and it will be interesting to see how far this can actually go before you decide to pull the plug, package and sell for millions of bucks. I think this teleseminar has created the hesitation I needed if I am as I would like even with all the overheads of tools currently subscribed to move in a way in which my niche brand and custom research model and type of ethos used to approach and actually care about with whom I may share energy drinks with or reccomend new social media lifestyles to even which original source marketing sourced books to cite. At the same time not feel guilty about all the cans of coke slurped in-order to stay up late and process all this over abundance of information. That coming from a know it all due to being tuned into this type of mentored information say's a lot about how I feel this could revolutionize any entrepreneurs steps and actions. To have a simple seven tone plan created by myself under the instructions of your summarize again reaffirms and grounds my thoughts. But as you will have already realized this will not always be the case. No I really enjoyed this seminar Vicki was great, the author Jay Levinson Awesome, Sergio Zyman terminology is great and eventually delivers some fascinating principles, I particularly like his way of pushing the goal posts further by posing his own question and disappointment of not being asked. It amazing away thought patterns grow. Gary was great in the way he proped up the importance of using the right media to deliver messages and to here the sequential story telling narrative needed in-order to lead one into the chosen world of niche or preferred industry is again fascinating. But the main point I really liked about this all was the consistent two day a week reminder on which days to continually do what. It's only when all this comes into fruition can we really begin to start adding on to the knew. Good news for writers, good news for video makers and great news for business's who are looking for people like me and yourselves who can take the locality into the masses. I am not sure what to say to my friends yet but it will be good and I will send out the links, and for a time will hold back on my notes until one has brushed up on the truth, it often becomes lost, hybridized and wrong quotes from the wrong people however as a group mind this is awesome, so this is what I will say to them. "If you really are about to launch your business you best go over and check this check list of people who are not afraid to say they know. League of Extraordinary Minds Discovery Channel does what it says on the tin." Robert Bridge.

Always love anything Jay is involved with, but frustrated with ability to access - both server timeout and my busy schedule. Purchased ability to download and listen later, but could never figure out how to do that; keep getting emails offering it, but no delivery even though paid for. Support has been of no help. What I've heard is great. Very disappointed in ability to get to the content.

Jay Abraham and Rich Schefren have done really an extraordinary job: they have put together six panelists of the "League of Extraordinary Minds" and squezed them to answer to their seven basic marketing questions. They focused on marketing for small to medium sized businesses and gave together an overwhelming portion of information in a very simple form. No hype, just clear information that everybody can immediately implement. Over ninety minutes crowded with information from six of the best marketing thinkers and this presented for free. Many thanks!

A fantastic effort guys - I wish I'd been able to hear the first two instalments, but regrettably I missed them. This third session really re-enforced & consolidated a lot of thing I knew in my heart to be true, but like most entrepreneurs, I suppose, had trouble accepting & implementing.
Thanks again.

For the first time in my professional life, I feel excited about marketing! I am from a theatre/psychotherapy/training/education/coaching background and could never quite connect with or find my passion for this part of business building - you can guess the results!! From just this one League Of Extraordinary Minds – Discovery Session 3 Webcast I am taking a personal sense of confidence that I can achieve what I want to achieve in a way that matches my values and beliefs and provides a great and valuable service to my clients whilst building the financial prosperity I envision to enable other projects I have in mind and provide the life style I and my loved ones enjoy. On a pragmatic level, I am taking away a clear framework with accessible and powerful, proven strategies and insight into the kinds of focused attitudes and behaviours I will need to move my online business forward. Wow!!! For free!!! You guys rock and thank you to Rich and Jay and ll the experts who have given so generously.

i only caught part of the webinar as i was listening to the replay was finding it very interesting and informative but an hour into broadcast the video ran out which was disappointing because of work commitments i find it hard to attend webinars but was very happy to see it was going to be replayed in its entirety because of my work commitments i find it hard to attend i requested the recordings og the webinars but even though i originally paid for the webinars and invited my friends like i was requested when i contacted you and put in my email address i received an email saying they could not find me which was dissapointing as i paid in good faith and was really looking forward to gaining the valuable insight into the leagues valuable knowledge as i realised what a great asset it would be in building a successful business.i would be very happy to supply a testimonial as just with the limited amount of the video i could access i found it very informative and rewarding that is why i would like to gain access to the series as i can definately see the benefits of these great webinars and the valuable knowledge i can gain from then.hoping there is some way i can gain access to this great information

I found the Pre-emptive Marketing webcast really valuable. The format provided accross the board insights into the basic marketing questions, yet it remained simple and to the point. I also found that the summary of the main ideas by Jay and Rich provided a reat distillation of the the key points that the panelists made. The session certainly drew me back to valuable insights.

Wow! I’ve been struggling to learn how to operate on the Internet and more clearly define my niche. Now I understand that it’s okay to retain my personality and have fun with a difficult subject. My marketing plan needs work. This panel discussion is so inspirational… it’s one powerful idea after another! I can’t thank you enough for delivering this level of expertise for free and then spending the time to analyse it. If it’s true ‘what you give is what you get’ you guys are gonna need a lot space to hold what’s coming.

The aspect I took from the webcast is that to innovate one should not follow the leader but to look for new and different opportunities in a niche that you can own and dominate as The Authority. The presenters gave their insights into how to implement that goal.

I can't thank you enough for bringing together such a topnotch group of entrepreneurs and offering such clarity, insight, and hard earned wisdom, for free. Amazing!

I am an actor, and haven't thought of myself as a business person, but the panels are really stretching my thinking about my career (and other options as well). I have always focused on getting the next acting job and resisted seeing myself as a product. To the contrary, it's becoming clear that by defining and applying marketing principles to myself, and using video, social media, and personal branding to create emotional contact, my next acting job (or opportunity) will fall into place.

Also, loved the quote, "Better to be loved or hated than tolerated". I'd never heard that before. Most actors try to be all things to all people rather than finding a niche where they can shine. Jay Levinson's simplified marketing plan is a big take away for me.

Many, many thanks to you, Jay and Rich, and your wonderful panelists. Can't wait for panel number four!

I made the decision to join The League of Extraordinary Minds so that I could learn from the panel’s ‘extraordinary experiences.’ The 3 biggest benefits I gained were:
1) Not to feel the need to follow the status quo, but to continue believing in my product and services and focus on fulfilling my client’s needs.
2) Keep online interaction constant and consistent.
3) Branding and promoting is not a mad dash for immediacy, but promote for the long haul.
I guesstimate that The League of Extraordinary Minds worth will be invaluable to me. I would strongly suggest that anyone who is unsure about joining The League of Extraordinary Minds, listen to a panel discussion such as this.

Interesting how even experts may have divergent, though not exactly divergent, views in approaching specific business problems. This is where an activity of this nature can find real value, in the synthesis of many brilliant ideas finding application in the listener's specific situation and experience. Find your own category, create a plan, and using the latest most effective ways of connecting to the market you have chosen to narrowly focus on commit to that plan using measures that matter to your business. Simplicity is the real challenge and the League not only recognizes that, it succeeds.

Well,

That was a realy good question, What have I gotten so far? The easy answer is not enough, but then I have not been able to be at all webcasts, let alone listen to a complete one. I'm in the learning faze and every little bit helps. Everything I've heard so far has been great, I'm getting some insight. I still need to learn the ins and outs of setting a site up and what and what not to do for advertising. what I would like most is to have a trascripe or such.

After listening, I decided to change the way I was doing business ASAP! The habit of just using a auto responder will end. Value your leads and qualify your prospects. The discussion put me back on the track of having a clear, concise, mental picture of what my business should be.
Thanks for the opportunity!

It Is refreshing to hear another point of view from real people and real minds. What I am doing is correct I just need some help! 1. To be Real 2. To care about others.3.To be yourself and listen to others. Well,I do all of these things In Mary Kay,but I am learning how to do this on the internet, this is a whole new ballgame of opportunity for me to learn. This is pretty cool, because I can use myself to make money by caring about others. You can't put a dollar amount on people being real.I think this is Great advice, people need a coach in business, especially a home business.I am a sales director,I have always been in sales,I have used all of these tactics in my business which helped me become successful.I had a fire,I lost everything and had to start out all over again. This is why I am here, starting out all over again.Thank You, Powerpink

The comments made by Gary Vaynerchuk were awesome. No wonder that he can "Crush It" as he writes in his book. One thing stuck in my mind. There is no substitute for hard work and putting in the hours to make your business successful. Let's not fool ourselves about how committed we are to our own success.

I have listen two times the webinar and I think i have to listen it many times from now on. I have found in this webinar a lot of ideas that were somehow in my mind but left somewere in that unconscious part of it. It was great to hear all that questions and it is remarkable how quickly I was able to pick my notes and think deeply of what I have to do from now on to grow my bussiness. Thank you for this great opportunity

Hi Jay/Rich

What can I say, I've listen to this 3 times and know that I need to listen to it again. I'm learning how important it is to have your foundations in place, i.e research, budget, strategy etc.. and starting small is okay.
I think the key is to take action and implement, and always find ways of measuring your actions.
Also if one way dosen't work don't give up, just try again and implement a new strategy (marketing plan).

Anyway loving it! Stay Blessed. D

This webcast exceeded my expectations by an order of magnitude. The diversity of ideas and viewpoints from these experts provided something for anyone, no matter what their business. Because I am just floundering around trying to figure out how to set up my own business, I found the 7 simple steps to making a plan extremely helpful. Also the idea of starting with a very narrow focus, a sub-niche where I will be the only one offering my particular products and ideas, really clicked. I had been trying to think too broadly beyond my real expertise -- big mistake. The suggestion about using a flip cam to put videos on my site fits my business to a tee as I will be able to show how real people are actually using my product and make my offerings on a much more personal level. I could go on and on. I took copious notes which I have reread and which continue to inspire me. I regret having missed the first two webcasts and am looking forward to the next. Thank you Rich and Jay for this invaluable experience.

Hi,

I'm so glad that you made this available to be heard at my own time. Although my plans were made to take advantage of hearing all of them, it has been very difficult to be able to attend. This was, in fact my first. Thank you!

It was a fascinating experience. I've been in business - both brick and mortar, as well as in cyberspace for a lot of years. It was probably the first time that I was able to see the answers to the same questions from multiple perspectives. VERY helpful indeed!

Thank you once again

When it comes to "information" why waste time with anything but the BEST and that's what we are getting here. My whole philosophy has broadened after listening to these masterminds! Any one with true interest in marketing should make it a special point to join into these webinars for they are the BEST POSSIBLE! Take notes to SAVE for the future, as well, for the information is PRICELESS!

These webinars are very worthwhile and I always learn a lot. The questions are very good and the answers have many expert view points. What struck home in the last webinar was the fact that the big companies are getting into trouble by pushing innovation for the sake of having innovation (like Chevrolet is not one brand anymore but a host of different types of cars and they are in trouble). Well I am super small and now I know I don't have to try and be all things to my market but I have to strive to be proficient in my own niche. Thank you for the webinars.

I am currently moving my brick and mortar business into storage. I been closing down for the last month and have missed the first 2 podcasts. I am glad that you made this available through the weekend. I have been in downward spiral making this decision and needed a pick me up this weekend. This was my first business venture and I had a lot to learn.

The strategies shared by your panel will definitely guide me in the future launches. I discovered I knew little about internet marketing and using the social networks. It is time to get back to work, learn the new technology resources and start over. Thanks again for the nudge.

I enjoyed the whole 90 min. I noticed that all the experts including yourselfs that the theme was the same as when I was marketing and selling heavy equipment, before I retired, and that was to find out what the customers problems were and solve them. (right) all your panel mentioned that in different words.
Now that I am starting a new business online I will be applying some of the same princibals.

Thanks

I was impressed by the freshness of the ideas for marketing in the current social media scene ..... the panelists are all insightful and direct with their ideas on how small businesses can take advantage of using the internet to look really compete with bigger businesses like never before....I look forward to hearing the other seminars.

Thank you, Rich and Jay for this series of webcasts. I am still struggling with my enterprise(online and offline)but I am starting to grasp a better "feeling" of my future because of these webcasts. Gary Vaynerchuk's and Jay Levinson's input seemed to help me to connect "the big picture"! My desire is to be able to meet some of these "panel" members in the not to distant future! Thanks!

Thanks for the replay, I was able to listen during my free time.
I don't have a business yet but there's something in me that wants to go into business, and this webcast is an opportunity for me to get advice from successful entrepreneurs.

Here are some of the stuff I got, important and challenging:

Know what we do and why we are doing it.
Passion on what we are doing.
Maximize our time and effort, use them productively and efficiently.
Choose a category that will diverge.
Have personality/identity and stick with it.
Have emotional connection with our customer/client/prospect.
Have a plan and commit to it, take action.

Hope I can start an internet-based business soon. I want to start a tiny one that will grow.

As always Rich and Jay, you guys over deliver. This kind of business training cannot be found in anywhere else. I especially like Gary's outlook on business.

Thanks again for providing us with these series. I went ahead and shared it with my own list and have received great feedback from them. Thanks again and I cannot wait for Session 4.

There are a lot of excellent insights in these webinars, the only problem may be figuring out where to start to implement the advice (although that's probably why you guys offer the action guide and MP3's as an option). I especially enjoyed Vicki Kunkel's advice.

Looking forward to the rest of the webinars, I am impressed so far!

The level of knowledge of the speakers is extensive. They have experience also in NON-online industry, and this adds tremendous value to what they offer. Effort is being made to give practical guidelines and not just theoretical information.

Extraordinary minds each sharing their own viewpoint on the same issue,
same question or philosophy is simply brilliant! I found listening to the
webinar to not only be very informative, but also reinforcing a belief that
I live by...which is...That there is No One Person, No One Path, No One
Mastery..that is the be and end all to knowledge or personal growth.
Listening to each person share their belief systems for getting what
we all seem to want...was like making a lasagna. Lots of different ingredients and layers going into making a delicious memorable meal.
Thanks so. Joy Weston

Great stuff. I really appreciated Jay Conrad Levinson's down-to-earth advice to keep the planning dead simple, that the real challenge is not the planning itself, it's sticking with the plan you have and actually doing it. I loved Al Ries' idea of standing out by doing the opposite of what the leaders are doing (if they're all big, be the smallest), and by making that a valuable thing (because we're small, we go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service). The other genius idea I have saved in my notes is that you can design your own (micro) category -- then be the leader in it. Wonderful!

I am a business owner, with about 30 years experience. I believe Jay Abraham is the best out there, offering a marvelous philosophy of enlightened self-interest. However, I did not subscribe to the series for my advertising business, although I do extract an important amount of information that I find useful for it. My reason for subscribing and my marketing problem are closely related. I recently had a book published by Morgan James Publishers, "The MetaValues Breakthrough." Like most authors who are low on the food chain, I must market my own book and the task is formidable. To date, there is no internet or hybrid plan that specialises on selling books. So it is necessary to pick and choose my way through all the wonderful material your team presents. How I wish Jay would create a focused program that would help the growing number of authors who are striving to market good books. There are lots of efforts to make the old formulas and new methods for maerketing books by means of the internet, but they are really new wine in old wine skins and they really do not work. But thanks for the wonderful program. It is awesome.

I have learnt the following from this webcase,
1. Think about what customers you don’t want, and then your own marketing strategy will become much clearer to you
2. Understanding the effect of the “no sell zone”, “the empathy factor” and responding to your clients is so valuable and it’s great to be reminded of these basic yet powerful principles
3. Focus on questions that sell and questions that add
4. Create meaningful content
5. Do not walk out on your plan prematurely.

I learnt loads from this webcast. Focus on questions that sell and questions that add; create meaningful content; try to become your prospect; make a plan and commit to a plan; plans take time - do not walk out on your plan prematurely. The way to grow is to dig deeper rather than diversify and overstretch. But the most important thing was for me Vicky's "Think about what customers you don't want, and then your own marketing strategy will become much clearer to you". I'd like to thank all extraordinary minds for this.
