This is a great blog and you should seriously think about building up this blog into a serious authority in this field, I’m sure you could definitely make a dollar or two from some ads. I would look into following recent news and raising the number of posts you make and I bet you’d start receiving some easy traffic soon. Just a thought, good luck regardless!

Well Christmas & New year is over;time to look back & see where one went wrong last year & make the changes.
The last panel brought to light some of the problems i have been having.
1 My abillty to get across my vision
2 Employing the wrong people
3 Not making changes quick enough
Change these 3 points this year it will be far more enjoyable and profitable year.
Happy New Year to all

Thank-you for the valuable webcast. Although some of it does not apply to my own business, as I am a solo player, I found the information inspiring and encouraging for myself to stay ahead of my own game. I teach leadership skills for my clients because when they train with me I tell them, 'Now YOU are going to be a mentor for others.' Thank-you

I have always been a leader.Even when I was little,I would take charge.A leader can wear many hats,I know I have been there ,you need to put your higher power first(God) second, you need to have a plan and a vision for your life and your career.Find people who are like you,who are passionate about what you do.Care about them and their needs as well as your customers, what is wrong today with people is they could care less about others and that is why you get a crappy job done.No one cares about anyone anymore,I believe that is what is wrong with the world today.I know what I am doing is right because I have done this before in my business Mary Kay, and I have won awards,my girls care about me and I care about them,my customers are my friends.I am having financial situations since the fire, but I am rebuilding my life,it is not easy to loose everything that you have built and then build it back again, fast. It takes time to build what you have lost.I am a fighter, and a fighter never will quit. The internet is different then what I am use to,but I am learning. What I know already will help me in what ever I do,and having adversity makes me even more stronger.I would tell my team members to join the League of Extraordinary Minds to get farther in life, in their business and to move ahead and be stronger...I Love This!!..Thank You!!..Powerpink Blessings I Am Looking Ahead To The Golden Moment...Lorraine..Powerpink P.S My video on challenges...Viddler.com/explore/misspowerpink/videos/1/...I made this with my son Jaidin

Wow! I found this discussion absolutely fabulous. I took very good notes. To have all these experts in one place comparing ideas was priceless to my quest for better leadership.
The three best tips I learned were Zero Base thinking, team/customer feedback, Be the example you want for your company.
The information I gained will help me build a more stable, profitable business and enjoy my business more, create an environment that will help others attain their dreams. This improves my income which gives my family the time and freedom we deserve.
In the next 12 mos. I expect the knowledge I've gained here to increase my income by $50,000 minimum.
This program is a must for anyone who is wanting to become a better leader/business person, I highly recommend. You will never make a better investment in you.

I am bowled over by how incredible that panel discussion was. Such a different collection of amazing people who've worked hard to create amazing things. Their advice is solid, sound, practical and inspiring. Out of a number of things that I really liked there are two I would like to mention... one, was that exercise of projecting yourself to a future version of you and asking your current version of yourself some [tough] questions, I think it was from Marshall Goldsmith, I could be wrong. The other was the concept of Zero based thinking from Brian Tracy... and the concept of KWINK... "Knowing What I Now Know" ... would I make this decision or that decision. I am inspired and grateful to you both Rich and Jay for this programme. You are true pioneers!

This was priceless!

I took 50 solid points and I Am certain that when I listen again I will be able to glean even more.
Of the 50, here are 10 salient points. These were:

1. Hire slow, fire fast

2. Leadership is intentional influence

3. Imagine where you want your company to be in 2 years time and hire the people you would need then, today

4.Foster relationships with the people who matters- the employees, customers, third party service providers etc

5. Care about what you do and give exceptional value

6. Build a monopoly, then build a team around it

7. Once every month have dialouge with each person in your company to find out where they think the company is going

8. Have a call to arms or rallying cry such as the one a popular footware company had rallying its people to best its competitor

9. As the leader, ask employees if their skills and abilities are being well used

10. Ask, how may I help you do even better than you already are?

The team of business men who provided the aforementioned insights were very well matched. They were knowledgable and they each brought ther own brand / energy style/ to the discussion.

Thank You All hosts and Guests alike,

Sincerely

I'm impressed that you'd ask for the comments of one who is at the "Wanting to start stage" but through-out, I see the emphasis placed on the well being & success of those in your field of influence. It's tremendous to hear from such renown, substantial panel members, the Qualities needed for a solo entrepreneur to become a Leader in his growing business, as well as the many Attributes, Skill sets & Vision he's bound to aquire in the process.

Listening to these interviews makes be honestly believe that I am extraordinary and can achieve extraordinary things with my life and my business. Why? I am beginning to grasp how to honestly envision myself as an international leader and spokesperson for the value of the cutting-edge products and services I currently offer and the ones I am creating. I have ALWAYS known deep inside that what I have to offer the world is important, but the harshness of my life circumstances kept me from understanding HOW to do succeed. I no longer allow myself to go through the old negative "loops" from past thinking patterns. I choose to develop my strengths and allow my weaknesses to build other people's strengths. I'm not afraid to succeed now. Instead, I am enthusiastically motivated to work with a different mindset in order to go beyond what I believe is possible. Thanks SO MUCH!

I believe in what you are saying, trying hard to talk to people. I have been bad at getting back to my emails, I do a lot tweeting, where I contact as many people as I can. But it does not do anything for my bounce emails that really count. Trying to fix it.
YOU ALL ARE GREAT I LOVE LISTENING TO YOU

This panel presents clear, solid and important business principles which do not focus on greed, disrespect and inappropriate incivility. These gentlemen now about what they speak. I personally find their remarks to be insightful. I will benefit from listening to this distinguished panel. Thanks you so much for sharing this. Jay

After hearing this one panel, I feel I will most likely buy the series. It is just too good to rely on only the notes I took. I feel I should study this word for word as it is GOLD. Either way, this information is just great because you are talking about people who may be broke learning from those who have made millions and that is not something that would be available without people like Jay and Rich hooking us up. Thanks guys!

My testimonial is this, I'm very glad I signed up for this series of seminars. This particualr seminar on leadership is excellent. My 'take-aways' from this seminar are 1) it's about caring deeply about your product and your customer 2) Self-reflection and soliciting 360 degree feedback is essential 3) Making the choice to BE the leader and getting the help you need from others is key. I'm will be taking what I've learn to Shambhala International Mediation organization and doing all I can to help everyone who is interested to learn How to Meditate and guiding them to help make the world a gentler place where the richness of just being a good human being becomes a top priority.

My testimonial is this, I’m very glad I signed up for this series of seminars. This particualr seminar on leadership is excellent. My ‘take-aways’ from this seminar are 1) it’s about caring deeply about your product and your customer 2) Self-reflection and soliciting 360 degree feedback is essential 3) Making the choice to BE the leader and getting the help you need from others is key. I’m will be taking what I’ve learn to Shambhala International Mediation organization and doing all I can to help everyone who is interested to learn How to Meditate and guiding them to help make the world a gentler place where the richness of just being a good human being becomes a top priority. The richness that will be added to my life will be the rewarding experiences I see in others as they begin to relax and unite their heart and mind. I’d recommend today session to anyone interested in developing their leadership skills.

This is the best of all the webcasts. My business is just beginning at Traffic School Reviews but creating a monopoly and always delivering top notch reviews is now much more important in my focus.

You come up with great minds that some of us never heard of before. I have so many names of experts to Google on a wide variety of subjects.

The biggest take away was the importance of learning more leadership skills.

Great content for discussing with business owners. This is a gold mine of content for salespeople to build relationships with business owners.

This is indeed an extraordinary seminar series. I like the fact that the ideas may be applied to any size business. I also appreciate the fact that the panel members have made themselves available to share their knowledge and real world experience.

Hi JAY and RICH..
Great panel of Influential excellence.Really got a charge out of Fran with all his enthusiastic energy as he shouted his point home..lol Thought Brian had a great point in what questions a leader must ask themselves, their crew, and to accept what is said with no reprisal. To concern ones self in the never ending pursuit of excellence as a leader, role model, and a walking standard for the company he/she represents.A good leader tells the truth, and never forgets he/she is a human being.Every panel guest at the top of their Individual game. Thank You JOHN

I have gotten more value than expected out of the LoEM. My work in the careers industry exposes me to a lot of these themes however it was nice to have them validated (and expanded) by the luminaries on your panel. Listening to this panel has motivated me to take a more proactive leadership role in my firm as a opposed to a mere knowledge worker in terms of what my contributions are. What that can mean for my personal bottom-line remains to be seen however I anticipate great making strides in the coming year.

Great stuff! I particularly liked the cues around emotional intelligence. Being a body mind therapist, the link between the thinking and feeling aspects of our bodies is vital. This is the only way we can have a true compass that we are on the right track. And being able to access this emotional intelligence helps in so many ways, as we reach out to be in relationship with those whom we lead... our colleagues, our product/service providers, and our customer base.

Thank you for that emphasis. I'll never forget Fran Tarkenton's word "care". The care must go in, befor eth name goes on. Matthew

What I like most about the League is that there is no way I could ever go out and get all this great information myself, and if I tried to do it myself it would take way too much time and resources. What's even better it's free.

As many replies before me have mentioned; "the League of ExtraOrdinary Minds" has over-delivered and under promised...Last night's 7th panel session was my favorite...at least until I start reviewing panels 1-6 through MP3.

I want everyone who visits this site to benefit from the extra ordinary level of "Maven" status that is being offered. Nowhere else has so much been given with even more to be gained...

Thanks Rich & Jay

Excellent. Very inspiring and uplifting. I feel more up to embracing the role of leader than I ever have before and much more supported in the endeavour.
Love the action plans and am eager to get a hold of this one. It's very powerful to have six minds that have such a deep grasp of the subject cooking up such a delicious feast...and then to have Rich and Jay arrange it all and serve it up piping hot and in perfect order.
A true feast for the heart and mind of the entrepreneur.
                                  Many Thanks...Will

Best panel yet.
Today, as I review 2009 and plan 2010, I am asking myself 'if I were to start today, would I do this?' Many things will not be done in 2010 as I streamline my business. This will allow me more time to 'do what I know how to do.'
Thank-you for the timely reminder.

Thank you, Rich and Jay, for turning a remarkable project into a springboard for so many successes. Your panels are making the big picture real to us, and communicating the importance of the small steps needed to make a path toward success, and stay on course.

Many thanks to:

(1) God/the church I've gotten involved with, and
(2) The League of Extraordinary Minds, and
(3) Jay Abraham and Spike Humer (via a separate program), and
(4) A combination of other factors and people.

The main thing that struck me from this last panel is that, whether I like it or not, the people who significantly participate in my current project will see me as the leader.

The second main thing I walked away with was to focus on them, and what is in it for them, rather than the project itself. So my focus is shifting from "here is my idea and here is how others will benefit" to "I want to benefit others, and this is how that goal will be accomplished."

God bless you all!

Respectfully,

L. Wayne Jenkins

Wow, what a great panel session this was. I get so much out of every one of these, it is an invaluable resource. I like the suggestion of having the leader ask his/her people what is one thing I could be doing to be a better leader for you. This panel session refocused me and caused me to re-look at some of my goals and restructure. Also, I really liked the idea of "zero base thinking" and the "Law of threes". All in all it was a phenomenal session.

As with every session thus far- tons of eye opening stategies that every business owner who is seeking success needs to hear. This session on leadership made me realize yet again... I need to polish this skillset as well, perhaps above all of them. Great panel of experts...once again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Marshall Goldsmith, I loved the dying 95 yr old's advice... be happy now--- friends and family matter, love living the dream, have fun and create a contageous spirit, develop people, care...

Thanks Rich & Jay,
Another stellar panel. I found the answers invigorating. I am involved in writing a series on my blog on leadership prior to this session and will have additional data now to sort through and digest. I do like learning from those beyond my skill set.

As a business owner, I enjoyed the idea of having the employees evaluate my efforts. Currently they aren't in agreement since I am the only employee and therefore I am getting mixed reviews regarding my leadership qualities.

As long as your series is running, these values will improve and I look forward to my employees providing a more favorable review in a short time.

Keep up the wonderful effort and will be looking forward to the next installment. Merry Christmas to all out there in 'extraordinary mind land'

regards,
Tim

I thought one of the best acts of REAL leadership was the suggestion to ask employees what the ONE thing is that you could improve, and to take the answers very seriously. Changing policies based on them would cement your teamwork effectively.

Leadership - I had not thought about that in relation to business. In fact, I'm someone who kind of accidentally bumped into business over the past several years - academic background. So much to learn. And in a nutshell, this was eye-opening and brilliant. The biggest thing I can say: LISTEN, just listen to this. I think that is the way you will see just how great this is.

Rich and Jay,
Thanks for another great panel. Each panel makes it more worth joining on an exponential scale. I tell as many people as I can to get over here and join. I just hope I have made my opinion valuable enough for them to act on it.
Thanks again,

Oh Wow" You guys have done it again. Thgis session has changed my views of leadershio and challenged my thinking. If you leave it up for the weekend, I will have to listen to it again (and again). I am so happy that I have joined the League of Extraordinary Minds. These sessions are priceless.

I initially signed up for the Sessions from Number One. But somehow or other, I was not able to listen to that one and no 2 when it was on, thus I could only listen to No 3 onwards. It was totally different from what we see & hear on most affiliate sites that it was so refreshing that I have no hesistation in signing up as an affiliate, even though I don't even have an existing IM site.

Thank You Abraham & Rich.

It put some fire in my belly. I appeciated the passion each speaker
exhibited. The three things I have taken with me after this conference are- 1. recognizing I am being watched all the time 2. ask what I can do for my employee 3. learn to fire (a big problem for me)quickly.
I am grateful for this opportunity and would recommend this to all my friends. Assess myself and/or have an assessment done -
Learn to put on a positive front-
all the time.

Thanks guys. This has been tremendously helpful in developing my business! I've already started implementing a few of the techniques and have been pleasantly surprised to see them start taking effect immediately.

There are more nuggets in each one of these calls than all the rest of the freebies (disguised pitches) you can listen to each week online. This is what the web is about - access to the very best in the comfort of your own home! Thanks to all involved, Noel Lyons.

Hello Rich & Jay

This webcast on leadership was excellent.

In fact it was so good that I am wondering why you did not make it your first webcast because the development and progess of every business depends on the capability of its leader.

regards,
Warren Cottis
